Perfect Husband : The CEO's Sweet Wife

Chapter 73 - 73. A Visit To The Kim Family Residence

Tara ran to her parents' room, then unpacked Sonya's wardrobe to find the clothes that her father wanted, but she couldn't find any.

Mother and daughter's tastes were no different when it came to fashion.

"Damn! Shit! What kind of clothes do you want me to wear?! Is Kim's family still very old-fashioned, so I can't wear clothes like this? Hellooooo, what year is it?!" Tara grumbled, both dissatisfied and pissed off.

Tara had ruffled the entire her mother's wardrobe, but the result was the same.

There was not a single piece of dress that wasn't sexy. Tara came out of her room with a frown on her face.

Tara went downstairs with the same clothes.

"Pa, I didn't find the dress as father wanted. I've also looked in the mama's wardrobe, but it's the same, it's not there," Tara explained, raising her palms.

"You and your mom are teasers," Jerry Jiang grumbled, he had wasted his time waiting for Tara.

"Pufff, hahaha. father, don't make me laugh. Isn't a woman like this suits your taste? Otherwise, how could you marry Mother hah?" Tara laughed amusedly at Jerry's words.

"You damn kid! How dare you to say that to your father?! It's up to you what kind of clothes you want to wear!" Jerry grumbled, he was annoyed with Tara.

"Well, that's my father," Tara said sarcastically.

Tara and Jerry left for going to the Kim family's house.

After an hour, Tara and Jerry Jiang arrived in front of a huge house.

Even that house was three times bigger and luxurious compared to the Jiang family's house. This house was more similar to a palace.

"Wow amazing! This is very beautiful and luxurious. How happy I would be if I could stay and be the young lady in this house," Tara muttered, admiring the Kim family's house.

Jerry glanced at Tara. "Shut your mouth! Don't embarrass yourself and me here!" said Jerry.

"Yes, yes, I understand," Tara replied irritably.

Kim Yuchen and Haesu came out to greet Jerry and Tara Jiang.

"Hi, my friend Jerry! It's been a while since we met. How are you?" Kim Yuchen asked, hugging his old friend.

Haesu who was behind Yuchen glanced at Tara sarcastically

"Oh, this is the eldest daughter of the Jiang family. She doesn't seem so bad, but the clothes are so bold," she muttered to herself.

"Welcome, Mr. Jiang, please come in," said Haesu, letting the two of them enter the house.

"Jerry, who is this beautiful woman?" Yuchen asked.

"Introduce, she is my eldest daughter Tara, Tara Jiang" Jerry pulled Tara's hand forward to greet Yuchen.

"Oh, good afternoon uncle Kim, I am Tara Jiang," Tara said, a little shocked because Jerry suddenly pulled her hand.

"Um...so, this beautiful lady is the eldest daughter of the Jiang family, huh? I heard that the Jiang family has twin daughters, why isn't one of them coming?" said Haesu a little chit-out to respect her guest.

Jerry and Tara were silent at Haesu's words. Their face started to turn pale and panicked a little.

"Dead you, Tara! Is it possible that the woman in front of you already knows that Tiara no longer lives at home with us? So, she deliberately asked this to insinuate," Tara muttered to herself.

"Um ... Aunty, my sister still has important business so she can't come here," Tara replied.

She gave an excuse to lie to Mrs. Kim. After all, she also wouldn't know if Tara was lying.

"Oh I see, let's come in," said Kim Yuchen, inviting his guests to immediately enter the house.

They all walked into the living room, where there were already plenty of snacks and drinks.

All the way into the Kim family's house, Tara was always stunned by the architecture of the house.

"Wow! This place is not a house, but a palace. The Kim family is as rich as I imagined. Dear Yohan, you are my gold mine," Tara muttered to herself.

Mr. Kim invited the guests to sit down first and he began serving some foods and drinks to respect the guest.

"Please enjoy the dishes," said Mr. Kim to Jerry and Tara, inviting them to enjoy the dishes on the table.

"Ouch... thank you Mr. Kim, you are very generous. Sorry, we're so troublesome." Tara Jiang replied while throwing a sweet smile at Yohan's parents.

"Yes, we trouble you Yuchen," Jerry Jiang added .

"Ah Jerry, you have never changed since a long time ago. You are always humble to me. I have thought of you as my own brother." Mr. Kim replied.

Mr. Kim approached Jerry Jiang then, patted his shoulder like his habit when he was in college.

"Hiist….You are the one who still never changes. You are still naive and kind. Even though you know that there are many wolves in sheep's clothing that are ready to make you soft prey," Jerry said in a sarcastic tone.

The room immediately became silent.

The meeting's atmosphere turned into a tense atmosphere by throwing spicy words at each other.

"You bastard! Your mouth is still as hot as it used to be hahaha," Mr. Kim laughed out loud with Jerry Jiang, remembering the days when they were both young.

"But that's true. You're just like that, naive and too kind. So you are easy to be fooled," said Jerry who looked seriously at his friend.

"Yes yes, you rock head, still don't wanna give in to me," Mr. Kim hugged his old friend.

"Hahaha you're just as bastard as before, still annoying and always making people emotional," said Jerry, hugging Kim Yuchens.

Kim Haesu and Tara just dumbfounded seeing the behaviour of the two men in front of them. Their hearts almost fell out because they thought Mr. Kim and Jerry Jiang were fighting.

Jerry Jiang and Kim Yuchen had been good friends since they were in college.

Yuchen believed in Jerry Jiang, especially since the incident where Jerry Jiang saved Kim Yuchen when he had a car accident and he almost died.

Jerry Jiang took him to the hospital and donated his blood for Kim Yuchen on time. Otherwise! Didn't know if he could still live until now or not.

"Puh...Damn! These two old farts were just acting," Tara said without realizing it.

Those words just came out of her sweet mouth. Bad habits of this beautiful woman couldn't disappear. She still liked to talk as she pleased without looking at the situation and conditions around her.

Tara was not aware that the words just came out of her mouth were clearly heard by Mrs. Kim who was sitting right next to her.

"Huh? What did you just say?" asked Mrs. Kim who tried to clarify Tara's words.

She looked at Tara Jiang curiously.

"Oh, what do you mean aunty?" said Tara, pretending not to know what Mrs. Kim meant and asking back.

"I said, what did you just say?" Mrs Kim said once again, repeating her question.

Mrs. Kim's gaze grew even worse towards the young woman in front of her.

"Oh... that... I.. I just said that my Father and Mr. Kim were close friends from a long time ago," Tara answered in a slightly nervous tone.

Tara did not think that the words she just spoke without thinking long could backfire attack her.

If she wasn't careful and corrected it right away, Mrs. Kim might feel bad to her.

"Oh, I see," said Mrs. Kim who was not satisfied with Tara's answer.

"What a runny little girl! How dare she try to fool me with her fake words?! She didn't say that earlier. She thought my ears had a problem. This kind of woman doesn't suit my son Yohan. In addition to her immodest clothes, her tongue is also very good at lying," Mrs. Kim muttered to herself.

"Alright, let's eat first, then, let's have a chitchat," Mr. Kim invited Jerry Jiang and Tara Jiang to immediately enjoy the dishes.

"Where is your son, Kim Yohan? Why didn't I see him earlier?" Jerry Jiang asked.

He had started the action as initially planned to visit the Kim family's house.

Mr. Kim frowned.

"Don't ask about him now! That stubborn kid will only come home if he wants to. He prefers to spend his time to working hard at the office and returning to his private villa than hanging out with us," said Mr. Kim, who was a little disappointed with his son's attitude.
