Pokemon: Ultimate Generations

Gan and Warren watched the battle from afar; hidden behind a few tall rocks. The battle was going smoothly for the two women. Nidoran(F) had the advantage against Clefairy since fairy types were weak to Poison.

Clefairy, like most Pokemon, weren't idiots and could clearly understand that they were going to be defeated. Suddenly, Clefairy opened its mouth, it started to Sing; this move would put people to sleep, allowing it to flee afterward. This was the main reason it was so hard to catch for most people that hunted it.

"Damn, cover your ears!" Warren's expression changed, and he quickly covered his ears with intense pressure. Gan couldn't react in time and felt drowsy before falling to the ground and asleep.

On the other end, the two women were prepared for this and had special Ear Mufflers on.

The Tomboy sneered and commanded her Nidoran(F) to use poison sting. Meanwhile, Gan started to snore and drool as if he was enjoying his sleep. He was already tired anyway, so this made sense.

"This guy....!" Warren was speechless, but he started to shake Gan in order to wake him up. Unfortunately, this didn't work, so he had to use drastic measures to wake him up.

"Pa~!"

Gan was slapped in the face and he woke up instantly, it was almost as if Warren used the move Wake-up-Slap!

"Muthafu...." Gan didn't finish and held his cheek tightly while glaring at Warren like he was crazy.

"Hey, you didn't wake up, so I had to slap you to wake you up, do you want to miss this opportunity?" Warren pointed in the direction of the battle.

Gan looked over while still holding his cheek.

The battle was concluding at this point. The Clefairy saw that the women didn't fall asleep and turned to flee. Clefairy leaped away, it looked more like it was skipping away more than anything else. Its soundless footsteps gave off a pink wave every time they touched the ground.

"Jigglypuff, don't let them run, double slap!" The Blonde quickly commanded.

"You too Nidoran(F), don't let them run!" The Tomboy also spoke up.

The Clefairy that was hit by the Poison Sting ended up getting poisoned, but that didn't seem to affect it all, no, it wasn't phased at all.

Yes, this was Magic Guard.

Nidoran(F) was fast and easily caught up with the Clefairy and tackled one of them with a Poison Sting before switching to the other Clefairy. Jigglypuff bounced over strangely and started slapping one of the Clefairy like it owed it money.

Both Clefairy dropped to the ground motionlessly.

"Yes, Nice!" Both women said in unison, they took out their PokeBalls and tossed them to the chosen Clefairy. However, at that moment, two other Poke Balls came over before theirs and caught the Clefairys.

"What!?" Their PokeBalls didn't connect and hit nothing but air.

"W-who?"

Both of them had terrible expressions. The Poke Balls shook and eventually, the Clefairy were caught. With cloudy expressions, they looked towards the source of these Balls.

"Oh, sorry, sorry, my hand slipped but it looks like I somehow caught two rare Clefairys, what a good day!" Gan smiled as if he was ignorant of the situation and ignored the death glares he was receiving from the 2 women.

Meanwhile, Warren was holding in his laughter behind the rocks, he had to tightly cover his mouth to prevent it from leaking.

Gan picked up the PokeBalls and tossed them into storage before looking at the two women, who were looking him coldly, even with a hint of killing intent!

"Oh, there were people here, sorry, I was just passing by, you two have a nice day!" Gan turned and suddenly started running!

"Shameless!!!" The two women screamed in unison and commanded their Pokemon to attack Gan. Venomoth came from its place of hiding and sprayed Sleep Powder over both their Pokemon.

Both Pokemon were reduced to a sleepy state and dropped to the ground mid-run and bounce(Jigglypuff).

"Fuck, FUCK!!" They were so pissed that their faces turned red, completely unfitting of beauties. Gan was too fast; running into the darkness and disappearing.

"We have to find that bastard, dare to steal from us so blatantly!" The Tomboy was furious and couldn't wait to get her hands on Gan, she wanted to choke him to death if she caught him!

"I hate thieves!" The Blonde clenched her fist and went over to check on her Jigglypuff.

Elsewhere.

"Hahaha! That was friggin amazing, I've never seen someone casual steal in that way, then tell them to have a nice day!" Warren had tears in his eyes from laughter, this had to be one of the funniest days in his life.

"Well, If I ran over they would have probably attacked me right away, so I had to walk over like I was an idiot." Gan stuck his arms out in a somewhat helpless manner, then he handed Warren the PokeBall with the 1-star Clefairy.

They sprayed themselves with Repels and quickly headed back over to the area they were waiting at before. Once they arrived, the Moonlight was beaming through the roof of the cave onto the floor of the cave.

Gan and Warren were shocked, not because of the Moonlight but because they saw many Clefairy dancing in the Moonlight! There were about 9 of them saying their names, indicating that they were singing a song, not to get it confused with the move Sing but joyously.

"Crap, so we robbed those two women for nothing!" Gan's face fell, but there was no use in thinking about the past.

Gan analyzed them all, but suddenly a Clefairy walked towards the middle of the singing and dancing group of Clefairys. Upon further inspection, they saw a familiar stone in the center of where the Clefairy was approaching.

Moon Stone!

"When the hell did that get there, it wasn't there before!" Gan's face twitched, did he overlook it, or was it because the Moonlight would reveal Moon Stone quickly?

It had evolved.

The nature wasn't bad, it was a Special Defensive nature, but unfortunately, it was negative Special attack nature as well. The Clefairy that were gathered around celebrated happily with the transformation of their comrade.

"Warren, I have to have that Clefable. I really need you to put it to sleep." Gan looked at the Clefable, but it had already blown its chance to learn future good moves by evolving so early.

Nevertheless, he needed it for his future Pokedex entry.

"I got you... Venomoth, put them all to sleep and make sure you definitely get the big one." Warren also wanted to catch another Clefairy himself, he surprisingly wanted to add one to his team. Gan already told him that the one he had wasn't that good.

Venomoth silently flapped its wings through the darkness of the cave. It wasn't near Gan and Warren, but it could still hear Warren's command. It stayed away from them because they smelled to it.

This time, Venomoth used more Sleep Powder than usual due to how big the group was. Sleep Powder could be dodged because of how slow it descended on its foes, but the Clefairy and Clefable were too busy celebrating to notice.

The Sleep Powder landed on them when they looked up after seeing Venomoth's shadow casting through the Moonlight. Sadly for them, it was already too late, they dropped to the ground and fell asleep.

They had never been attacked while doing their ceremony, how could they have seen this coming? Gan's main priority was to fill his Pokedex and collect all of the Gym Badges. Collect all 8 and fight the elite 4, then head to Johto and eventually Hoenn.

Of course, he could head straight to any region he wanted to, but he wanted to go in order.

Gan slowly walked over to avoid those crazy Geodudes before arriving at the Clefairy circle. He quickly threw a Poke Ball at Clefable, then he looked through the group of Clefairy. There were mostly 1-star Clefairys, but he saw a few 2-stars.

He couldn't find a 3-star Clefairy, but he decided to catch 3 other Clefairys anyway. Warren caught the one Gan pointed out and deemed good before they left the scene.

One had to know that Fairy, Dragon, Ghost, and Psychic-type were the rarest. There were literally only 5 Fairy type in Kanto and 3 Ghost and Dragon-type as well. Pokemon such as Igglybuff and Cleffa needed have their parent holding a certain item to born as these Pokemon from an egg.

Deciding that, they continue to travel deeper into the cave. Eventually, Gan and Warren ran into a few Team Rocket Members who attempted to rob them. However, once they saw their IDs, they decided against it. These Team Rocket members still showed them contempt when they saw that they were from the Celadon City Branch.

"I can use a bed right about now." Gan sighed and kept walking. They soon came to an area where they saw many people of all sorts digging with mining equipment.

"What are these people doing?" Gan mumbled.

"Well, they're looking for fossils, have you heard the rumors around here? I thought everyone was here for the same reason, but apparently not." Suddenly a voice was heard at Gan and Warren's side.

Gan and Warren looked and saw a man with a yellow working helmet that had a light on it. He wore a full yellow protection suit of some sort while carrying a shovel. His utility belt had different types of brushes attached to it, clearly to use for brushing fossil gently and removing them. The man also had one PokeBall attach to his utility belt; hinting that he was a Pokemon trainer.

"Fossils?" Gan seemed to have thought of something, as he rubbed his chin that had no hair with a slightly sinister grin.
