Primordial Dimensions

Chapter 267: Astral Starlight

Creating a guild was not something one could take lightly!

The same applied to an Artisan hall, and from the pictures, everyone had seen, Shane's Astral Artisans seemed to have created a great foundation!

Additionally, everyone knew that Shane had earned a huge fortune from the elemental crystal cave because they had mined elemental crystals for five days straight!

This indicated that Shane had no problems with the funding of a guild, but in that case, there was still the question of what use he could make of the Starlight guild he wanted to establish.

As such, Jack, whose drowsiness was washed away the moment he heard the offer, asked.

"I have two questions about that! What do you expect of each member that will join the Starlight guild and why do you want to establish this guild now?"

Both questions were very important because they were the deciding factors in whether one would enter the Starlight guild or not.

The main task of a guild was to solve specific missions the government, other races, and the system proposed.

Those missions would have either caused a great number of casualties, stirred up lots of trouble, or created other problems which one might not have been able to solve alone.

Most missions stemmed from the government and there were only a few races that were desperate enough to propose missions to the primordial guild mission board.

The system posted missions too, and they ranged from being very easy to a hellish difficulty.

In the end, most guilds focused on completing missions proposed by the government because they were mostly difficult, but to an extent, it was still possible to solve them as long as one had a high mana purity.

Meanwhile, the rewards one would receive in return were very high.

However, Shane's plan was something else and he didn't want to follow the path of a traditional Guild.

As such, after he thought about an appropriate answer, Shane cleared his throat before he responded,

"To put it simply, I expect each member of the Starlight guild to reach a mana purity of 90%.

The benefits of this achievement are obvious and as long as the guild members can support each other while receiving benefits from the Astral Artisan hall, why shouldn't it be possible to reach a mana purity of 90%?

As long as the previous preparations are perfect and discussed with other guild members who would help each other, everything should work out!

Even if one can't attain a mana purity of 90% because the mission was just too difficult, it would be best to attain a perfect physique in at least one stage!

This might not be possible for older members, but newer members might be able to complete [Mythic] missions with the right preparations and support!

You're wondering why I want to establish a guild, right now, while I'm still in the Basic Dimension, right? Isn't it logical? The earlier I start to establish a great foundation, the easier it will be to conquer Intermediate dimensions, maybe even advanced dimensions.

In the end, it would be great to have your own shelter, governed by the faction I want to create by merging the Astral Artisans and Starlight Guild in the future! With both combat and non-combat occupations it's possible to create a strong shelter with high safety!!

That's just a small dream of mine, but it's still feasible if I...or rather we work hard enough! If everyone liquefies their mana to a purity of 90%, I doubt that other guilds will be able to keep up to our pace and we'll be able to catch up to those old guilds in no time!

Other than everything I've already mentioned, the guild will also accept normal missions, posted by the government and other races as well! I won't interfere too much in my guild members' business as long as they help each other!"

The flood of information received by Jack and the others made them fall quiet as they went deep in thoughts. Some time passed before one of the group members mumbled,

"If you want others to reach a mana purity of 90% or attain perfect physique in one stage, you need to show us an example…"

When Shane heard his words, he found this request to be reasonable. However, instead of being worried about it, he accessed his status panel and shared the statistics about his body refinement.

_________

Body Refinement:

[Perfect Physique→Mortal-10th★]

[Perfect Physique→Apprentice-10th★]

_________

The meaning behind the statistic about his body refining was clear, there was no need to look elsewhere for an example because he himself was present!

"Did...you attempt to establish a perfect foundation??" Jack asked. He had attained a perfect apprentice physique due to the Magic Swordsman occupation he had received shortly after he had broken into the Apprentice stage.

His eyes were quivering slightly and Shane could tell that Jack's mind was rattling.

Meanwhile, the other young men and women looked at him with widened eyes.

"I plan to attain a perfect foundation, and I think my body refinement statistics are enough to act as an example, right?"

He smiled while saying this and felt great to be glared at by Jack, while the others eyed him with a tinge of envy.

"There is more than enough time for everyone to think about my proposal, however, I can't promise the same benefits the Astral Artisans receive to the Starlight Guild. We are still in the early stages of constructing a proper foundation to nurture more Artisans.

After everything is settled, the Starlight guild would receive more benefits, which is not possible right now.

In the near future, I'll try to acquire more resources from the Radiant Mountain ring or other dimensions, however, in order to do so, I need a strong combat force!"

Shane was confident in himself and everything he had accomplished until now. He had yet to receive a backlash, fall down and fail.

However, he was sure that overcoming failure was the best way to become successful!

As such, he was not scared of failures!

Shane's confidence was contagious and it soon enveloped the young men that were almost two years elder to him.

Yet, at the same time, Shane felt older than them, because they hadn't even thought of joining a guild, let alone creating one!

After he answered a few more questions, Shane left the infirmary, leaving the others, who were deep in thoughts, alone.

This was the best he could do and the next step was not his to take!

Now, he had to wait, but Shane was sure of the benefits and other factors he had shown.

They had tasted blood by demanding mining the elemental crystals for him, and only later had they figured out how much he had earned through them!

As such, they were eager to increase their wealth too.

Furthermore, Shane seemed to be more knowledgeable about [Mythic] missions than they were and Jack, who was the only member of their group who had solved a [Mythic] mission, knew what kind of powerhouse Shane could become in the future.

That was if he survived long enough until he was fully nurtured.

Their group broke into a serious discussion about what they should do without bothering to leave the Infirmary.

Meanwhile, Shane had already left the colosseum as he asked Talia, who was still inside the Hidden Paradise,

[Did you finish the preparations to establish the Starlight guild? If you're done, I'll create the Astral Starlight faction with the system's help. After that, meet me asap!]

There were many things he wanted to accomplish before Igra's mana heart awakening, but the most important task he had to fulfill was simple!

He wished to be independent of the Shirai academy, which included the Space Door he had placed below the Colosseum, and purchase a piece of land next to a Dimension Portal!
