Ruby doesn't know what was happening but she can feel that something wrong is going to happen with her. She was so fearful that she started crying.

When Joe heared that familiar sound of sobs, he smiled and told Edd,"Mr. teleportation master, it's not Tiya. "

Joe's washroom is covered with certain magnetic field where teleportation techniques don't work.
