Alina looked like she would shoot the man without batting an eyelid if she had a gun.

She was just asking for the date and why the hell did he think that she wants to flirt? Has he never spoken to a girl before?

She felt absolutely annoyed over this ludicrous situation.

Why was she so unlucky? She just left a shenanigan only to come find another.

Who has the mood to get married?

She just left a stupid wedding ceremony and she has no intention to tie a knot for a long time if her assumption is right. Hence she replied to the man with gritted teeth.

"No, who wants to marry you. Has no girl ever asked you a question genuinely?"

The man looked her like she had sprouted another head.

Before he could utter word out to refute her, she beat him to it.

"Forget it. When I go home, I will find out anyway. What a waste of time"

She said resentfully looking at the horrid man whose expressions were unclear due to the mask but his eyes were dancing with mischief.

Alina couldn't hold her resentment. The more he talked, the more aggravated she became.

She has not met such a shameless man in her 32 years of life experience.

Where was the logic in this? She didn't know there was a bigger flirt than her and that he could aggravate a person to death.

She felt like, she was deceived. Alina knew she has bad perception of people but this was just complete joke. Where was the oppressive aura, the isolating feeling, he suited that better than this shameless rogue.

What a spontaneous playboy. Yuck. He left a really bad taste in her mouth.

She was already sick of this person without knowing who he was. While trying to compose herself due to frustration, she started head home that she recognises as home.

But before she could walk off, someone grabbed her hand, pulling her, she fell into a warm embrace.

Like any apathetic winter month, Alina felt December month was freezing making her numb and helpless for the past ten years.

Especially since she was inside her recurring nightmare, everything became even more desolate and suffocating but she had put up with betrayal for so long hence she became numb to this monstrous feelings.

Yet for the first time in ten years, she felt warm fuzzy feelings, as if her body was gently regaining humane warmth.

His body temperature heated her body as her cold heart started beating rapidly, implying it's real.

Ever since she found out the truth, Alina never felt any attraction toward men or women, let alone her heart skipping a beat. But now, she felt like a young maiden embraced by her prince.

Alina wanted to stay like this forever, she felt secure as if no one would ever strike her behind her back.

Looking at her dazed expression, the man chuckled softly. She looked like an untamed tiger before and now she looks like a harmless kitten.

Never would he had imagined that he would feel this way for a stranger, he didn't even know if she was someone who came with a motive to seduce him or just a random person asking for the date.

By her attire, he deduced she didn't come here to seduce him since she has the money also her attitudes implied she didn't know him, so it's pointless to approach him.

He was interested in this strange creature with strange behaviour in his embrace. Her attitude caught his interest.

He also felt like it was more fun to tease her, in addition to that, he felt she was enticing and she has many secrets within her, he really unwanted to unfold her slowly and deliciously devour her.

This little girl didn't realise how attractive she looked under the veil. He slowly removed her veil, she didn't realise what he was doing until the deed was done.

He was stunned. His heart palpitated when he saw her face under the veil. She looked absolutely stunning, if he was her husband, he would want to cage her in golden cage so no man's lecherous eyes would fall on her.
