The people who lived here were a much more beautiful race than the people in real life. They were generally tall and had a unique skin colour, walnut green, which distinguished them from the others, except for this lady here...

The woman Lucas met before he entered the city had a white complexion, like the humans, "it's strange," Lucas bit his lips as she welcomed him to the city.

The city looked happy and full of happy elves enjoying themselves, not a single sad face or greedy smile could be seen as he walked around.

The streets were clean, not a single leaf fell from the trees, and the water fountain gave the city a fresh scent, making it feel alive.

Pretty little houses connected to each other, all with green roots that reminded him of weeds and black walls that reminded him of night.

It was a nice place to live if you wanted a peaceful life, the only problem was that you'd be stared at.

They didn't stare at Haya or the pink dragon Kali, the only and most hated person there was Lucas.

They frowned, raised their eyebrows, and showed with their faces that they were disgusted by him, whispering incessantly to each other. Mothers hide their children's eyes to protect them from Lucas.

"Okay, I don't want to look like I'm complaining, but what the hell is their reaction?" There was a little disappointment in his voice.

From the moment he entered this town full of excitement and thrill, it had been ruined by the unwelcome faces.

"Izek is no longer welcome here." Answered the woman with green hair to his question.

Her tone was cold as if she meant that Lucas wasn't welcome here either.

"Okay, but I'm not Izek." Lucas clenched his fist.

It was uncomfortably quiet, the way all the whispering died away the moment they were standing next to a new building.

It was huge and massive. In the modern world from which Lucas and Kali came, it had been mistaken for a castle in the old European style, only three times cleaner and whiter.

It looked medieval in nature, it was, but it was covered with the roots of trees. Every single tree had a house connected to it, even this castle.

It had its own tower above the river. Surrounded by the city of elves, which was connected to the big old-looking red tree behind the castle. The tree was so big that you could even see it from the building.

This castle-like building shone like the first warm sun of spring, pampering everyone's faces with soft rays of sunshine. The windows were wide, so wide that even three people could easily walk through.
It reflected a rainbow, many different colours could be seen, and yet one couldn't decide which colour it was.

You couldn't make out faces when you looked at it.

They passed through an invisible bridge that looked like some kind of glass, another trap, just like the gates of the city, 'maybe to fool the enemies?' Lucas thought and looked back at Kali.

She was strangely silent, she couldn't speak anymore, but no breathing sound came out of her either, it looked suspicious, 'did that idiot tell her something for being so quiet?' He raised one of his eyebrows.

Normally the glass would break and not be able to hold three people and a dragon, but this bridge looked as solid as if it was made of stone.

"Why doesn't it make a noise as we walk?" Lucas asked a question.

An uncomfortable wind of silence passed through everyone's ears.

"Because it's made with elf magic, it can't break in the land of elves," Haya answered instead of letting the woman with green hair do it.

This woman was amazingly tall in Lucas' eyes.

She was different from the other living creatures from here. Her skin colour was remarkable and her ears were smaller than the others. She had wider hips and her breasts were also larger.

Other women also wore the same outfit as this one with the green hair, but it looked sexier on her than on all the other women in this place.

"May I ask what your name is?" Lucas asked another question, perhaps the thought of her being a green-haired woman was not very comfortable for him.

He wanted to interrupt this awkward moment.

"Xina, my name is Xina." She answered with a cold tone.

"I am Lucas and the pink dragon is Kali." He lifted the corners of his lips and tried to look friendly.

He was in another country and no one seemed to like him, making more enemies did not occur to him.

"And what about Izek?" She ignored the greeting and got straight to the point.

"What is Izek anyway?" He grinned through his teeth as he tried to keep his frustration in check, 'this is not the place to get angry.' He whispered to himself.

"Then why do I feel his mana coursing through your veins?" Another pointed question was asked by this lady.

*wwhiiii* *whiiiii*

Kali made an unpleasant noise as if her claws could not hold together and slipped through that bridge.

Everyone turned to see how Kali was doing when they saw that she had fallen to her feet.

Two claws pointed forward and two back, she seemed unable to get up under her own power. Her body felt too heavy to be able to do that on this bridge

This dragon can't walk?" Xina put her palm to her face, giving the appearance that she was either disappointed or angry.

Lucas immediately took her side, "It's a glass bridge and it has claws and long nails, what do you expect? Have you ever seen a cat on ice?" Anger rose in his chest when he heard Xina's words.

"I hate trouble." She sighed.

Xina raised one of her hands in the air and pointed a finger at the dragon as a small glint began to blossom from it.

Within seconds, Kali was lifted into the air.

It was a strange sight, as she probably weighed tonnes in her dragon form, but this elf had no trouble lifting her up.

She moved her finger forward and then pulled it back so that Kali could be lifted into the air.

Kali flew against her own will, looking as if she had been paralysed for some time while Xina gently placed her on the ground.

Xina lowered her hand and set Kali down next to another black golden gate.

Two armored elves stood there protecting it, instead of bows like Xina they had two silver swords in their hands

The two did not react when Kali appeared in front of the gate as if they had seen this kind of sight before.

"So, are you going to answer me who Izek even is?" Lucas repeated his question, expecting an answer.

Her sentence about Kali made him even angrier, but he still needed an answer about Izek.

Coming up behind him with two large people blocking his view, he did not even notice that they were already standing next to the gate.

"So no one will answer me?" He looked up at the two.

They both moved aside, then Lucas saw the two protectors pointing their swords at him.

"If you take another step, we will execute you on the spot, Izek."
