“Who said you could come back with us?”

Pei Siyan’s cold voice sounded.

Bai Hao and Jiang Sheng thought that Pei Siyan wouldn’t mention it. After all, Uncle Mo had been sitting in the car for so long and Pei Siyan had not made any comment about it until then. No one expected that Pei Siyan would say this at this time.

The smile on Uncle Mo’s face was instantly replaced by sadness. He lowered his head and remained silent.

“I was asking you a question. Did you not hear me?”

Pei Siyan’s indifferent voice came again. This time it was really loud.

Uncle Mo knew Pei Siyan’s temper so he said to Bai Hao, “Please stop at the next intersection. I’ll get off the car there.”

“Well…”

Bai Hao hesitated.

Because the mansion was basically a shabby pile of bricks now, Pei Siyan and Jiang Bo had pretty much ruined the entire place when they were fighting.

“It’s fine. I can find myself a place to live. Don’t worry.”

Knowing Bai Hao’s concern, Uncle Mo forced a smile, but his eyes were so red that he looked like he was about to burst in tears the next second.

He got to live in the old mansion and guard it for Pei Siyan before, but now the house was gone, he became completely homeless.

“But you are an old man. Where can you live? You’ll need a non-human ID to rent a house nowadays.” Bai Hao was worried.

Uncle Mo heard that; he didn’t say anything and just looked at his hands helplessly.

For hundreds of years, he had been serving Pei Siyan and his family. Where could he possibly get an ID now?

He had been serving the Pei Family ever since he left the magic world to man’s world with Pei Siyan’s father. He had never lived on his own in this city, so naturally there weren’t any files or documents about him in this city.

At that time, Pei Siyan’s father was an Earl, and no one dared make a fuss about his servants, so Uncle Mo did not have to register his identity and be restricted by then.

But now it was different. Pei Siyan’s father was dead and a homeless old man was all he could be.

Seeing the panic on Uncle Mo’s face, Bai Hao looked back at Jiang Sheng right away.

Jiang Sheng knew what to do, so he secretly made an OK gesture to Bai Hao.

He then looked at Pei Siyan with a smile on his face, “I’m pregnant now, right? It will be way more convenient if I can find someone to take care of me all day. It will be too late to find a perfect servant to take care of me when my belly gets bigger and have trouble walking, right?”

Jiang Sheng tried his best to be nice, smiling and flattering him.

Pei Siyan didn’t say anything, but frowned.

Because he saw Bai Hao turning back to ask Jiang Sheng for help just now.

“Uncle Mo has taken care of your mother before. He must have the experience to take care of a pregnant woman. I’ll feel much safer with Uncle Mo by my side. I can’t trust any other guys. What if they try to kill me while I’m pregnant?”

Pei Siyan still didn’t answer, and Jiang Sheng forced himself to continue.

Even though it didn’t really matter to Jiang Sheng whether Uncle Mo could take good care of him or not, he had seen the expression on Uncle Mo’s face just now, and it was way too heartbreaking to watch.

“I know you are talking for him.” Pei Siyan was still holding his cold tone.

‘Ah! Busted!’

Jiang Sheng’s face immediately fell.

“Then I’m gonna be frank with you. I want Uncle Mo to be my servant. Are you giving me him or not?”

Jiang Sheng was saying that firmly. He frowned at Pei Siyan and was no longer flattering.

“No! Madam! You don’t have to do this for me. I’m fine. I can take care of myself.”

Hearing Jiang Sheng speaking to Pei Siyan in such tone, Uncle Mo immediately panicked. He was afraid that Pei Siyan would be mad at Jiang Sheng over this, so he stopped Jiang Sheng immediately and his old wary eyes became tearful.

“Uncle Mo, just wait and see. I’ll teach him a lesson today.”

Jiang Sheng rolled up his sleeves and answered. Then he poked at Pei Siyan’s chest and lectured, “You can ignore an old man so coldly. How would I dare to live with you in the future? Will you just leave me out there and let me live on my own when someday you don’t like me anymore?”

‘Damn, does he really hate him that much that he has to treat an old man like this? He won’t know how far he have gone if I don’t talk some sense to him now.’

Jiang Sheng was furious.
