Rebirth: A Doted Toy Boy In ‘Another' World

While Pei Siyang and the others went down the hall, Bai Jingyi wallked toward them.

“Master, are you alright?”

Bai Jingyi asked in a hurry. He wanted to hold Bai Hezhi, but seeing Jiang Sheng and  Bai Hao by his side, he couldn’t do anything but watching.

“Where’s your the Tenth?” asked Bai Hezhi in a weak voice.

“The Tenth Captain is seriously injured. His subordinates have sent him back. He probably has to rest for a while.”

“Our people are right ourside. Shall I call them in to help you go out?”

Bai Jingyi took off his mask and handed it over to Bai Hezhi while asking him for order.

His face looked unexpectedly young without the mask, about 19 years old maybe, quite handsome.

But his voice sounded very mature.

“I accidentally broke your mask just now. You can use this for now. It’s better not to expose your face, it’s not safe.”

Bai Jingyi said it was not safe to expose Bai Hezhi’s face was not because it was beautiful but because of his identity.

He was an orphan raised by Bai Hezhi’s father. He grew up with Bai Hezhi and had always been protecting him, so he saw his face.

And he was the only subordinates amongst those of Bai Family that had ever seen Bai Hezhi’s face.

Because Bai Hezhi wore a mask even when he was at home. Only when there was nobody else would he took it off.

He did this because his face was too shaky.

In the past, not only did he hurt his face once, he also hated his face to the guts that always brought him trouble.

However, he was a pregnancy seed. He inherited his mother’s non-human lineage and had the ability to heal.

Therefore, after a while, his face was completely unscathed. No matter how many times he tried to destory his face, the results were the same.

It was just that the wound healed slower than the real non-human.

“Mm.”

Bai Hezhi put on Bai Jingyi’s mask and ordered, “Drive ahead. Mr. Pei and the others will send me back.”

“You mean, back to Bai family?” Bai Jingyi was stunned.

“Yes.”

“But, is it safe?”

Bai Jingyi didn’t want to question Pei Siyang and the rest, but they only met the first time and now they were taking them home.

“Safe.”

Bai Hezhi replied without hesitation.

“Alright then, I’ll drive ahead. Please go after me, Mr. Pei.”

As soon as Bai Jingyi lowered his head to Pei Siyang, he immediately walked out of the courtyard. He had no doubt about what Bai Hezhi said.

Pei Siyang and the rest did not expect it to go so smoothly, so they breathed a sigh of relief.

“Uncle Mo, go and drive the car here.”

“Yes, Master.”

Uncle Mo went to prepare right away.

“Jiang Sheng, I want to go with you.”

Qiao Mo ran to Jiang Sheng’s side and hugged his arm tightly.

Jiang Sheng glanced back at Pei Siran. Pei Siran nodded and then he agreed.

Pei Siran didn’t know what to do since Qiao Mo was still afraid of him.

“Big Brother, you should go together too!” Pei Siyang said.

“Nevermind. I’m going to work.”

Pei Siran replied quietly. He said it to Pei Siyang, but his eyes were on Qiao Mo.

Hearing Pei Siran’s words, Qiao Mo felt a little disappointed.

Jiang Sheng noticed all of this and could only sigh.

What a troublesome couple!

“Big Brother, just get on Hei Ming’s car and follow us.”

He then looked down at Qiao Mo and asked in a low voice, “Is this okay?”

Qiao Mo hesitated before nodding.

“Thank you, Jiang Sheng.”

“There’s no need. It’s good that you get used to Big Brother earlier. Look at his face. It’s pitiful.”

“I know, but I don’t dare to face him alone.”

Qiao Mo mumbled.

He knew that he didn’t hate Pei Siran right now, but he was afraid of interacting with him face-to-face.
