Rebirth: I am the World's Heavenly Dao
Chapter 206
The old man was buried in the tomb.
The Northern Barbarian Sword Sect welcomed a special guest. The ninth generation of the Sword Sect's Book Monster King Gu Zhi returned to the sect with his disciple Qiu Zezi. After returning to the sect, the Book Monster died three days later, leaving Qiu Zezi to join the Sutra Pavilion.
The Sutra Pavilion has become the strongest lineage in the Sword Sect since the Great Dream Heavenly Venerable. Countless talented disciples have joined the Sutra Pavilion to learn the "Great Dream Heavenly Scripture", but none of them succeeded. In the end, they could only waste their time and switch to other lines. However, even so, some disciples who were guided by the Great Dream Heavenly Venerable became elders in the Sword Sect.
Today, Jianmen has been passed down to the thirteenth generation of disciples. Batian Xuan Ce abdicated, and now the ninth generation senior brother Feng Shuzi has inherited the position of the head. The Batian family suffered heavy losses after a calculation, but it is still the most powerful family in Jianmen.
Family power has been formed in Jianmen, and interests are intertwined. Jianmen’s resources have begun to be controlled over the years. Without the threat from the demon clan, they have also begun to fight internally. Many geniuses have been suppressed by these big families and cannot find a way out.
And these guys also secretly suppressed the lineage of the Sutra Pavilion. When the old guys in the Sutra Pavilion die, it is estimated that it will become a place to collect waste again. What the Great Dream Heavenly Venerable taught to those disciples is not something that ordinary people can understand. It belongs to the unique fate of the individual.
After Qiu Zezi came to Jianmen, he only learned some health-preserving exercises for physical exercise, and the rest of the time he was immersed in the vast sea of books in Jianmen.
In less than ten years, Qiu Zezi had read all the millions of books in Jianmen. He often used a sentence from Shi Qiong, the god of war worshipped by the northern barbarians, as his motto, which was: "Conquer people with virtue."
For this reason, Qiu Zezi also tattooed a big word "德" on his back according to the practice method of the blood-marked warrior. This tattoo, combined with his height of 2.5 meters and muscles, was simply domineering.
Although Qiu Zezi did not learn those high-level practice methods, he learned it by reading thousands of classics. He wondered whether words and poems could be used as a means of fighting against the enemy.
Since the former head of Shushan Sword Sect, Batian Yunhai, could open up the road of martial arts, why couldn't he open up a road of literature?
Qiu Zezi had a strong executive ability, so he forged a giant axe. He named his axe "德斧". After asking the head for permission, Qiu Zezi decided to travel around the world and went all the way south to visit Shushan Sword Sect and borrow books from Shushan Sword Sect.
During his travels in the northern barbarians, Qiu Zezi found that the northern barbarians did not pay attention to some etiquette in their daily lives. Unlike the Han Dynasty in the south, Qiu Zezi felt that he should play an educational role for these people.
When Qiu Zezi went down the mountain, he encountered a robber named Wang Erniu who robbed him on the road. Qiu Zezi decided to use the principles he learned from books to persuade Wang Erniu. He found that reasoning was not convincing, so Qiu Zezi could only use virtue to axe people. Under the influence of love, Wang Erniu became Qiu Zezi's disciple.
Qiu Zezi named Erniu Chongyang, so Wang Chongyang, the senior brother of the back mountain under the seat of Mr. Qiu in later generations, was born.
The folk customs in the northern barbarians are simple, and it is reasonable for everyone to engage in side jobs while farming and grazing. Qiu Zezi encountered more than 400 guys who engaged in side jobs of robbers and bandits in less than a year after he went down the mountain. Many of them were convinced by Qiu Zezi's virtue, and a small number of them refused to obey, so Qiu Zezi could only send them to the underworld to reincarnate.
Taoist myths and legends have become very famous on the Calidoa continent under the spread of the Han Dynasty, especially the fact that people go to the underworld to reincarnate after death, which the lower-class people firmly believe.
Qiu Zezi did not talk about reason anymore, he just showed his tattoos and then took out the axe of virtue, and directly convinced people with virtue.
His disciples recorded his quotations and summarized them into a classic, which is called "Lun Yu".
For example, "If you hear the truth in the morning, you will die in the evening", the disciples understood it as knowing the way to your home in the morning, you will die in the evening.
Parents are still there, don't travel far, and travel must have a way. The understanding of this sentence is that if your parents are still there, you can't run away, and if you run away, there are ways to catch you back.
A gentleman is not powerful if he is not heavy: A gentleman must hit people hard, otherwise he can't establish prestige.
...
Many of his quotations were regarded as classics by his disciples, and Qiu Zezi was called Qiuzi. Qiuzi believed that his school was always elegant and easy-going, and won people over with virtue, so he called his school Confucianism.
Travel along the way
, Qiuzi accepted a total of 3,000 disciples, all of whom were two-meter-tall men with the word "德" tattooed on their backs, holding a large axe, wearing a long sword on their waists, and carrying a longbow. Under Qiuzi's teaching, all of them had reached the Sun and Moon Realm at least. Among them, 72 people had time to engage in side jobs after practicing and were beaten by Qiuzi. They were called 72 idle people, and later they were mistakenly called 72 sages.
And Qiuzi's legend soon spread among the northern barbarians. A group of fierce guys caught people everywhere to spread their "Lunyu", and asked everyone if they wanted to join their school. The northern barbarians were full of curiosity about this newly emerged green forest gang.
This group of people did not do bad things, except for a little strange, but it was in line with the style of the northern barbarians. After all, most of the northern barbarians would engage in side jobs, and this group of people seemed to suit their tastes. However, the books on etiquette written by Qiuzi himself were generally burned as firewood.
This group of Confucian disciples followed Qiu Zi to wander among the northern barbarians. Qiu Zi's powerful strength was treated with courtesy by many tribes in the northern barbarians. Those large tribes bought many books from them, which made Qiu Zi so happy that he got drunk for three days.
Qiu Zi thought he could reorganize the northern barbarians' etiquette system, but after seeing the northern barbarians use those books to start a fire, he hid in his room for nearly half a year without going out.
After healing his soul, Qiu Zi drove a carriage and left this place with simple folk customs. He decided to spread Confucian culture to other regions, where people were difficult to educate.
The northern barbarians did not like those etiquette books, but the "Lun Yu" annotated by his disciples was very popular among the northern barbarians. So Qiu Zi gradually spread among the northern barbarians, and his reputation was constantly rising. Some northern barbarians who had an epiphany because of "Lun Yu" even built a temple for Qiu Zi.
It's true that if you plant flowers with care, they won't bloom, but if you plant willows without care, they will survive.
Qiuzi's Confucianism eventually spread among the northern barbarians in other ways, making the northern barbarians more simple and honest. They thanked Qiuzi and were willing to take only half of Qiuzi when they got him as a side job.
In this way, Qiuzi traveled to other parts of the continent.
