As for the dehulled Scientific Instrument Center, it will focus on the work of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in the future. As compensation, they will share part of the MOCVD technology license. All simple versions of MOCVD will be transferred to the Scientific Instrument Center for completion.

After the MOCVD type III of the photoelectric instrument is finalized, the type II non-batch type equipment will also be fully authorized to the instrument center.

In this way, the Scientific Instrument Center can live well by relying entirely on the second-generation MOCVD and the pirated LED industry chain.

As for the future, if the LCD strategy is really successful, PECVD can be mass-produced smoothly, and MOCVD can be completely transferred to the Scientific Instrument Center.

The pressure from Fengtian is relatively easy to deal with. Fengtian is concerned about employment.

In this regard, the LED large screen company has made a great contribution in this merger and acquisition process.

Qian Dezhi’s LED company promised to build a branch in Fengtian. At the same time, two or three electronics and equipment companies can be packaged and absorbed.

The biggest problem facing LED companies now is insufficient production capacity.

In LED companies, module assembly in the production of large screens is a labor-intensive task. So the only way to expand is to add people.

But adding people in the ice city is no longer possible.

First, the workshop space, if there are people, will naturally occupy the space. The two newly-built factories of Optoelectronics actually leave little room for LED companies.

The two plants are two-storey plant layouts, but one floor is reserved for the LED company.

Second, skilled workers, with the rise of the LED industry chain, there are not many small electronic companies in Bingcheng. Following this shareholder trend, almost all of them have transformed into LED-related companies.

If LED companies engage in corporate mergers, they can only start with machinery companies. Of course, Bingcheng's large and medium-sized enterprises also have some equipment and electronic enterprises. But their lives can survive.

This type of company is not something that Optoelectronics can get involved. The negotiation of mergers and acquisitions will take a year or a half.

But there are so many such resources in Fengtian.

Fengtian has a much stronger foundation in electronic products than Bingcheng. The more there are, the more cumbersome it is. These are all burdens now.

In this case, it is a better choice to completely transfer the production of large-screen modules to Fengtian and keep only LED production in Bingcheng.

The third reason is distance.

Anyway, Fengtian was a lot closer to the sea. The location of Bingcheng is still a bit too remote. The volume occupied by the LED is not large, but the volume of the large screen module is not small.

It is a matter of course for the LED company to set up a second industrial base in Fengtian.
