"And what is the plan for that?" asked Obadiah

" I think we should take another look into arc reactor technology." Tony said

"Ah, come on. The arc reactor, that's a publicity stunt! Tony, come on. We built that thing to shut the hippies up." Obadiah stated

"It works." Tony said as he motioned towards the oversized arc recator

"Yeah, as a science project. The arc was never cost effective. We knew that before we built it. Arc reactor technology, that's a dead end, right?" asked Obadiah Stane

"Maybe." Tony said as he shrugged his shoulders

"Huh? Am I right? We haven't had a breakthrough in that in what? Thirty years." Tony said

"That's what they say. Could you have a lousier poker face? Just tell me, who told you?" Tony said as he looked at Obadiah and knew that someone has already told him about it.

"It's Rhodey or Pepper." Tony said as only the two of them had the time to tell Obadiah about it.

" Okay, Rhodey. "Tony says and opens his shirt to show Obadiah the reactor in his chest.

"Okay? It works." Tony said in annoyed tone seeing his lackluster reaction.

"Listen to me, Tony. We're a team. Do you understand? There's nothing we can't do if we stick together, like your father and I." Obadiah said

"I'm sorry I didn't give you a heads-up, okay? But if I had..." Tony tried to explain when Obadiah stopped him

"You gotta let me handle this. We're gonna have to play a whole different kind of ball now. We're going to have to take a lot of heat. I want you to promise me that you're gonna lay low." Obadiah said to which Tony nodded his head.

"What do you mean, "Operation"?" she Pepper

"It's just a game, never mind. Just gently lift the wire." Tony said

"It's not pus. It's an inorganic plasmic discharge from the device, not from my body." Tony explained

" It smells!" Pepper scrunched her nose.

" Yeah, it does. The copper wire. The copper wire, you got it?" Tony nodded his head excepting the fact that it smells while also explaining to Pepper what she needs to do.

"Okay, you got it? Now, don't let it touch" Pepper lets it touch the side causing Tony flinch and painfully continue "the sides when you're coming out!"

"That's what I was trying to tell you before. Okay, now make sure that when you pull it out, that you don't..." Pepper pulls out the wire with the magnet attached and the medical equipment starts beeping. "There's a magnet at the end of it! That was it. You just pulled it out."

"Okay, what do I do?" asked Pepper as she tried to put back the magnet in

"What's wrong?" asked Pepper
