"Agent Coulson is down." Fury voice was heard in the radio.

Agent Hill is being treated for a gash on her head, listens on her headset, standing up.

"Paramedics are on their way." An Agent's voice came in the earpiece.

"They're here." Fury said in the radio.

HELICARRIER PORT SIDE

Steve and Tony listen in as well.

"They called it," came Fury's voice informing them about Coulson's death.

Later HELICARRIER BRIDGE � LATER

Fury gathers Tony, Thor, Banner, Kenichi and Steve back into the briefing room everyone there has a look as if in a daze except Kenichi as he had a cold expression not showing anything on it.

"These were in Phil Coulson's jacket. Guess he never did get you to sign them." Fury said as he throws Coulson's CAPTAIN AMERICA TRADING CARDS on the table towards Steve. Steve picks them up, STAINED WITH BLOOD.

"Right now we are up in the air up. Our

communications, are fine we lost some good agents but we survived because you all were here. Yes, we were going to build an arsenal with the Tesseract. I never put all my

chips on that number though, because I was playing something even riskier. There was an idea, Stark knows this, called THE AVENGERS INITIATIVE. The idea was to bring together a group of remarkable people, see if they could become something more. See if they could work together when we needed them to, to fight the battles that we never could. Phil Coulson died still believing in that idea, in heroes."

HELICARRIER DETENTION SECTION � DAY

Tony look at the empty cell container. He stands not saying a word. Steve walks in.

"Was he married?" Steve asked

"No. There was a uh...cellist, I think." Tony replied

"I'm sorry. He seemed like a good man." Steve stated

"He was an idiot." Tony said

"Why? For believing?" Steve asked

"For taking on Ebony Maw alone." Tony replied

"He was doing his job." Steve spoke in Coulson's defence

"He was out of his league. He should have waited Kenichi He should have... " Tony said

"Sometimes there isn't a way out, Tony. Coulson didn't know if there anyone else coming and even if there was who knows if Coulson hadn't stopped him for sometime he may have escaped before Kenichi even recahed here." Steve stated

"That's all an if, Captain Kenichi was on his way he would have met Maw before he could escape even without Coulson " Tony stated

"Is this the first time you've lost a soldier?" Steve asked

Tony turns around sharply and raised his voice "WE ARE NOT SOLDIERS! I am not marching to Fury's fife!"

"Neither am I! He's got the same blood on his hands as Maw had. Right now we've got to put that aside and get this done. Now Maw is dead but Erik Selvig is still following his order of opening the portal and bringing the aliens and he needs a power source, if we can put together a list..." Steve said and right at that someone else entered the detention room as well.

"We don't need a list Steve all we need to know is how many buildings of Stark are being run by the Arc Reactor " Kenichi said as he walked in the room while still holding Maw's sceptre, since he grabbed it Kenichi hasn't let go of it as he knows how important it would be for the upcoming fight.

"What you think they will use Starks Arc Reactor?" Steve asked while Tony's eyes widened in realisation.

"Stark's Arc Reactor is the most potent and stable energy source that they can use to open a portal, if we only scan those places for the gamma signals of Tesseract we may be able to find it." Kenichi stated as this was the only way to really know where the tesseract was really at.

Tony ran straight towards the lab where Banner was still working, "Bruce search for the Tesseract gamma radiation near, New York, LA, Chicago, Houston, Phoenix, Philadelphia, San Antonio, San Diego, Dallas, and San Jose."

"What? Why?" Banner asked and Tony explained what Kenichi told him.

"The algorithm is running and if we focus on only these cities instead of the whole world than we may only need few minutes at most"
