Reborn as a Mom
179 Need a room
She shooted daggers at everyone and stepped to her bedroom. She walked slow, so sure that Vivan would follow. Behind the cold farce, she liked the teasing, because after this Vivan would appease her gently.
After climbing up the stairs, Ira stopped in her tracks before realizing something.
She turned back to see Vivan at the foot of stairs. In a wheelchair, he looked at her pitifully. Between them was the stairs he couldn't cross. She glanced at her room and then at Vivan.
Ira came to him and said, "Dad we need a room downstairs."
On hearing this, Ashay who was sitting in the corner got up to move out of their sight.
"You stand there." Dad stood up.
"Dad, No!" Ashay pleaded. Why should he give his room to them? He had been invisible since his sister arrived, now how did they see him?
The house had many rooms but most of them were upstairs. There was a hall, kitchen and Ashay's room on the ground floor.
"How about we build an elevator in our house?" Ashay suggested.
" ... "
Tej Rai looked at his kid with silence for a moment and said with a straight face, "How about I kick you out of the house?"
"No, But it's my room." He complained.
"We need a room downstairs," Ira repeated and shrugged her shoulders, but when she turned to Ashay and teased him pulling out her tongue.
With Vivan's state, he couldn't move back and forth from the second floor. Lying there he would get bored.
"Don't worry. We won't take your room forever," she said.
"Promise?" Ashay looked uncertain.
Another glare was enough to shut him up.
Vivan was curious about her bedroom. He never had entered the place, so he wanted that room. But he had to compromise with Ashay's room.
"Promise." Vivan smiled assuring Ashay. It was only then calmness returned to his face.
"Give me a minute, Captain." Ashay closed the door and hid all his possessions. He was upset a second before but compromised because it was Vivan who gave his word. He liked this man!
He even got the guts to tease his tyrant sister and more so get away without a scratch.Hence for a few days, he could compromise and shift to another room.
The room looked as belonged to a typical teenager. One who didn't like cleanliness. Only when the servants cleaned the room it looked habitable.
