Brittle, slightly dry texture, 3/10...A small stone is ok, but a bigger stone may cause -,

I looked at the mold in my hand. If I could eat stones... I stupidly shoved the mold into the hole in my face.

Buying Skill Mushrooms? Cost: 10 (you have 589)

There is nothing downside to this. Yes, thank you.

568 -> 558

Okay. Let's start eating these fluffy molds!

"Nom nom nom..."

is very fluffy. The taste is nothing, but the texture is great. 5/10。

In less than an hour or so, I was gnawing the walls bare. The beauty of the previously white fluffy mold and pink crystals is gone.

558 -> 689 Slowly developed, haha.

Yo. Wow. I might be able to eat the stones, but I have a better idea. See, this section is just a room-like room (though it's now cleaned up) that leads to the same moldy hallway. I don't know where that corridor leads, but I'm all for eating the mold growing inside. And, if my eyes hadn't betrayed me, I could still see some pink crystals! Oh, and a few spiders that have fallen behind, but I don't care about them anymore. My immunity seems to be able to keep up with my crazy consumption of mold, so it should be able to deal with them as well.

Maybe I'm immune to a mold infection ingested by my mouth because I am a fungal eater?

There's also a very good way to test it. There are two (2) spiders. I approached them, and they, like robots, immediately came towards me. I almost reached out to shake hands, and then my newly developed octopus instinct returned, and I grabbed both of them. Each one has a separate tentacle.

One of the tentacles on my right was eaten, and the other was just held for a while. Now, let's see which one infects more.

689 -> 699

... The one I was holding it was already infected to some degree, while the other one was barely affected.

- Well, that's explained! I happily ate the other one, and my tentacles quickly regained their health.

699 -> 709

test ended.

I started eating the walls!

709 -> 897

... Well. The cave leads to a larger room, larger than the previous one. Shaped like a hemisphere, or some kind of dome. The mold hangs down from the ceiling in white clusters, forming large white spheres that appear to contain some kind of living thing. In the very center of the room, surrounded by countless thick white mold vines, stood a crystal, with a pink edge and a pale cyan edge at the very tip. It glows, as the mold eggs near it emit the same faint color as the crystal.

A crack split the thing in half, and a large spider suddenly jumped out. It's just that it's black. It falls onto the moldy floor, splashes clear liquid, and is immediately surrounded by live mold. It climbs on the spider's legs, moves wildly, absorbs it, transforms it... Make it white and fluffy.

-Belch. Right. Good.

I eat spiders.

897 -> 907

All things considered, this must be some kind of evil breeding room, right? Like, spiders were born, mold took them away... Or something else. Maybe the best thing to do is to turn around? Ignore it all?

...... Either that's it, or I'll eat the marshmallow crystals over there.

Yes, crystals. As I grabbed the crystal and lifted my body above it, there was a buzzing sound in the air. The mold seems to be stretching out to me. I put my big mouth right above the crystal. And down. Penetrate yourself on it. Ha.

Took a bite. Deflate.

I didn't hear it when it came, but I could feel it in the air, sudden movements! A jumble of "buzzing" sounded through the air, mold swelled with pride, and then it descended again.

Wow! Historic roofs. Endless white, but now, seeing it, no, her crystal was threatened, and she took the initiative. As one would expect from a creature that blends perfectly with the roof, she is huge. Strings of half-moldy eggs hung like grapes on her seven limbs, and her eyes were too numerous to count. She was their mother and she was angry.

She tried to bite me, and I didn't expect it, and I survived because she grabbed one of my tentacles and ripped it off, and it was better to lose one arm than to lose the whole of me.

I wasn't infected by her, but I wasn't recovering fast enough to be instantly ready for battle. My mind was confused and I flinched.

I could only enter the passage between the two rooms because I already knew she didn't fit. Ha

because she's big. Hehe. Her children were also hanging on her lap, and she didn't want to crush them either.

... However, if I base myself on David and Goliath, maybe... Wouldn't that be too hard to do?

She crouched down now and glared at me angrily. I approached her. I think if we weren't in space, she might have growled at me. But her grave mistake was to let her weakness hang on her legs, although I'm sure she never thought it would happen. I threw myself on her leg, ignoring how she stumbled back into the room, and I didn't hesitate to start biting it. At this angle, she couldn't even try to bite me, which gave me plenty of time to bite off her leg completely. One has fallen, and there are six left.

The leg fell on the moldy ground, and a dozen eggs hanging around it splashed on the floor in a mess. Some are empty and filled with only a viscous liquid, while others contain half-formed or almost fully formed spiders.

Newborn spiders rose like moldy zombies and staggered towards me. I wasted very little time with them, and I swallowed them as soon as they appeared. Ha. Rejoice!

907 -> 947

Suddenly, a thigh smashed into one of my tentacles, piercing one of my eyes. I withdrew my tentacles, and a piece of flesh was torn. It will heal. I almost forgot her, but she didn't forget me. I quickly wrapped my tentacles around that leg and started chewing on it, though. One goal behind, six goals left, one goal behind, six goals left....

- She's not that painful, is she?
