Reborn princess: I will change my ill-fate

" Long time no see Aeinshia. Let me introduce my cousin. She came from a baron family and she lives in countryside. She came to watch the bright colours of capital city of our glorious and magnificent empire and now currently staying at our mansion for a few days, " Lady Sarah spoke, as she directed her gaze to her cousin Hal, showing off her connections and how well she is living in capital to her cousin while at the same time she sweet talkingly pinning Hal on regards of power, money and status. 

Well, it even portays to others as her family being very humble and receiving for others, showing how good natured they were. 

Tsk~ Aeinshia clicked her tongue at her presumptuous attitude and behavior.

Does she think others don't know what she intend to say? No one are that stupid here to begin with.

" Aeinshia, I thought you would attend our family's party this year, " Hana chimmed in, trying to make her presence.

However, no one noticed expression on Aeinshia's face. Aeinshia simply observed them and saw how they are trying to befriend her and acting close to her.

Where are these friends when she was crying behind for losing her chastity?

Now that she was announced as a wife for the future emperor, everyone swarming around her.

Before she could say anything, Sarah again opened her mouth, " Hal, look at who bestowed an audience with us. It is the future wife of our next emperor. We both are very close friends and Aeinshia everytime asks me to attend her tea party and send invitations to our family, whenever there is any celebration at the duked estate. I am the most favorite person of Aeinshia, " Sarah spoke, still smiling from ear to ear, as she flaunting off at Hal and others.

No one was much interested about what she spoke till now. However when she claimed Aeinshia likes her most, they ended up in an argument.

" Look at you, living in delusions. Aeinshia always attended my tea parties. She just called you, but she attended our estate. It clearly shows she puts more care and interest about me. " Gionee spoke, probably because she spoke hurriedly, it took sometime for others to register her words in brain.

Looking at how people are speaking, hana couldn't help but join in their conversation, " Enough already. It's time for you all to wake up. Don't live in dreams. Aeinshia cares about everyone and no one is less or more to her, " She spoke, trying to get in good graces of Aeinshia, by reducing her burden of calming those dreaming ladies.

Hahaha~ Aeinshia chuckled out loudly, watching this funny scene of those high class ladies, fighting over her attention and affection. She felt she might get killed from suppresing her laugh anymore, so at the end she bursted out.

Pointing her gaze at Sarah, Aeinshia asked, " Who are you? "

At this unexpected question, everyone almost froze in their places, their thoughts disrupted at once.

Sarah's reaction is the most notable one among all. She made a face like been betrayed be her long relationship boyfriend and got abandoned by him. It is sure an expression to watch.

While Aeinshia gave a huge blow to Sarah, where Sarah ended up standing rootly at her place, stunned this whole while, on the other side time once again played with Alexander, making him believe his eyes playing games on him.

At palace:

The huge grand gold carriage  stops in front of the Palace. From inside, Alexander watches the huge monument which is supposed to be the pride of all the people who lives in the Seazle empire. The Grand Palace which has seen many Emperors reign and still stands magestically and strongly. He too wished he was strong and would be capaable to keep all his people happy in his life.

He sighed heavily when the door for his carriage opens. This is his destiny, he chose to be here and he has to take up the reponsibility. He climbed down the steps of the staircase of the carriage and saw the guards bowing on one knee, showing respect to him. He wonders, if they are just bowing at the fear of Emperor or out of respect for him. 

He makes his way up to the Grand staircase in front of the Palace and he climbs up them while being backed up by his personal guards. When he is up the stairs and was about to enter the Palace, he hears hoods of many horses coming and he knows who they were,

He turns around and sees the Dukes and Main Generals of his court coming on their horses.

They were supposed to hold a meeting before Andrew left for the west. So, they  were going to discuss their agenda again with some changes and negotiation terms.

He stood at the entrance and watched all of them get down their horses and speed walked towards him. When they reached, they all bowed down and said out in unison, "At your service, your highness."

Alexander just looked at them. He was feeling a bit blue today. There was no reason for that. He was happy the while day. His children and him have spent one of the most fondest memory he would remember forever.

But, its just that he woke up having a bad feeling. Nothing happened bad happened till now and he was convinced nothing would happen. If amything worst would happen the only thing he could think was the negotiation at the West going wrong.

There was only a slight possibility of that happening. The people at the borders are just greedy and he knew well how to bind them. He just hoped he was not thinking it wrong and the border would be safe from invaders.

"Go ahead. I would be attending soon, gentlemen." Alexander spoke out while clasping his hands behind his back and turned around. All the men bowed their heads to them and waited till he was out of their line of sight, so they can move to the courtroom.

Alexander was walking towards his chambers. He contemplated if he should go into his secret tunnel or just rest for a while and go to the meeting room. He sighed heavily and settled for going to meeting room, after thoroughly verifying his plan.

He was deep in his thoughts about all the empire politics, affairs and riots that were taking place. His mind was buzzing thinking about the possible solutions for those things when he suddenly bumped into something.

He heard a small yelp and snapped out of his thoughts, when he realized it was someone he bunped into. Alexander was big and built so, he was standing, but the poor thing that fell down wasn't.

Alexander looked down and realized it was woman he bumped into. The woman was fallen and was trying to get up, but her face wasnt facing him. She was wearing simple clothes, specifically, maid's clothes. "Its a maid? Aren't the Palace maid's attend in the festival?"

Alexnader thought to himself and just stood there waiting for the woman to get up or at least show her face. The woman muttered something under her breath, that Alexander's didnt hear clearly.

He frowned at her. She still wasn't getting up, nor acknowledging his presence. He decided to clear his throat to alert the maid.

But, regretted it when he saw her face. His body froze. His mind was spinning. He just couldn't believe his eyes.

The woman who fell down was muttering curses under her breath and was wiping some dirt on her newly washed clothes. She didn't know what she bumped into, she was just pissed at the dirt on her precious uniform robes.

She raised her head when she heard someone clear their throat. She had a very mad look with her thick eyebrows knitted tightly and hr forehead having black lines, that seemed to be permanent.

When she looked at the source of the sound, her mad face morphed into surprise and then to horror. Her mouth parted and her eyes would drop out of theur sockets, if she widened them some more.

Well, how can she not? She just bumped into the Emperor, who was majestic and standing infront of her and looking so big. The main person in the Palace. She offended him by bumping into him.

Suddenly, her face became devoid of emotions for a brief second and then, she scrambled onto her knees and bowed deeply before the Emperor.

"I-I'm so-sorry, your greatness. I ap-ap-apologize for I've offended you by m-my presence like this. I beg for your forgiveness!" The woman exclaimed and repeatedly bowed towards him.

Alexander was standing there like a rock. He couldn't believe his eyes. For a second his thought his eyes playing games with him. He really can't believe what his eyes seeing.
