Ugh...
I groggily opened my eyes to find myself covered in bandages while lying in the middle of a bed within a small room.
Where am I?
HISSS...
I took in a sharp breath as pain assaulted my senses when I attempted to get up.
I looked at my HUD and found that I had 4 hearts and half a hunger bar...
Does this mean I survived the Blood Moon?
I opened up my inventory and found that I had no food, damn...
Once I managed to get up from the bed I noticed that whoever put on my bandages also took off all of my clothes...
Woosh.
The door opened and a young woman in armor walked into the room...
We stood there in shock as the young woman's eyes began to wander down my body.
Her face quickly turned red before a loud scream echoed through the room as she ran out of the room closing the door behind her.
I stood there frozen for a few moments before sitting down.
A minute later a man also in armor came into the room.
This man was bald and had various scars going across his entire body.
"Your finally awake. So, do you mind telling me what happened? Why you were covered in dozens of wounds and burns?" The man asked.
"Who are you?" I asked, ignoring his question.
"Ah right, my name is Krill, the captain of the guards. So can you answer my question?" He asked after introducing himself.
"I don't remember," I told him with a blank expression as I lied through my teeth.
"Sigh...do you remember anything before the event?" he asked.
"I do, I remember completing and turning in a guild quest before walking into an ally, the next thing I know is that I am in this bed, n.a.k.e.d and covered in bandages," I told him.
"I see...well, I will need your identification before you are free to leave," he told me.
"What about my clothes?" I asked.
"They were far too...damaged, they were nothing more than scraps when we found you," he answered.
Sweet...now I need new clothes...
"Do you have anything I can wear until I get new clothes?" I asked.
"Sure," he told me before tossing me some clothes.
...
Soon I was allowed to leave the building which turned out to be the Guard's barracks.
I looked around and sighed.
I visited a Food Stall and bought myself some simple food to heal myself.
Once I was back to full health I took of the bandages and found that although most of my wounds healed, I now had quite a few scars...
I soon entered an empty ally and returned to my Minecraft World.
I found myself in a field covered in items.
Bones, Rotten Flesh, String, Gunpowder, damaged armor and tools were scattered across the area with dozens of craters that were caused by creepers...
...
I stored all of the monster drops before crafting myself some new Iron tools and armor to replace my broken ones.
Once I did that I looked at the item that would help me most in increasing my strength, The Codex Arcana.
I pulled it out of my inventory and a thick book without a cover appeared in my hands.
I put the the book down on my table before walking over to my c.h.e.s.ts and grabbing a few items.
I smelted some sand to get glass then I smelted the Vintium Ore to get Vintium Dust.
Once I did that I grabbed two iron ingots and walked over to my crafting table.
I put both of the iron ingots in the bottom right and left slots before putting the vintium dust in the bottom middle of the crafting table.
Once I did that I put the glass block directly in the middle of the crafting table, just above the Vintium Dust.
Then with a flash of light all the items began converging towards the middle of the crafting table before combining into an item, specifically an Occulus.
On the black slate were 7 strange runic symbols and in each corner of the slate was a small raised pillar.
Once I grabbed the Occulus I walked over to my table and placed it down.
A see through dodecohedron with blue outlines and various shapes, runes and symbols that floated on its various surfaces appeared before floating above the black slate!
I pulled up my chair and grabbed the Codex Arcana.
And after a moment of hesitation I opened it!
Immeaditly a blue bar with a number '1' appeared at the top left of my vision...
To my disappointment nothing else happened.
I guess I should get started!
