Reincarnated With A Minecraft Realm

After I grabbed all the masks and stored them in my inventory I sat down and had some lunch while I rested.

Thank god I crafted myself a shield...otherwise, I would have definitely died in that encounter with the Barakoa.

I only remembered them after I sat down and got some rest.

The Barakoa tribes settle within the Acacia biome and they are tribal in nature.

Outside their villages, they travel in teams with a Barakoana, who wears a Mask of Fury and wields both a spear and a shield.

It was the same Barakoa that I fought to the death in a duel, he was the captain of that hunting group.

Looking through all the masks in my inventory before pulling out the Mask of Rage which was a red mask with a giant grin with two closed eyes and on the side of the mask were two horns.

This mask would give me haste upon putting it on, which means I would do various things faster, like Mining and chopping wood.

It wouldn't necessarily increase my movement speed but it would increase the speed of my hands when working.

I could use the Mask of Fear which would increase my Speed but it would only increase how fast I run which would only help me if I wanted to escape...

I had the Mask of Rage, the Mask of Fear, the Mask of Bliss, the Mask of Fury, and the Mask of Misery.

It was quite the collection and I think I had all the masks of the Barakoa besides the mask of the village chief, Barako otherwise known as the Sun Chief.

And these Barakoa were just the chief's cannon fodder...

I soon got up from the ground and in the distance deeper within the Acacia biome I could see some rising smoke, it doesn't take a genius to figure out that is probably the Barakoa village...

I felt much better now that I had the mask on and this mask would prevent any more Barakoa from attacking me.

I marked the village location on my Map and continued heading south around the village.

Within an hour or two of walking in the distance, I could finally see the desert!

And within a few minutes, I found what I was searching for!

Desert Nova flowers!

Once I stored them in my inventory I was preparing to leave but noticed in the distance a structure of some kind buried underneath the sand, it was a Desert Temple!

Making my way over to the temple I found that there were no ways in so I had to create my own.

I mined through the roof of the temple and looked down into the temple and found that a dozen Husks were wandering the main floor of the temple...

I grabbed a torch from my inventory and dropped it through the hole into the Temple lighting up the floor of the temple helping me see the Husks more clearly.

It looked as if these Husks haven't eaten in years...

I pulled out my old hunting bow from my inventory and some arrows and accurately took them all out before carefully mining down until I stepped into the main floor.

At the center of the small temple was a Cross with a blue block at the center.

I carefully walked over and mined a block and found a long dark shaft with 4 c.h.e.s.ts and a pressure plate at the bottom.

This would be the trapped 'Treasure' of the Temple.

If I were to step on the pressure plate me and all the treasure would disappear in a big explosion...

So I carefully mined down and once I reached the Treasure I carefully mined the pressure plate before mining the block below the pressure plate to find 9 blocks of TNT waiting to be detonated...

I grabbed and stored the TNT away into my inventory before gazing back over to the 4 c.h.e.s.ts.

I crossed my fingers before opening the c.h.e.s.ts/

It was quite the haul.

Especially the Golden Apples and the Ring of Regeneration which I promptly placed on my left ring finger.

It was a ring made of silver with weird runic patterns carved on its surface with a beautiful ruby at its center.

I gazed at the ring for a few moments before climbing out of the Temple and heading back to my home with a few hours of light left in the day.
