Rise of the Legendary Emperor

Chapter 236: Arwen’s anger II

Rodrigo's face turned serious when he heard Arwen

"What are you talking about?"

Rodrigo thought they were looking for a good time in Red Lavender but never imagined that they were planning to buy the girls working here.

"I heard your king closed all the brothels in Emir and Agoria"

Rodrigo asked Arwen as he nodded.

"Yes he did, his majesty didn't tell us the reason for this but these girls would have a better life in our kingdom doing something else "

Rodrigo frowned

"You know, some girls like working here"

"AH!!"

But suddenly a girl's screamed as Rodrigo stopped talking

"Stop moving you bitch"

Following the scream, they heard an angry shout of a man.

"Go see what's happening?"

Arwen signaled his men.

"No! You're hurting me!"

The girl's scream continued and then the men came running to Arwen as their eyes were full of killing intent.

Looking at them shaking in anger, Arwen and Rodrigo quickly stood up and went outside from their lounge and saw a group of people surrounding an elven girl.

"Shit"

Rodrigo cursed looking at the brown-haired youth in the group with a hot red metal pipe.

"Why are you screaming bitch? is it too hot for you to handle?"

The brown-haired youth who seemed to be the leader of the group said with a menacing grin.

"Look at what you did to my poor Fillion?"

The youth gently took a white-furred mouse out of his front pocket

"He would have felt the same too when you poured the hot water on him"

"It was just a drop, please forgive me, young master, please!"

The elven girl was crying and begging for help but none of the nobles in the hall moved a muscle against the kid.

"I don't care, you must feel the same, boys"

As the youth said, his friends stepped forward toward the elven girl and tried to grab her by the arms.

"No, no, no, please help me!"

The girl's scream echoed through the hall and just when the youth was about to burn her hand with a hot metal pipe, Arwen disappeared from where he stood and appeared before the girl.

"AH!!!!"

The girl however didn't notice Arwen as she closed her eyes in fear of the hot red pipe before her.

"Shit"

This time Joel cursed inside and the whole crowd who was looking at the scene was shocked.

"What the?"

The youth was startled to see Arwen suddenly appearing before him out of nowhere and when the girl slowly opened her eyes, she saw a human holding the piping hot metal in his hand.

"Hey, who... are... you?"

The youth stuttered as he was trying to pull out the metal pipe from Arwen's clutch.

"Don't cry"

On the other hand, Arwen wiped off the tears from the elven girl's face and even though he was clutching a piping hot metal, there was no pain in his eyes but uncontrollable anger. Arwen could see the five finger marks on her face and there was even a little burn wound on her neck.

"I said Who the fuck are you? Break this idiot's hand "

One of the youths standing behind him nodded and stepped towards Arwen rubbing his fist.

Boom!

The moment he came closer, Arwen punched him in the head with so much force that his head exploded like a watermelon.

"AHHHHHHHHH!"

The girls screamed as the brain matter and blood splatter across the hall and some of the girls fainted on the spot.

"Arwen stop"

Rodrigo shouted and the youth stepped back leaving the hot pipe on the ground in shock as Arwen took the metal pipe and threw at another youth.

"Pulch"

The youth's heart jumped a beat thinking that he aimed the pipe at him but the metal pipe past his face slightly grazing it. And another hot splash of blood splattered on his face as his friend with a disfigured head collapsed on the ground dead.

He wasn't the only one collapsed onto the ground but the elven girl too lost her consciousness looking at the gore.

Rodrigo was amazed by the speed of Arwen as it only took him a couple of seconds to kill two peak level masters. When Rodrigo jumped down to the ground floor where the scene was happening, Arwen already grabbed the youth by his throat.

"You...have….no….idea"

The youth struggled to speak as Arwen was tightly gripping his throat

"Arwen, Stop"

This time Rodrigo sent a wave of energy blast that freed the youth from Arwen's grip.

"Do you have any idea what you have done? He's the queen's nephew"

Joel felt like he was being struck by a bolt of lightning when he heard Rodrigo.he had heard about Lydus, the spoiled kid of Queen's brother, and he didn't expect to meet him in a circumstance like this.

"So he can torture her?"

Arwen was still burning with anger because when the elven girl collapsed onto the ground, he saw many cuts and scars on her skin, indicating that she may have been injured by these noble kids before.

"Well, you stopped him before he could do anything"

"Raise your hands if you hadn't physically abused by anyone in this establishment "

Arwen released his grandmaster level magical fluctuation while he asked as the crowd gasped in shock.

He showed his power to take the truth out of these girls and looking at his gaze, a few elven girls slowly raised their hands. The power gap between the girls and Aren was so huge therefore the girls couldn't resist him. It was not simply because he asked them but it was the soul pressure that Arwen put on them that made them raise their hands.

"Joel give the amount the owner asks, we are taking these girls away from here"

Arwen ignored Rodrigo and the youth for a moment.

"If you want to leave this place and start a new life in a new place where you don't have to sell your bodies to live, step forward, I'll promise you on my honor for your safety"

"First worry about your safety, you fool"

Suddenly Arwen heard a voice from behind and turned to see the youths who escaped the place before walking towards him with a middle-aged man who had the resemblance to the brown-haired youth.

"Father"

The brown-haired youth crawled back to the middle-aged man as his eyes turned red in anger seeing his son's miserable state.

"Lydus"

The middle-aged man waved his hand as the blood on Lydus's body disappeared.

"Mid-level grandmaster"

Joel noticed and Rodrigo stood there frowning because he knew the situation took the turn from bad to worse.

But Arwen wasn't afraid of him and if he had to, he would beat him too. The only thing that bothered him was how he's going to explain the situation to Don.

"How dare you come to my kingdom and kill my citizens? Are you declaring war with Mairis?"

"Let's all be calm Citrio"

Even Rodrigo who was a battle junky act on impulse tried to diffuse the situation because this could put Mairis and Agoria in war.

"Shut up, Rodrigo, it's your fault to bring these barbarians to an establishment like this"

"Watch your tongue old man"

Arwen felt insulted when he called them barbarians and hearing Arwen's threat, Citrio's anger skyrocketed.

"Do you think because your king is a peak level grandmaster he can do anything?"

"Leave his majesty out of this, he had nothing to do with this"

Arwen said

"Good, then I should punish you and show him what would happen if he didn't control his dogs"

"Whoa, Citrio, calm down, your son is safe, now leave it at that, Arwen, Joel you guys should leave"

"Yes, Captain Arwen, let's go"

Arwen also didn't want to be the reason for Everlight to be in war with Mairis as he took a deep breath and went to lift the elven girl.

"Alright, I can let them leave"

A relieved smile appeared on Joel's face but Rodrigo knew that there's a but coming.

"But, that elven bitch should pay the price"

The girl was lying in Arwen's hands without having any idea about what's going on as Arwen frowned.

"I heard you killed Lydus's friends because they wanted to play with this bitch, since they died without doing so, I will honor their last wish, by burning this bitch alive"

"Not enough father, I want her and all of her family to burn"

Rodrigo gritted his teeth and wanted to beat the crap out of Lydus for making things worse.

Hearing his son, a creepy smile emerged on his face

"Since Captain Arwen likes this girl too much, we should let her leave with him son, it would be a nice gesture from us to King Don"

He paused for a moment and grinned at Arwen

"Father, what are you planning?"

"Her family should pay for her sins, son"

Arwen knew that they were not going to let them leave without shedding more blood.

"Why don't we just settle this with a duel, Oldman?"

Arwen tried this approach because if he was arrogant enough to accept the challenge, he had a chance to leave this kingdom without losing anyone or causing a war between the kingdoms.

The evil smile on his face froze for a moment but then, he snickered

"A duel? Let me tell you one thing, I'm only a couple of days of cultivation away from reaching the peak grandmaster level"

He winked at Rodrigo but Arwen didn't know why.

"Then this battle will be a cakewalk for you, beat me, I'll accept any punishment but if I beat you, we'll take all the girls who are willing to come with us and leave this kingdom, are you going to accept it?"

Arwen didn't forget to add a tint of arrogance in his tone to make him angry and accept the challenge and by the looks of him, Arwen knew it worked.
