This again involves foreign exchange management. China does not allow free exchange of foreign currencies. This is still the case today. Each person only has a quota of tens of thousands of dollars per year.

If this gap is loosened, it will affect the country's financial stability in a big way, and it will make it more convenient for those who want to transfer assets in a small way.

As for whether people who buy U.S. dollars at high prices have suffered losses, this is a matter of opinion.

If a person really needs it, it is not expensive to replace it.

If you don’t change it, it doesn’t matter to him no matter how high the black market exchange rate is.
