No there was only tiredness and a sense of loss. She had seen Tianlong Shui and Tianlong Huo have a fight, and she thought it was already terrifying.

Tianlong Shui:" Big sister Qin Bao don't think like this is the worst possible experience because what you went through was just a diluted version of it.

The Patriarch, Big Sister Xia, and some other people have gone through the original product and even that can't be described as the worst according to the Patriarch."

It was at this moment that Qin Bao finally understood the words, that nothing is free in life, and that the more you want, the more you have to pay.

This thought made her get lost for a moment, thinking about what Tianlong Yun must have gone through and is going through to get his strength.

She didn't know how strong he was right now, but surely he was the strongest. So the pain he had gone through must also be the worst of all the people around him.

Seeing the fire burning in Qin Bao's eyes, Tianlong Shui looked towards Tianlong Huo with the same burning eyes and sisterly affection.

Her look said it all, we are part of this too, and we aren't going to fall behind at all costs. These were the feelings of both girls.

In the meantime, Qin Bao had something extra to think about, the different suspects inside the camp, and the elements she had to keep an eye on.

While her training was important so was her mission, not to mention that her resources depended on that. The sooner she completed her mission, the sooner her treatment would change.

At the moment there were three people on her list, but that was only after talking with the Tianlong Shui and Tianlong Huo, she had yet to ask around.

The people who know more are the people below who suffer the consequences. And there had been a few losses in the last month.

They had lost a few shadows due to some slip-ups, but the most noticeable losses were seen in the slaves' numbers, equipment, and product.

While the shadows were held in a higher position, this didn't mean they weren't doubted at all. These days you could trust almost no one.

Well, no one would be a stretch to say in this case, thinking about the first generation of shadows. But again they were a special case trained by Tianlong Xia and Tianlong Yun themselves.

Hearing that Qin Bao said with a righteous voice,

Qin Bao:" No I can't accept that, I will have to do my duties as I should!"

But then she was shot down by Tianlong Huo in one sentence,

Tianlong Huo:" Big sister Qin Bao have you ever done any of those things before?"

Qin Bao was dumbfounded, it was the first time she felt this ashamed of herself. She had never even touched something like that, not to mention doing that.

There were always servants to do that for her, even though she was treated badly by the family, the servants weren't allowed to do it.

It was seen as an offense on the Qin family name. So she had no idea of doing any of those works. Seeing her expression and face, the girls started laughing, while Qin Bao turned red.

Recomposing herself first, Tianlong Shui gave Tianlong Huo a little slap and said with a sorry look,

Tianlong Shui:" Sorry for our offense big sister Qin Bao, but it's better if you leave it to us. But if you want to, you can help us tomorrow, and you can start learning."

Hearing the life vest thrown at her, Qin Bao immediately said,

Qin Bao:" Yes I would do my best from tomorrow. Sorry to impose this on you girls."

The two girls just hugged her and said,

Girls:" It's alright, also if you need our help for anything, just makes us a sign."

Qin Bao was really grateful for their conduct to her, it was the first time she had felt like she really had two sisters, and suddenly two teardrops left her eyes.

With that said, she turned around and left their tent, leaving the girls a bit dumbfounded by her reaction. They didn't understand why she cried or said those words.

But one thing was certain, she was just like they were in the beginning, wishing for a family and a purpose in life. And she had found hers just like they did, with Tianlong Yun.

On the other hand, Qin Bao got out of the tent and started wandering around. She was really tired, but after that emotional moment, she needed a bit of a breather.

The dry air of the place was a bit of a letdown, and she didn't have the desired effect but it was still better than nothing.

Wandering around with no specific thought in mind at the moment, she arrived close to the slaves' barracks.

She didn't know how she ended up here, but there she was. Anyway, this was a good opportunity to have a look at them.

But apparently, there was some kind of commotion happening in there, the slaves seemed to be screaming in their language towards someone.

She didn't really understand what was going on, but she had to be aware of the person causing the commotion. Since most of the people in here were cultivators, they had all their spiritual sense.

She had to be careful of not getting caught in it, otherwise who knew what might happen. She didn't want to spoil her mission for stupidity.

With this thought in mind, she started walking towards the distance, in a place where she could have a good look over the barracks without being suspicious.

Her idea was simple, she had to see who this guy was, and what was he doing. Certainly, no clean disciple would do something like that, without a reason.

It was bad that she couldn't hear what was happening there inside, or what was that guy doing, and if she went to take one of the girls, she might lose on the guy.

So she was kind of stuck with no options, she could only wait there for him to get out, and luckily have a look at his face.

It didn't take long for the doors of the barracks to be open, and a Caucasian kid around 18 years old to get out of there, holding two slave women in his arms.

One on each arm, the women were clearly resisting but they couldn't escape his grasp, while he seemed to enjoy their futile efforts.

The guards at the barracks doors seemed to know him, and while greeting him with fear, they continued with their job.

This was Qin Bao's first day in this place, and she didn't know much about everyone here. This guy's face wasn't in the targets she had.

She didn't really know who he was, but she definitely should have an eye on this guy from now on.

In the meantime, that guy seemed to have noticed her, but didn't really care, he just continued to take those two women towards his tent.

As a matter of fact, when he saw Qin Bao, that guy took a look at her from head to toe and a spark of lust was lighted inside him.
