The expression on boy's face turned downcast at that, and he lowered his gaze to look at the ground.

Then, after a deep thought, he voiced out, "Oh! Then, I guess I have to stay at here as well. After all, I want to be with you for my entire life."

Hearing those words from the boy caused a chuckle to escape from her mouth, and she pointed out, "Those are some big words coming from a small boy like you."

"Don't tease me! I am not kidding! I really like you and want to stay with you forever."

"Then, you have to promise me to never leave me. I might never talk to you if that happens."

"I promise," the boy answered, not knowing what he was getting himself into.
