It is still midday in the game, so Ye Yan could do another test before he needs to logout. He went to meet the commander and found him in the fighter training camp giving instruction to five soldiers that were with him. Xia Hou Lian said to him to wait while he finished teaching the soldiers.

About 20 minutes later, the Commander lead him to his tent for them to speak. He looked at Ye Yan in an approving way and started to speak.

"You really impressed me. The Courage test is considered one of the most difficult between the five. The only person that got to finish this test in the last 100 years was my grandfather, Xia Hou Dun, and he told me some about it. The test can test not only your courage but your patience too. Unfortunately, I didn't pass the Test of Awareness before so I couldn't continue with the tests, and only now, I become wise enough to understand the test's true wisdom."

"But the Test of Courage isn't as simple as it looks. The trial tested more than a person's courage, it tests their determination to reach their goal. 'Two for the price of one? Great! I love these sales promotions.' Now Ye Yan only needs 280 of experience to level up again. He requires to be level 5 to do complete the quest, so he hopes that the next quests can give him even more experience points.

Ye Yan was teleported to the entrance of a cave and behind him is the ocean, so he can only go ahead and enter the cave. This time he almost didn't feel any strangeness in his body after the transfer.

The cave is very large and has torches on the wall every 3 meters. Ye Yan followed the torches and after 20 minutes of walking, he meets three half-orcs NPCs. They are higher than Ye Yan by three feet, have grayish skin, jutting jaws, prominent teeth, sloping forehead, and coarse body hair.

"Who is this runt?" One of the half-orcs asked the other.

"I don't know. Hey! Who are you? And what are you doing here?" The other half-orc asked in an aggressive way. "This is no place for a weakling like you because in this cave there are powerful monsters that will make you piss yourself." They started to mock him.

Ye Yan's temper started to flare, but he remembered that this is the Test of Discipline which means that he will need to have good self-control. So he reasoned with himself that they are NPCs and he should ignore them. 'What they said just now?' The half-orcs were still mocking him when he was trying to hypnotize himself.

"He is so TINY that even their females wouldn't want him. Haha. I bet they wouldn't resist us, the human male equipment looks really tiny. Hahahahahaha."

"Who the fuck is tiny?" Ye Yan started to see red, but he tried to calm himself down again and started to repeat the same phrase like a mantra.

"Hahahaha. The TINY guy got angry. I'm sure it is because of frustration, he must be a virgin. What female would want that little thing."

The rage in Ye Yan was getting into a never seen proportion. He turned his back to them while still reciting his mantra. He never was in a situation like that before, where he needs to restrict himself, bet he will lose too much if he gives in to his anger. Ye Yan is no saint and he is almost exploding now.

"Look! He knows that what we are talking is the truth and showed his ass to us. Hey Tiny! Sorry, but we only like females."

And that was the last thing Ye Yan heard before he loses reason and charges at them. He looked like a devil with red eyes and an insane expression. He doesn't even know how, but he got to beat the three up. And when he comes to himself, he discovers that in truth, the three half-orcs were demons. The three were Tiny Devils that used an illusion spell. They were small and weak red devils, with bat-like wings and a scorpion-like tail.

Ye Yan killed the three of them very easily with the help of his knife. Before he was so furious that he even forgot to take his weapon out...

"Humph. Mine is bigger than your head. Humpf." The devil makes fun of Ye Yan calling him tiny but their species is named Tiny Devil, so they were frustrated being called like that all the time.

When the three little devils died, a little fairy no bigger than the [Tiny Devil]s appeared.

"You proved yourself disciplined enough to stand the devil mock for so long. I even thought you didn't know what dignity is. Have good self-control is a good thing but you can´t lose self-respect in doing so." Ye Yan could see that the little fairy was laughing at him. 'After everything that I have to endure, now I'm being seen as an idiot by a ti..little thing like that.' He didn't want to even say the tiny now.

When Ye Yan finished hearing the system voice, the fairy takes the skill book from thin air. The [Tiny Devil]s didn't drop anything but, at least, he got an item from the quest.

"You showed yourself an expert in this skill." She said while handing him the book.

Description: I can endure everything.

Effect: Increase a player defense and magic defense by 80% for 10 seconds. The player becomes immune to flinch and stun, while the skill is active.

Cooldown: 3 minutes.

"Now you need to prove your commitment with the Righteous Faction by standing against evil. Ahead of us are a powerful demon and you are the only one that comes to this place, so you became responsible to kill it".

'At least, after everything I had to suffer, I got an incredible skill. Wait, she said commitment? Buy one, get one free again?'

Ye Yan went ahead and saw that the cave became wider and there is a devil of the same height as the [Tiny Devil] there. This monster is almost identical to the [Tiny Devil], the difference is that this one is purple. And, as it happens when he can see the true appearance of a low-level monster, he could immediately know its name when looking at him, like what happens when he concentrates to see his own character information. And the only data that he can see is its name, not the level and HP.

The battle continued until the little devil died.

"Not bad! You killed that vile creature that has always tried to court me. Humph, as if I would want something with him." Ye Yan looked at her with an accusing look. "Hey, don't get me wrong. They are from the Dark Faction, and liked to kidnap beautiful females to do who knows what."

"Ok."

"And now that you defeat it, I finally can escape this forsaken place." It was the only thing that he got from the [Imp].

The little fairy started to recite a spell and after 5 seconds they appeared in the room with the two arrays. This time, as it was too sudden, Ye Yan suffered some motion sickness again.

"You are back!" The commander said smiling, but soon noticed the fairy. "And this is?"

"Don't know."

"WHAT? I have been accompanying you there and you don't even know my name?" The fairy becoming incensed.

"You never told me." He said with a serious face.

"Ohh! My name is Evy! You need to remember it for next time or I will dye your hair. Humpf. Now, I need to go to my queen." And the fairy was gone.

"What was that all about?" The commander asked.

"Too much sugar, probably[1]."

"...."

The commander looked at Ye Yan and started to analyze him.

"I can see that you not only passed the tests, but became strong as well. "

"You really are a warrior that can be seen only once every hundred years. Are you ready for the Final Test?'

"Good! The final test is nothing more than you starting to show that you are a fighter in spirit. We received a letter asking for helping to save a village in the southeast of the city because they have been attacked by evil beings. Your mission is to go there and solved the problem. Here is the map with the village location and a [Basic Teleportation Scroll] for you came back after the end of your mission. Good luck!"

"I'm leaving." Ye Yan got the impression that this mission isn't as simples as the commander made it out to be.

When he left the Military Camp, it was almost dusk, so he logs out to begin another day in real-life.
