The two children nodded and mutely followed the older man footsteps.

He give brief glances at Xueyu wondering if Zhou Yun had given her a Locator Compass.

Locator Compass is an extremely rare Tier 9 treasure. In Eastern ZuanYu there is only two known Locator Compass! Shi Zhen is one of the holders...

When a set of compass is made, a single crystal would be used. The crystal would be scattered and with some inscription, whoever holds the crystal's pieces would be able to view the other holder on its surface. This was how the Locator Compass work.

While it's not hard to make this compass, the crystal that is required to make it, is sparingly low.

Since he can get a hold of the compass, Shi Zhen thought it wouldn't be a far fetch to assume that the Imperial Guardian have one or two Locator Compass. It was most likely that Xueyu was given one by the Imperial Guardian, a fragment from the Imperial Guardian own Locator Compass, that would explain how Zhou Yun found them so fast.

A relieved sigh escaped Xueyu, she didn't have to deal with Shi Zhen anymore.

Zhou Yun noticed the sigh but decided to only secretly smile at his disciple's predicament.

He had arrived behind them earlier; the duo just didn't notice his presence until he called out. Xueyu's effort to make conversation, all but fall into his eyes. It was amusing to see his quiet disciple trying to socialize of all things.

Internally, he gave himself a pat in the back.

"Imperial Guardian."

Shi Zhen voice called out abruptly.

"Can you teach me how to become a Botanist?"

Shi Zhen wasn't shy and immediate ask. His eyes glistened brightly with hope, a determined expression overtook his face.

The trio had stopped at this moment, a pause before a chuckle rang out.

"I don't see why not."

Shi Zhen's face was filled with happiness as the trio made their way back home.

The atmosphere was filled with flowers but somehow… Xueyu felt like she had received the end of the stick.
