As Xie Eun's pregnancy progressed, she immersed herself in the wedding preparations. Her father had thankfully chosen the venue and decorations for her and with Wolf's influence they had been able to get a date for next month. As a result of this she just needed to work on making the guest list and choose a dress for herself. She was prepared to have another cozy wedding but that idea was vetoed by Elder Yoo who was on cloud nine ever since he heard the dual good news of her pregnancy and their plan to wed again. She was very sure that if they allowed, their wedding would snowball into an event of the century kind of a thing. 

She leaned back in her chair and opened an application on her phone, checking the progress of her company. Slowly things had come back on track and Xie Eun leaned back in her chair. She had an idea brewing in the back of her mind and wondered if she should broach the subject with Yu Seok. Mindlessly, she wondered what his reaction would be to her suggestion. Just then she looked down and her eyes widened at the new headline. Clicking on the article, she skimmed through it and was impressed at the woman's achievements in such a short while. If she had been a little less in love with her hubby or a little like her old self, she too would have felt that she was not qualified for Yu Seok. This made her remember that she had not told her hubby about Nora's.. threats.

Her eyes sharpening, she dialed Cheng Mo's number and gave the instructions," I want all information on NX Banks and their current deals as well as the terms of the new venture with the Alpha Group." Cheng Mo raised his brows at the instructions. Since when did Missus boss become interested in the deals done by Alpha Group?"

But following the instructions, he did as he was told and within the next thirty minutes had prepared the summary, "Madam, Sir Xiao is the current chairman of the NX Banks. This venture is his dream project and the final deal he has signed for the Company. If this venture goes as planned, Alpha Group as well as NX Banks will have make profits with billions in net worth and be considered a global superpower. And naturally with the Government's support, the country will also benefit greatly. The project is to be jointly headed by Boss himself and Miss Nora who is set to overtake the Bank. The project begins next month and this is the most crucial time where everyone involved will have the biggest burden. Naturally as Miss Nora is the daughter of a dignitary and she has been a great help in acquiring the government's co operation, she is considered suitable to lead."

After Cheng Mo had finished his summary, he looked at Xie Eun for any hint on what could be on her mind but he remained clueless as she looked lost in thought. Just as he was about to ask if she had really listened, she questioned him, "What would be the course of action during this month?"

This caused Cheng Mo to frown as he answered, "It is actually very unusual for the Boss to participate in such events so I can't say for sure what the course of action will be. He is usually very reticent and no body dares to approach him lest they offend him. But otherwise, usually team building activities are held by both companies and official gatherings are held but outside the offices where the officials can come to understand each other's expectations."

This piece of information caused Xie Eun to scowl ferociously and confused Cheng Mo even more. So Miss Nora had already played her card! She planned to co operate with her husband and get close to him under the guise of business! Really! As if!
