Erhard - Welcome... Why are you so late today ??

Erhard - Ah, about that, Spike Shield and Sword Shield are done... I made sword one with magic steel and the spike one with magic iron and wood...

Uncle Erhard put two shields on the table... Sword shield looks like a normal double-edged steel sword but the handle part is made into a shield... The spiked shield is a rectangular shield with a big spike in the middle and relatively smaller 8 spikes, two each at each edge. There are also two other spikes, one at the top and other at the bottom of the shield. And there is wood coating for appearance sake...

(Author Note - Well, the sword one is not that hard to imagine and as for the spike shield, you can search "Spike Shield hearthstone" on the internet and see its image...)

Wow, they look good... I immediately copy them with my shield... I switch to sword shield... It's easy to move the arm... I guess it's light-weighted...

Eclair - Now, you can fight too !!

Hiro - Yeah...

I switched to spike shield... It covers my arm till elbow which means I can attack it with its downside spike when I bend my elbow and attack it with topside spike like a dagger... Excellent...

Hiro - You are the best, Uncle Erhard...

Erhard - Hahaha... Don't mention it, kiddo... I also got to be creative...

Eclair - What about the other shield... The one which Hiro drew on paper ??

Hiro - No problem. For now, these are enough for the small monsters... Thanks again, Uncle Erhard...

And after that, Eclair and I put on our armors and went to the forest to level up...

Eclair - I think we should skip training today and go straight to hunting monsters, Hiro...

Hiro - Yeah, I think of testing these too...

Hiro said that and changed his shield into sword shield... And since he can't get hurt and has skills in fighting, we thought of skipping balloon and mush monsters and go to the next ones... And so we came across egg-type monsters...

Hiro - Eggugs, huh ??

Hiro slashed them easily but the only problem is that when they are destroyed, the yellowish liquid inside them gets splashed...

Hiro also used the spiked shield to destroy them making the liquid fall on shield... And on his clothes...

And so, we went to the river bank... We found a bunch of Usapils...

Hiro - Wow, there are a bunch of rabbit-type monsters... And they are cute too...

Hiro - Hey Eclair, can these be eaten ??

I kept staring at my beloved person holding the Usapil he just killed and asking if it can be eaten...

Eclair - Hiro...

Hiro - Yes...

Eclair - Didn't you just call them cute ??

Hiro - Yes, I did... Well, they don't look cute now as they are covered in blood...

Eclair - Don't you feel anything ?? You know, about taking a life...
