Klautz lips pressed into a sash. He had no idea why Selena was so hell bent on ruining their moment.

"Don't you have anything to say?"

Klautz needed some time to collect his thoughts as he couldn't really understand what she meant.

Selena creased her brows as he hands crept to indecent places, before they finally got a hold onto his balls. She messaged them and pressed onto them as she relayed her threat. Her eyes glared at Klautz with a piercing gaze asking him for answers.

But she hadn't realized that Klautz was even more angry than she was.

Klautz felt blood boiling to his head. Selena had done a good job to tick him off just when he was enjoying the mood.

Selena claims were keen to accuse Klautz that he was using her as a tool. After all, isn't that what she meant? Using something and then replacing it with something new, isn't that something you do only with tools?

But how could Klautz do such a thing? How could he replace her? Klautz could only feel anger at such a thought. The false charges on his conscience only added fuel to the fire.

But unlike what one might expect such anger hadn't born out of love for Selena. Klautz was mostly calm headed and all he would have felt would have been but a tingling sense of annoyance if that were the case.

Rather it was the very claim of him 'using others as tools' that triggered him. 

How could it not? He had lived his whole life as a tool. He had always felt anger and but anger towards those who had led him to such a state. He might not be a mindless fool aiming for revenge but he had his own sense of hatred towards them. 

Thus, how could Klautz not feel anger when he was being dubbed in the same ranks as them?

Klautz might have been cold hearted and distant to others but never once had he toyed with them.

Evelyn? Without Klautz she would have died by this point. Not to mention that Klautz had treated her as a comrade while her death would have been much safer for Klautz and his future. By keeping her alive, Klautz was only piling up on his troubles and risking exposing his existence to the ninjas. 

While at the same time, Evelyn's death would have meant that Klautz wouldn't have to deal with the ninjas. But how could he treat someone who aided him in his endeavor as a tool? 

Verona's friends? With Klautz strength in those stages Klautz would have never defeated the bosses and saved them all at the same time. Not to mention that they were all strangers who Klautz didn't owe anything to. In fact, Klautz considered it a great feat to have saved Verona in the first place.

'It's all because of them,' Klautz cusped his fists in anger.

But the earthlings who didn't know how dangerous hell could be, could only accuse him for their state and their own follies. It was like they felt entitled and felt that the strong should protect them. Such people wouldn't be brought to sense unless the strong start treating them as slaves.

But Klautz couldn't do that either so he fit it best to completely ignore them. 

They never knew and they would never know who to accuse and who to not. Their judgement was flawed. How could Klautz survive in hell, if he tries to be some kind of messiha to them?

Klautz could only have turned those mutterings to deaf ears, but with his own girl accusing him how could Klautz keep his calm? Never once had the thought of leaving her alone had crossed Klautz's mind, yet he was accused of such lies.

Klautz's past life had acted as his catalyst to trigger him like never before.

Selena too couldn't help but notice the frown on his face as her heart began thumping all of a sudden.

'Did I say something wrong?' 

Selena tilted her head. She had no idea and how could she? Klautz's past life and his rebirth were one of the greatest mysteries even to Klautz.

But she could almost feel Klautz's emotions being transferred to her as Klautz tried his best to avert his gaze and keep his calm by taking deep and long breaths.

'Is he okay?'

Selena got even more worried. Sweat started accumulating on her hands.  All she asked was a simple question but her phrasing had got her into trouble.

Her hand loosened on his balls as she was rendered speechless. Willing to make up for it, her hands traveled up the tower instead as she began stroking his member.

She had no idea what she had done wrong but her fears made her act in haste to make up for it.
