[Master can get Skill Points by completing Missions or Recycling Other Skills and Technique Manuals. The Higher tier the Skill, the More Skill Points Master gets back in return]

Allows User to sense his surroundings within a 1 meter radius (Skill Level Increases Radius by 1 meter and is also affected by how powerful the soul is)]

[That is because when This skill reaches Lvl.10, the User has to use 10 Skill Points to Upgrade it again, then when the upgraded version also reaches Lvl.10, Master has to use 100 SP and so on. Every Skill above trash need to reach Lvl.100 until it needs to upgrade]
