Skill-Creation System

The smoke cleared and the big red eyes moved as fast as lighting. Alex scanned the area with his Soul power but he couldn't detect anything.

"How is this possible?" He asked himself.

He then suddenly felt the presence once again but he wasn't able to dodge in time. He was launched to the wall of the cave before he could react.

After the series of attacks, a claw was headed towards him. Even if it couldn't kill him, the injuries sustained would place him in an even more disadvantageous position.

He took out his sword and blocked the sharp claw. The loud sound of the sword starting to fall apart resounded throughout the room. However, after the exchange, there was a large wound on the creature.

Alex's right arm was numb but as a someone who practices the sword, he was ambidextrous. He quickly grabbed another sword from his storage and slashed towards the creature. The movement was the same but it seemed more powerful.

This was due to the quality of the sword which had the capability of being a national treasure. On top of that, he used a bit of the Everlasting Pure Flame.

Seeing this attack, the creature tried to defend but ultimately failed. The combo was too strong after all. Alex's infinitlely near perfect swordsmanship combined with a high grade weapon and the Flame which could compare to Earth hottest recorded temperature was not something that could easily be blocked. Even Alex himself would probably need to use 80% of his power to survive the attack without taking any damage.

The creature fell to the ground screeching in pain. Alex slowly walked too it while casting healing Magic on his right arm.

After arriving in front of the creature. He used identify on it.

Description: A pheonix, a race said to able to live forever by being reborn again and again, that has descended to the mortal plane for some unknown reason. ]

Alex read it's information and was surprised. A pheonix was just a legend on Earth and on Centorih after all. This was his first time seeing one.

'PLEASE DON'T KILL ME! I SURRENDER!'

A voice suddenly could be heard in his head. Alex looked towards the pheonix. The pheonix then jumped towards Alex and bit his finger. A small cut appeared and the pheonix took some blood.

Alex was extremely confused but immediately took a battle stance. However, a blinding light shone on the Pheonix's head. The power coming from the light was the same as the Divine power he felt when fighting the dragon. Suddenly the voice of Celestine appeared within his head.

Alex looked at the Pheonix in the eyes. After a couple seconds, he relaxed his battle stance and sat on the ground. He closed his eyes and started recovering some lost energy and reflected on the fight. After all, the point of coming here was to train after all.

The pheonix quickly did the same and started recovering from it's injuries. It also made sure to be ready to protect his master because if his master were to die, then he would follow by the connection formed by the laws of the Universe.
