Sovereign of the Firmaments

The evil spider knight that was left with only two legs looked at its enemies and swore to kill them even if it cost its life.

Even if the evil spider knight did nothing, it was going to die anyway. So, why waste its life without killing its killers?

"I, the eight-legged spider knight sacrifice myself to summon the Azik, the king of the lower nether realms, to descend onto this land. Please, take revenge for this loyal servant of yours."

'Rumble'

The huge evil spider spoke in a loud tone and just as it finished its words, the land below the evil spider started cracking and rumbling sounds could be heard by Beck and others in front of the main portal.

"Is someone from the nether realms going to descend here, right now?"

Harper frowned and asked others about it because he could guess what was going to happen after hearing the evil spider's words.

"My king is coming for you all. Let's see how you are going to survive now…Hehe."

As for the evil spider, it revealed an evil smile on its spider face before closing its eight eyes forever.

"You dare to kill my loyal servant? How dare you."

A voice came out of the crack on the ground along with the pitch-black smoke.

"This voice…it is making me shiver."

Reece, Harper and all the humans started shivering just from hearing that eerie voice from the crack.

As for the spirit beasts, except for the Star lynx and the Winged white lion, everyone also had the same shivering problem just like the humans.

The elemental lynx would heal those injuries without any problem and the bleeding slayer lynx would even get a boost in its strength because of the 'Bleeding' effect.

Nevertheless, he still checked on them and contacted the others who were fighting at the other portals.

Before he could even ask about it, the raging fire lynx and the elemental lynx appeared rushed towards Lucas.

"Looks like everything went well on your side."

Lucas didn't have to ask them how it went on their side when he saw the two lynxes.

"Yes, master. We killed the tailed evil being and with him gone, the evil portal closed."

The elemental lynx replied whereas the raging fire lynx had become weak after using its 'Giganitize skill'.

"Good. The right portal is also closed and these remaining evil spirit beasts will be taken care of by the youngsters."

Lucas looked at the portal that closed completely and looked at the main portal in the distance.

'Master, there is some issue here.'

All of a sudden, Lucas received the voice transmission from Harper, who briefed him about their current situation, making Lucas frown his brows.

"Shall we go and check on what's happening there?"

Without wasting any time, Lucas rushed towards the main portal along with his lynxes.

'I can let the egg absorb the evil energy after settling the issue with the main portal.'

According to his plan, Lucas should let the egg absorb the evil energy from all the corpses of the evil spirit beasts that were lying around him.

However, right now, surviving the current disaster is much more important to him compared to hatching the egg.

"I, Azik is descending on the human lands….Haha."

The evil king that the evil spider summoned seemed to be having a dual personality.

At first, he was angry about the death of his loyal servant; however, in the next second, he was excited about coming to the human world.

Out of nowhere, a huge shadow came out of the ground and released a black mist of its own into the cracked space on the ground.

"Shadow dragon?"

Beck and others were surprised with the timely appearance of the shadow dragon and became excited because unlike them, the shadow dragon was freely able to move under the pressure emitted by the entity that was trying to come out of the ground.

"You…you seem familiar."

The entity was yet to come out of the ground; however, it felt that the shadow dragon's presence was a little familiar.

"Evil king Azik, looks like your nose is better than I think."

Shadow dragon scoffed at the crack ground as he tried to stop the black smoke coming out of the ground with his own energy.

"You…you are that shadow wyvern that rejected my offer."

"Yeah. That's right! Now, I am going to stop you from coming out of the ground too."

While saying that, the shadow dragon increased the power of its shadow breath.

"Haha…looks like today is my lucky day."

However, the evil entity inside the cracked ground chuckled at the shadow dragon's words and it continued, "Unlike the last time, you can't do anything because I was summoned into this world through the sacrifice of my loyal servant.."

"Not only am I going to turn into an evil spirit beast but I am going to use you to conquer this Barren firmament…Haha."

The evil entity didn't stop chuckling as he replied to the shadow dragon.
