Even though Lucas was able to sense the condensation of the energies above the little snake, he could guess that it would really take some time.

'Ding,

          The system guesses it will take around one hour. Give or take a few minutes.

'One hour?'

Lucas nodded his head as one hour was not that long to wait for the formation of cosmic crystal.

'Anyway, I will go to my room first.'

Lucas didn't waste any time, as he directly entered his room, showered and collapsed on the bed.

He didn't forget to place the little snake on a table in his room. So that, it could peacefully condense a cosmic crystal for him.

'Even though I want to sleep, I will just check the rewards I gained today before going to sleep.'

Lucas felt like he had already waited long enough to check on his rewards and finally decided to check them out now.

'First, let's start with the rewards from the disaster luring feature.'

Since he had survived the disaster unlocked by the disaster luring feature, that feature gave him some rewards and he wanted to start with it.

Actually, when he completes a mission, the system would be the one who gives him the rewards depending on the performance; however, this feature 'Disaster luring feature' doesn't belong to the 'Sovereign system' in the first place.

So, the rewards he gained from these features didn't have anything to do with his system.

'The feature is upgraded to level 2.'

Soon, he checked the changes to the system feature.

'The time limit between the disasters increased from one month to six months. Not bad.'

Even though Lucas knew he earned so many rewards, he also knew the disasters unlocked in the 'Disaster luring feature' would only become more and more dangerous.

So, he felt he should take enough time to become strong before unlocking the disasters.

'A special title for the town?'

This was another reward he received from the feature and he assumed since he defended the town, that reward was given to the town.

'Ding,

          Town management tab.

          Town name:- Silverstone town.

          Title:- Talent awakening town.

          Title effects:- In every month, one loyal person living in the Silverstone town will either awaken a talent or upgrade its existing talent and there are small chances of awakening a second talent.

Since the system asked him to check the information about the title in the 'Town management tab', Lucas opened it and the complete information about the town appeared in front of him.

However, Lucas only focused on the title gained by his town, making him pleasantly surprised.

'Every month, a new talent or up-gradation of the existing talent?'

Which town chief didn't want such a special title? As long as a town has this title and survives long enough, it would become a terrifying force that even the cities would fear.

'Also, the feature gave a whole set of items.'

Lucas remembered the three additional items that the feature sent to him as he decided to use them right now.

'I want to use the talent crystal to upgrade my talent from earl grade to marquis.'

Since his knight strength had stuck at tier 3 general knight for a while now, Lucas didn't want to stay in that tier anymore as he directly used it.

'Ding,

          The host used a Marquis grade talent crystal (Knight).

'Ding,

          The host's talent has successfully upgraded from Earl grade to Marquis grade. 

A couple of system notifications appeared in his head as he felt he could breakthrough to tier 4 general knight as long as he swung his short swords.

However, Lucas' body was very tired and he didn't want to stand up right now; instead, he continued to use other items from the rewards he gained from the feature.

'Ding,

          Item name:- Spell upgrade stone (level 2)

          Use:- An item that can upgrade any level 2 advanced spell or below grade spell by a single level.

          Usage:- The host needs to swallow the stone unlike crushing the skill enhancement crystal.

First, he checked the information on the new item which he never received from the system before.

'It is what I need right now.'

Lucas was frustrated about his continuously losing fight against the [Black tortoise] in the [Monster Boss Room]

Even though Lucas thought he could break the [Black tortoise]'s defence with his level 2 [Infernal bomb], he didn't mind upgrading that advanced spell to level 3 when he has the choice to upgrade.

'Ding,

          Do you want to use it?

'Of course, I want to use it.'

There was no hesitation in nodding his head as a white coloured gem appeared in his hands, which he swallowed instead of crushing it, according to the system's instructions.

'It's good'

Lucas didn't talk about the taste; instead, he felt a cool sensation in his body along and at the same time, all his previous tiredness disappeared without a trace.

"This is…f*cking magical."

Lucas could not help but shout out loud before jumping out of the bed.

'Swoosh'

Two short swords appeared in his hands which he casually swung for a couple of minutes.

'Ding,

          The host's advanced spell [Infernal bomb] has successfully upgraded to level 3.

'Ding,

          The host's knight strength increased to tier 4 general knight.

Soon, he received two system notifications regarding his breakthroughs in the magic spell and the knight strength.

'Finally, I am a tier 4 general knight.'

Lucas felt the power in his body increase along with the mastery in his short swords.

'With my Marquis grade talent in Knight profession, I can reach tier 5 lesser knight smoothly.'

Even though it was only a single tier, the strength he gained would be a lot.

'But, I still need to increase my talent to at least a duke grade which increases my profession rank to tier 5 higher knight.'

Lucas muttered to himself as he thought about the next item, 'Skill enhancement crystal.'
