Soviet Godfather

Vol 4 Chapter 4: Run off

After Chebyshev walked out of the woods, he first hitchhiked to the nearest town. He found a place to have a good meal, and then boarded a car to transport goods to Moscow and returned to Moscow. Chebyshev has a set of forged documents that the KGB personally supervises, and there is no problem with the police interrogation. Chebyshev called his former friends in Moscow and indirectly contacted Hassan's men. The other party told him not to show up yet, and find a place to stay temporarily, waiting for his superiors to decide on his arrangements.

Chebyshev didn't wait long, and someone immediately came to meet him and brought him back to the gang he belonged to. After his original friend confirmed his identity, Chebyshev had the first opportunity to communicate with Hassan. Hasan came to visit Chebyshev in the car, and the two had a deep conversation in the car.

Hassan said to Chebyshev with some regrets: "I'm sorry brother, you are now wanted, you can't stay in Moscow!"

"But I have nowhere to go now, don't you plan to care about me?" Chebyshev asked pretending to be anxious.

"No, I mean we are going to send you abroad to avoid the limelight. We also have business abroad. When we get there, someone will come to meet you!" Hasan explained to Chebyshev with a smile.

"But I still have family members who need to take care of me in China. What should I do if they leave?" Chebyshev still felt a little reluctant. His brother is in the hands of the KGB. If he is sent abroad, then How to pass information to Baranikov. What happens to your elder brother if you let the other party misunderstand you to run away?

"Boss, is there really no other choice?" Chebyshev pleaded with Hassan.

"Brother, if it is not a last resort, I will not force you, don't worry! You will live a good life abroad, I will not harm you!" Hassan continued to persuade you.

"Then boss, I have to call my brother! Otherwise I'm afraid the family will worry!" Chebyshev pleaded.

Hassan nodded. He was afraid that the police had taken control of Chebyshev's relatives, so he only allowed Chebyshev to use the public phone to contact the family, and the family members were not allowed to go abroad at high speed on the phone.

Chebyshev agreed, he walked into the phone booth, and under the supervision of the brothers in the group, he dialed the number Baranikov gave him.

"Brother, it's me!" As soon as the call was connected, Chebyshev first spoke to remind Baranikov that he was not alone now.

"Where are you?" Baranikov asked in a concerned tone.

"Brother, don't say anything, listen to me. I want to go abroad with my friends to avoid the wind. Be careful and don't tell the police anything! I will send you the money on time!" Chebyshev reminded vaguely According to Baranikov Hassan’s arrangements for himself.

"Foreign! Where did you go?" Baranikov asked uncontrollably. He didn't expect that his informant would go abroad in a blink of an eye. It seems that this organization is really capable of it.

"Don't say anything, brother! Be careful not to tell the police anything, I will contact you when I get there!" Chebyshev finished what he wanted to say, and then hung up the phone.

Hassan was listening to every word he said. Hassan walked over and patted Chebyshev on the back, comforting Chebyshev, and then Hassan said to him: "You sit here and I arranged it. Go to Leningrad by car, I will arrange a boat to take you to Poland, and wait for the next instructions when you arrive in Poland! Keep these money with you."

Chebyshev took the money from Hasandi. He saw that there were three bundles of U.S. dollars tied with rubber bands. It seemed that one bundle was 10,000 yuan, for a total of 30,000 yuan. It's actually 30,000 U.S. dollars! This is compared to enough for a family in Moscow to buy a house and a car, without having to work for several years of leisure. I didn't expect Hassan to be so generous!

"Boss, this is too... too much!" Chebyshev said with some surprise.

"Haha! What is this! Work hard when you go abroad, and you can earn this amount every month from now on!" Hassan said nonchalantly.

After Hasan gave the money, he left in another car. Chebeshev followed the others in the car and left Moscow.

Fortunately, no police were encountered on the way to search them. The car arrived in Leningrad for two days and two nights. Chebyshev was arranged to rest for a day, and then his companion completed for him a forged seaman's certificate.

"There is a cargo ship that will leave tomorrow. You are the sailor on the ship. Chuanshan has a batch of cargo sent to Poland. When you arrive in Poland, you will disembark and make this call. The people on the other side will arrange it! "Chebyshev's companion explained to him what happened after boarding~www.readwn.com~ and handed him his ID.

"Where am I going?" Chebyshev asked suspiciously.

"We don't know, only when you arrive in Poland will you know where you will be sent!" he explained to him.

In the afternoon, Chebyshev was sent to the port of Leningrad. He boarded a Norwegian freighter. Although the freighter would not leave the port the next day, the crew had to make preparations in advance. It was the first time that Chebyshev went abroad. He felt a little confused now, and he couldn't figure out whether he should continue to serve the KGB or work well in Hassan's team. After all, a salary of 30,000 US dollars a month, such a good job is not available there. But when he thought that his brother was still in the KGB's hands, Chebyshev felt a chill behind Chebyshev. Chebyshev felt that even if Hassan was no matter how good he was, as long as he was targeted by the KGB, he would definitely not be pleased in the future. However, Hassan's money could remain secretly without reporting to Baranikov, but the KGB wanted his brother's life and it couldn't do it right with them.

The next morning, with the roar of the steam whistle on the dock. The cargo ship finally left the dock and sailed towards the Baltic Sea. Two days later, the cargo ship docked in the Polish port of Gdansk. Chebyshev left the cargo ship with his luggage. He found his contact person according to the contact information that his partners had given him before leaving the country. These people asked him to meet in a cafe near the pier.

Chebyshev sat in the cafe for about half an hour. A middle-aged man in a trench coat sat opposite him, handed him a paper bag, and then said to him: "There is a car outside and they will send it. You go to Warsaw, and a flight to Italy will take you out of Poland in two days. Congratulations, my friend!!"
