Apparently, the Adventurer Guild can be joined by anyone but criminals. If you commit a crime after you enter, you will be removed.

They say the guilders have a rank, a rank from A to E and an S-rank at the top. I just got in, so it's an e-rank start.

The Alliance Rank apparently clears a certain number of requests that are stuck out on the bulletin board and rises when the points on the card become more than constant. They will be judged to add contributions to the Alliance, etc., to rank up.
