"Let's call it a day. Fellow disciple Shixin will pack our belongings. Jia-Jia and Qing Yun will go and restock our herb supplies. I will go to the Elder's office to do a quick settlement." Qin Chan appointed a few tasks to everyone, including herself.

But then, she noticed that someone amongst them was not in her mood for the entire morning.

"What's wrong with you, Jia-Jia?" Qin Chan approached Hu Jia and checked on her sister-in-law.

"Of course it's because her lovely husband is not a..." the other male disciple was going to interrupt. Luckily, Li Shixin managed to stop him before he finished his sentence. The two wrestled as they went further away from Hu Jia and Qin Chan.

"Did Lan-Er not look for you recently?" Qin Chan asked.

"Maybe he's busy..." Hu Jia lowered her head as she replied. The situation was somewhat embarrassing for Hu Jia to answer.

"Did some vixen in the Dan-Xin Dwelling flirt with him? Let's go there later and check on him!" Qin Chan tightened her fist until a cracking sound is heard.

"We shouldn't disturb him. He might be too busy, that's all..." Hu Jia pulled Qin Chan's sleeve to stop things from escalating further down the road. But then, Lu Qing Yun came.

"But there's some issue in between that I'll have to tell you. Because this spiritual cave is located furthest from the core area, its concentration of Spiritual Energy cannot be compared. It was previously used as the operation base of an outer disciple's faction, which is now disbanded."

Li Wei's efficiency is shocking. Only half a day has passed, but he already managed to find out remarkably many details about what Qin Lan needs. While he patiently listened to Li Wei's suggestion, Qin Lan was also making some calculations in mind.

First of all, was the lack of Spiritual Energy compared to what the other spiritual cave has. Although it wasn't a problem for Qin Lan, who has plenty of experience in the Department of Blessings, obtaining the resources was an issue he has to consider.

It will be a waste of time if Qin Lan has to reproduce what he has done to the current Qin Family Estate all over again on this spiritual cave.

"I'll take it." Qin Lan interrupted Li Wei while he's trying to finish his sentence.

"Of course. The lack of Spiritual Energy is why. Don't worry. I'll just need a day to look for another one that is much more suitable for you to cultivate." Li Wei nodded.

"I say, I'll take it." Qin Lan repeats.

"Sure." Li Wei nodded. This time, he noticed something is wrong.

"Wait! What? Take it? Are you sure?" he quickly interrupted Qin Lan before the latter managed to continue.

Looking at how excited is Li Wei, Qin Lan chuckled. From the way Li Wei looked, he must have gone through a great effort in negotiating with the person in charge, perhaps an elder, to obtain the information of this particular spiritual cave.

"There's one more problem! Wait!" Li Wei raised his palm to stop Qin Lan from speaking.

"The Elder responsible for this spiritual cave said that if you are really interested, you'll have to pay three months rental in advance. I can help. But I only have a little more than a hundred contribution points with me, so..." Li Wei tapped his index fingers together as he speaks about the payment's matter.

"Fellow disciple Li Wei." Qin Lan exhaled.

"Let's rent the place. I'll pay 200 contribution points out. We'll move in there together as we start our plan of getting rich." Qin Lan chuckled.
