Supreme Origin: Time King

[While my body is rotting and my soul is extinguished, I swore that one day the heavens would fall before my feet! The stars will shatter before my eyes! All creation will tremble at the sound of my voice as I create time! And maybe then will the cycle be complete.]

As Chloe read the inscriptions, Elijah felt something familiar coming from these words as he remembered two words, 'Prime King'. What he didn't know was that years later, those words would put him on a path with no return.

Elijah was looking at the stone in a trance as they heard a loud noise of the door closing.

Chloe looked at him in despair. "Ell, what we do now!? The three hours already passed and if our parents think we are dead?"

"Don't think about it. Let's find a way back first."

He also really afraid to tell the truth, but for some reason the Giant Golden Gate within his soul didn't allow him to lose control of his emotions, letting him think clearly.

After looking around searching for another way to go, he saw two different ways behind the stone, one left and one right.

"We will go to the right."

"Why?"

"The right is in the north, and the royal city lies north of the forest."

Using the light from Elijah's eyes as a torch they walked through the passage.

"This should probably be a maze or a dungeon, so there must be trapped and monsters, we must be careful." Elijah said looking at Chloe.

Although she did not like it when Elijah talked to her in a commanding tone like he was much older than her, the young girl then nods obediently. "Okay, I will!"

Meanwhile, in the royal city.

Some people dressed in black had arrived in the royal city looking for something.

Their leader, who was a woman using a mask, but you could still see her sparkling blue eyes, and golden wavy hair falling.

She looks to a thin man beside her and asked. "It's here where you said the reincarnation of our goddess was living?"

The thin man took out a ring that glows with a green light from his pocket. "I'm sure, Lady Alexis, I used the aura in the artifact that our Goddess had left us, to detect where our Goddess is, and from the light on the ring she is in the southern sector of the city.

He pointed to where the branches, forest direction.

"Then let's go before that old fox detects us."

What they didn't notice was a woman wearing a black robe and a hood covering her head, letting out only her silver eyes, while she followed them.

After walking for one hour. They saw several humanoid creatures in the dark.

"What is this?"

Chloe observed some more and said."I remember reading about them before, those things are called draugen. Draugen or draugr are undead creatures that live in their graves guarding treasure buried with them, they are also known to have powerful strength and change their sizes and forms. The only way we can pass them is not letting they detect us, Lucky they do not seem to be cultivators and were once humans before they died"

"So we need to be careful to not make any noise and..."

"Crack!" Chloe accidentally stepped on a piece of wood that broke causing a noise attracting all the Draugen.

"Sorry!"

Elijah raises his hammer and said. "Chloe, stay back!"

And he threw his hammer, hitting the head of a draugen and another draugen approached, attacking him from behind.

He called his hammer back, and used [Void Steps] to make the draugen hit an afterimage and Elijah's hammer shined as it destroyed the draugr's head.

Then Chloe sensed something wrong and looking left, he saw a draugen preparing to shoot an arrow on Elijah.

"Ell!" Her eyes glowed with a green light as her blond hair turned green and she appeared beside Elijah and the arrow flying to Elijah's head had hit her arm, she let out a deep groan as the arrow hit her.

Elijah's eyes flushed with blood as a gray vortex erupted over his head, sucking all the energy around him.

"AHH!"

His entire body shined with gray light as he surpassed his limits, and reached the third level Void Steps.

Elijah teleported several times but only managed to kill two of the seven draugen, before spending all his remaining energy and his body was covered with wounds.

Looking back, he saw Chloe giving her best fighting with those draugen, but she also could not last much longer, he tried to contact shadow several times but nothing happens.

Thinking everything had ended, he looked at Chloe.

"I'm sorry."

Inside his soul, the Giant Gate trembled several times as one of the runes on the gate lit up and a strange word fled from his mouth.

"Thurisaz!"

He felt a strange heat inside him as his body began to grow, turning this six-year-old kid into a fourteen-year-old boy.

Feeling a great strength lying inside his body, he shot a punch on the draugen that was nearly hiting Chloe's head.

"Whoosh!" his punch cuts the wind and when it touched the draugen, his body was completely disintegrated.

Chloe was stunned seeing her cousin exploding with so much strength, with his current power, he compares to a First Realm Peak.

Felling astounded with his own power, he gathers all energy he could to his right hand and slashed using his hand like a sword.

A gray energy came out of his hand cutting all the draugen into pieces.

Then Elijah's body quickly returned to his normal form as he fell to the ground, unconscious.
