Jingyi was most afraid when the emperor was angry. Every time she had done something, she would be punished and left to stay hungry, if she didn't worked well in something, she would be grounded in her bed-chamber.

Her eyes trembled as grief and fear filled inside of them, biting her lips she tried hard to keep the tears from falling.

Lu Ming was disgusted and annoyed at the same time by this sudden act to avoid the divorce again. He had it enough and couldn't endure anymore.

He pulled Jingyi from her wrist and dragged her from the bed as her feet stumbled and staggered. 

Uncle....

The princess of once a royal family was treated in such a manner, her tears couldn't hol on for any longer and streamed down her face.

"It hurts, Uncle! Could you let me go?!"

"I am not your Uncle!" he glared at her and she swallowed back her protests,

Lu Ming dragged her at a very fast speed. Jingyi being unable to keep pace ended up falling several times.

Until there was a old man in mourning dress, Lu Ming stopped and released Jingyi's wrist. The moment his hand left hers, her feet gave up and she fell on the ground.

Li Wei, who had followed Lu Ming all the way, glanced at the Jingyi with a look of disdain. 

This woman was stubborn. In order to escape the divorce, she cried and clashed. As if the incidents she caused weren't enough, she even slit her wrists to attempt suicide!

And now she was even pretending to be crazy!

No matter how beautiful Jingyi was, Li Wei that Lu Ming would never want a foolish idiot like her with a bad reputation to ever be his wife.

This marriage was fated to be divorced!

Seeing how furious Lu Ming have become, Li Wei went behind him and whispered. 

"Chairman Lu, since the director is here, how about we let him give a full-body examination to Miss Jing? We'll know if she has really gone stupid or if she only faking it" 

Standing in front of Lu Ming, the director helped Jingyi up.

"Miss Jing, you should be resting!" 

Jing Yi looked at the old man in front of her who looked like a kind-hearted gentle man. 

With moist eyes she looked at the director.

"Grandfather! I hope you will tell uncle to not get angry with the princess!" 

The director, "..."

Lu Ming, "..." 

The dean clenched his fist as he choked on his own saliva and coughed. 

The 55-year-old man knew the past of Jingyi and couldn't even imagine having such a granddaughter! 

He looked at Lu Ming: "Mr. Lu, I will then proceed for the check up" 

Lu Ming's irritated cold eyes glanced at Jingyi.

Jingyi saw the disgust in the eyes of Lu Ming, and it felt like a big blow to her heart as it sunk deeper and deeper inside of her.

She survived the poison, if the emperor rejects her again...would she be able to see the next sun?

"Miss Jing, Please come with me." The director led the way.

Jingyi people silently followed the old man, and didn't dare to look back at the emperor. 

As Lu Ming watched Jingyi leave, his cold eyes blinked. 

His body froze and he stood still.
