Sweetheart V5: The Boss Is Too Kind By Hua Er Bao

From time to time, there were people passing by the corridor in front of the medical examination room. There were loud screams followed by the sound of someone being slapped.

Curious people stayed in the corridor and tried to peek inside the glass window but failed.

When Jingyi came out, there was a red bruise on the face of the doctor behind her.

Lu Ming was inside the VIP ward as he stared at the tablet in his hand and waited for the results.

After waiting for more than an hour, the result that came was totally unexpected.

The director handed the medical examination report to Lu Ming, and said at the same time: 

"Chairman Lu, Miss Jing's physical condition has no problem!" 

Lu Ming lifted his eyes and looked at the documents handed over by the director. But he was too lazy to look any further and resumed his work.

He had already expected such an answer. 

"She just wants to pretend being silly" 

"That's not it" The director immediately replied, "Chairman Lu, Although Miss Jing has no problem with her body, she has an IQ of 80, even a ten year old has better IQ than that" 

"... " When the words are heard, Lu Ming's hand paused and a puzzled look crossed his face.

He had never heard of such a thing happening by cutting wrists.

The director continued to explain: "Probably the excessive blood loss and the brain's lack of oxygen for too long, caused a negative impact on Miss Jing's IQ..." 

The director's voice faded as the woman standing behind Lu Ming sofa stepped forward and whispered to his ear. 

"Chairman Lu, If Miss Jing has an unexpected mental retardation, the court will dismiss your divorce appeal on the grounds of discrimination!"

Lu Ming eyes became darker. 

Until Jing Yiren becomes normal, the divorce can't go through.

Lu Ming came back at ten o'clock in the night, by then the servants were already gone.

He got off the car and went inside the house. Only the housekeeper is greeted him at the door as he took the blazer from Lu Ming and followed him inside.

When Jingyi got out of the horse-drawn carriage without horses, she looked at the big courtyard like a temple, though it didn't surprised her as much as the road they had just drove upon.

That road was filled with different sorts of iron carriages, and the house in front of her was as tall as the sky. 

Although Lu Ming's house was exquisite and gorgeous, it was big but not dignified enough. Compared to her uncle's palace, it was still very lacking.

During the whole car journey, she was thinking about it. Her body was not hers and even though she had survived, she has come to this unknown country somehow with someone else's identity.

She had no idea how far she was from her homeland, and how she can go back.

The appearance of this body is slightly different from her own, but it held the same beauty as hers.

And the person she thought to be her uncle was actually husband of this body.

What made the situation worse was the fact that the body belonged to an adult woman, while she was only fourteen years old.

It was the age where her adolescence was beginning, she has not experienced the feelings of a girl.. She was only a shy teenager who had to encounter the angry man with whom she is already married.
