Tonight, when Lu Ming's car is heard from the yard, Jing Yi immediately shuts the TV, turns off the lamp and slips inside the blankets, pretending to be asleep.

After a while, she heard the sound of the knob turning. After three seconds, the door closed again.

She sighed quietly and climbed out of the bed. She still has to complete that episode and picks up the remote.

The sudden loud sound made her flinch and quickly tried to lower the volume, but from fear and panic, the remote fell from her hands.

Jing Yi immediately rushed forward and shut the TV directly.
