If a person who practices does not have a high level of cultivation to match it, it is like a furnace in the middle of the sword. The fire suddenly went out and the sword was destroyed. If your cultivation is limited and you can only practice, you will have more energy but not enough strength, and you will even fail to wash the meridians and cut off the marrow, which will destroy your own foundation. The third difficulty is will, because in the process of washing the essence and reincarnation, not only does it have any sense of pleasure and comfort, but it also causes great pain because of destroying the old body and reshaping the new body. If you can't withstand this pain Even if you have advanced cultivation, you will still fail.
