He took her hands in his hand and began to caress them. But she was still crying as her cramps were hurting her more and more.

He knew very well that she needed something warm on her belly. He gently placed his warm palm on her lower abdomen, under her t-shirt.

It gave her a little comfort. She felt a little good when he placed his palm on her lower abdomen. Slowly she closed her eyes.

But again her cramps became very painful, which made her wince in pain. Again tears flowed down from her eyes. She held his sleeves very tightly in her hands and closed her eyes tightfully.

But soon, Laila came with a hot water bag and quickly handed it to Jack.

"Now, go from here." He ordered Laila and immediately, she came out of the room.

She was still crying,her grip on his sleeves was still right. She was having a lot of pain in her lower abdomen.

But in the very next moment,he lifted her top a little up and placed the hot water bag on her lower abdomen. It made her feel relieved. Her cries and sobs lessened than before.

Her grip on his sleeves were not tight anymore. She was holding his sleeves lightly and soon left them.

"Love, are you feeling good?" He asked her with so much concern. She nodded hearing him.

The tears again welled up inside her eyes and soon flowed down. "Jack, please don't show your fake love and concern towards me."

"Just shut your mouth hmm!"His temper raised up hearing her but he didn't give any chance to his inner devil to control over him.

He was caressing her head. Soon her cramps came to control. They were hurting her but not that much. She can bear them.

"Have you eaten?" His voice was laced with concern. She nodded, lowering her head and he understood again she was telling lies.

"Hmph! You little girl. Why you always lies to me?" He chuckled lightly because he don't want to scare her again. He was trying all his, to suppress his anger down.Because he don't know why he always gets angry whenever she lies to him.

He again used his as usual cold voice to call Laila. "Laila! Laila! I need a plate of food." He sat beside her on the bed.

He was caressing her head and her eyes were closed at the time and soon Laila again came to their room holding a plate.

There were a couple of sandwiches on the plate as she knew Niya should eat something light.

He took the plate from her hand and kept it aside on the table. He made her sit and placed a pillow behind her .

He gestured to her to lean back and sit comfortably. "I don't want any drama. So quietly eat your dinner. It's too late and you still don't have dinner." He took plates in his hand and started to feed her.

Her head was lowered at the time and her hairs were coming over her face all the time. She had placed both of her hands on her lap.

"Now open your mouth." He took the sandwich near her mouth and she obeyed him like a good girl. Every time her long, black ,silky and smooth hair was coming infrint of her face and everytime he was tucking them behind her ears.

She opened her mouth and took a bite of a sandwich and started to chew them.

He was feeding her and she was silently eating like a good and obedient girl.

She knows very well that if she does not eat then her pain will become worse. So, she was eating silently.

It took her 10 minutes to complete dinner. Then after, he wiped her mouth using a napkin.

She again felt the worst cramp which caused her to cry and winced in pain.

She got up from the bed to change but she was shocked to see a big red patch on white bedsheet.

When she found him staring in her direction, her body started to tremble because she knew very well about his anger.

"I am so...sorry. I didn't do it on pur..pose. I wi...will was….wash them." Her voice was also trembling with her body.

When he noticed his little wife was trembling, he quickly grabbed her by her waist. She was very close to him at the time, both were hearing each other's heartbeat.

The only difference between their heart beats is his heartbeat was normal but her heartbeats were very fast.

He touched her trembling lips with his thumb and then put his index finger under her chin. He raised her head a little up.

She was so scared that she didn't dare to look into his eyes.

"Love, don't worry and I am not angry with you.I will change them" He told her the truth and she felt a little relief hearing him.

She raised her eyes a little up to look at his eyes. He found a pair of beautiful eyes looking into his eyes but he can see fear for him very clearly in her eyes.

"Don't be afraid and go to the bathroom. When you are done just call me and I will give you your stuff."

She was embarrassed after hearing him because he, himself, told he would give her pads.

He understood she was feeling embarrassed. " Dummy, don't feel embarrassed. It's a normal thing. Now go." He caressed her hair and gestured to go.

But she was still feeling the same. She quietly forwarded her steps towards the washroom but again a wave of cramp which made her stop in the spot.

She was holding her abdomen very tightly and was closing her eyes tightly.

He furrowed his eyes, when he noticed she stopped on the spot.

He forwarded his steps towards her and just in two swift strides, he reached in front of him.

He put his hands on her shoulder and asked, "Are you feeling pain?" She just nodded lightly.

He was very quick to take her in his arms as a groom took his bride in bridal style and made his way towards the washroom.

Her body became cold, when he took her in his arms in bridal style.

While taking her in his arms and going towards the washroom, he felt something warm on his shirt.
