Tales Of The Love

"Wait, how do you know about this? Who told you?" Calvin asked wondering how Elsa got to know about it suddenly

"Chris told me." Elsa smiled and said

"Chris? How did he know about it?" Calvin widened his eyes in shock and asked

"He saw our photographs in your home," Elsa said before explaining everything that Chris told her

"So, Anna's mom knew it but still she decided to hide it?" Calvin frowned and asked

Hugging Calvin, Elsa smiled and said "I don't know about her, all I could say is I am so happy that you are the guy whom I liked in my childhood sweetheart." 

"El, let's go-to hotel. I want to talk." Calvin looked around and said

"What about our shopping?" Elsa pouted her lips and asked

"I will take you to the shopping tomorrow and you know what, you can buy anything until you drop." Calvin tapped her nose and said

"That's a great deal, Mr Lewis." Elsa chuckled and said

"I wish you don't regret this," Elsa said before walking towards their car

"I never regret when it comes to you." Calvin smiled and said

Half an hour later

Hotel room

"So, what do you want to talk about?" Elsa asked

UnButtoning his jacket, Calvin poured juice to Elsa before walking towards her.

"Here, drink this," Calvin said before giving her the juice

"Cal, what are you doing?" Elsa frowned and asked when he sat on the floor and held her hand.

"Shhh, let me say it." Calvin smiled and said

Pausing for a while, Calvin said "El, I don't know why, you meant so much to me. I still remember the day we met for the first me. I still remembered how I accompanied you to the washroom. I still remembered the moment I fell for you. I don't know whether it was like or attraction, I wanted to be with you. I wanted to share things only with you. I wanted to play with you. I wanted to stay with you."

"Everything was so damn perfect until your dad decided to move away from New York. I couldn't understand why suddenly you left the place. I couldn't understand why you stopped coming to the park where we used to meet daily. When I asked dad, he told me that your family left the country. I cried a lot but you never returned back. I waited for you but you didn't show up. I was frustrated, I was angry. I don't know why I become so vulnerable for you." Calvin said his struggle when Elsa left the country.

"Yes, I was just five years old but still I longed for you. I was just a kid but I wanted you. I thought we would be forever but I never expected it was just a two days play." Calvin sighed and said

"I waited for you until I reached college. I carefully placed all your memories but one day aunt Laura came to me and told me that you will never come to me. I was frustrated with you, I was frustrated with myself for waiting. I was frustrated and I couldn't understand what I am doing. I started flirting with girls, I started having random sex with the girls I met. I started flinging around to get closure one day but I never got what I want. " Calvin cupped her cheeks and said

"El, I was wrong. I should have waited for you but I—I am sorry. You know how I felt when I first saw you at the airport. I wanted to hug you. I wanted to say that I am your childhood sweetheart but I was so scared. I thought you would leave me. So, I decided to make you stay with me. I took Nick's help to make you stay. I took care of yourself. I stopped flinging around and wanted to take things seriously. I stopped talking to all the girls. I even blocked them because I want to change. I want to change for you. " Calvin poured his heart before the woman he loved

"I—" Calvin stopped saying when he heard a sobbing sound.

He then lifted his head only to find out that Elsa is crying.

"El, why are you crying? Did I do anything wrong? Did—" Calvin stopped saying when Elsa hugged him

"No, you didn't do anything. I am sorry for ditching you. I am sorry for leaving you alone." Elsa sobbed harder

"Hey, it's not your mistake okay. You are child at that time." Calvin wiped her tears and said

"I should have at least informed you before going. I thought we are going on vacation. I thought I would return back but when we reached San Francisco, I got to know that we are going to stay here forever. I tried to ask dad about you but he never told me about you. Ava, Chris became my friends and slowly, I forgot you but I knew there is a man whom I used to like. I tried asking mom and dad but they never told me anything about you. So, I decided to search for you on my own. " Elsa sighed and said

"I didn't come to New York only for the job. I came here to search for you. I wanted to find out about you. I wanted to meet you and talk to you." Elsa confessed her feelings 

"Yes, I forget your face. I forget some of our good memories but I never forget this 'he is mine' kind of feeling. I used to get that feeling only from you. I used to feel secure and safe only around you." Elsa sighed and said

"El—" Calvin didn't say anything but hugged Elsa. He wanted to confess that he loves her but he couldn't. He wanted to do it a special way, not in this hotel room.

"I am sorry Cal," Elsa said

"Shhh, it's not your mistake." Calvin placed his finger on her lips and said

Their bodies are hugging each other tightly that there is no gap to air to pass between them.

He then pulled her closer and slowly brushed their lips together.
