When Max reached Mount Vesuvius, he saw a huge mountain with greenery surrounding it from all sides, but as he was flying he was able to see the boiling volcano which was in the mountain. He knew that he had to go search around the volcano to find the blue phoenix.

When he got a bit closer to the mountain, he sensed a lot of small ki signatures hidden in the volcano. He knew that they were phoenixes, as they were most probably the only creatures that could survive living inside a volcano. He knew that some of them could be blue phoenixes, but he couldn't confirm which one it was, so he did the one thing he knew. He charged a ki ball in his hand and threw it in the volcano.

As soon as the ki ball fell the volcano started to erupt. He looked at it and said, "I think this will let them fly out."

And just like he thought all the phoenixes started to fly out, but to Max's demise he didn't find a single blue phoenix in them. And just as he was about to go search in another location, a blue phoenix flew out of the volcano and headed straight to the sky.

Max who saw this flew after it as he threw ki balls at it. He was actually surprised by how easily the blue phoenix maneuvered around his attacks. But he soon caught up to it and stood floating in front of the bird. It tried to escape in other direction, but he again flew in front of it and stood there.

Having no choice the bird spit out blue flames through its beak at Max. Max just simply stood there with ki covering his body. As the flames that fell on him, he felt like standing in the middle of the desert when he was a normal man, but he still persisted.

Soon the blue phoenix grew tired and stopped spitting fire. Max stood in front of it a few feet away. The phoenix came a bit forward and lowered its head showing that it submits. Max didn't bother much about it and plucked a feather and teleported back to Italy's nearby magic community.

Max who reached a magic community in Rome directly teleported to South America. Even though he could fly there, teleportation is still a better means of transport. But there wasn't any magical community in Peru so he had to fly from Colombia.

When he reached the deep forest he saw many magical creatures. Some of which he has never heard about, but he ignored it and started to look for Peruvian Vipertooth. Just as he was sensing around for any strong life signatures, he found one heading straight for him.

When he opened his eyes he found what he came looking for, it was a giant Peruvian Vipertooth flying towards him. Max didn't bother hiding or running from it, He channeled ki and chakra in his hand and formed a shape similar to a sword. When the dragon got near him he moved in hyper speed

Max simply ignored the noise its making and coated himself in ki and shoved his arm into the dragon's neck, there he found something shaped like a ball, but it was very very hot. But as Max had coated himself in ki the heat didn't bother him.

After that he kept the small firey orb in the storage pouch which he had recently created with an extension charm and teleported back to Ollivanders.

Ollivander was surprised that Max was able to collect the materials in just a single day. He didn't bother asking around too many questions and continued working on the wand. Max left a shadow clone to support Ollivander with magic when he is exhausted. After that he went to do Fudge to get the list of Voldemort's followers who were roaming around.

Fudge who saw Max, immediately told him, "I wasn't able to find all of them who were hiding. But I got news about one of the dangerous followers, you know, F

enrir Greyback.That  wolf of a man is a real menace. He's the one who bit Lupin just because he didn't like Lupin's father."

Max took the list and said, "Good. But you better get your hands on those Time Turners fast. I'll meet you after four days. And when the prisoners in Azkaban die, just tell everyone that they couldn't handle the Dementors."

After getting what he wanted Max left directly to Azkaban. When he reached there, he saw Dementors flying all around Azkaban. He just searched for human ki inside the prison and directly teleported there.

He looked around and found that most of the dark wizards here are unconscious or had gone crazy. He didn't let it bother him and went to do his job. He first reached out to the nearby wizard and held his hand over the wizards head and started to go through his memories. He learned a lot of dark spells this way. After finishing this guy, he went towards another guy. 

Soon, in over two hours he went through most of the prisoners' memories, but he didn't find anything much useful from them. All of them had known almost similar spells, except for a few here and there. Now he was standing in front of the person he was looking for, Bellatrix Lestrange. When he was going through her memories, he found a lot of weird dark curses which are directly taught by Voldemort. He even found the method to make a Horcrux.

This was a easy method he learned from Goku's techniques. Going through their memories to learn everything about them, but Max was using it to learn all the spells they had learned.

After he skimmed through everyone's memories here, he killed them swiftly. He didn't like to leave despicable people like them alive.  After that he went to hunt the other dark wizards that are hiding in the outside world.
