TELL ME HOW CAN I WALK AWAY

Chapter 2:CHAPTER 2: FRIENDS

Rhianna found her classroom. She belongs in Section Gold. She walked quietly while some of her classmates were busy talking with each other. They looked at her as she enters the room.

She is indeed the only new student in this room, she guesses. She decided to find a seat in the last row near the window. She slowly put down her bag on the floor then takes out her notebook and pen.

While waiting for the teacher to come in, she was pre-occupying for a moment, staring outside the window. She still cannot believe that she was now in S City, away from her friends and best friend Sophie Liu especially.

Since she arrived two days ago, she was not able to keep in touch with her. Well, she was busy with fixing her things at home. That is why she missed to call her best friend. Thinking about her makes her so sad.

While her mind was pre-occupied, she did not notice that someone sat beside her.

A girl sat silently, observing her actions. It took a moment when Rhianna become aware that she was not alone. She turned her head to her right side; her eyes and mouth were both widely open. She saw a familiar face smiling at her.

"Sophie Liu, what are you doing here?" Rhianna said confusedly.

"Hi Ice, miss me?"

She suddenly hugs her. "Oh my gosh…! What are you doing here? Of course, I miss you, Cream. Don't tell me you transfer here." Rhianna doubtfully asked.

Sophie nodded then smiled. "I will not let you leave me in Q City. We are sisters for life."

"How come, you did not tell me about this when we were in Q City?"

She grinned. "Well, I want to surprise you. Dad asked me if I want to study in S City. Because he knew that you are staying here in S City for good so therefore I agree of course."

Mr. Liu, Sophie's dad work at the main branch in S City, CGA Foods Corporation for so many years. He stays in the big city while his family was in the Q City. The company her dad works known as one of the leading fast food chain not just in the country but also worldwide.

Rhianna could not express her feelings now. She could not believe that her best friend was actually here in Bright School with her.

A girl with a fair complexion, shoulder length hair approached them. "Hi, I am Henna Wu. You two were new in Bright, right?"

"Yes, we came from Q City. I am Sophie Liu and this is my best friend Rhianna." Sophie replied.

"Oh, I see. It is so nice to meet you two. I am happy that we are classmates. Let us be friends from now on. Welcome to the Bright Private School." Henna extended her hands to them for a shake.

They accepted the handshake and smiled. They both think that this girl is a nice person; so far, in their hometown they did not encounter such a bad attitudes students like bullying new students, Rhianna thought. They stopped chatting when the teacher came in.

Ocean Huang was in the Section Silver classroom. His seat was in the last row near the window. The two students were too noisy as they enter the room. He knew already even without looking at them. It was Jenson Lee and Henley Wu, his friends. They were friends since primary school.

"Hey, Ocean! You are earlier than we are." Jenson Lee sat in front of him.

"Oh man! You really are the A Straight student in Bright." Henley Wu who was sitting beside Ocean said compliments him.

Both of his friends laughed aloud. They really knew each other since they were kids. They might not as rich as Ocean Huang but both of their family background were definitely in the middle class level.

Ocean was not thinking about the statue in life when choosing friends. As long as they can get along all the time and he enjoys each other's company that is enough for him. Good thing to know, these two friends of him never violated any illegal activities or whatsoever.

The only things they get more addicted were online games. He was different from them he do not like video games that much. He loves doing more the actual games than using more with fingers. He is an athlete. He played basketball in school since he was a kid but had to stop due to his arm injury during junior year. He decided not to play in school anymore. He still plays at home when he does it for exercising his body. They turned their eyes in front when the teacher walked in.
