The profession of adventurer
That's how Gin and the others were taking a break and it was time to take turns, and Albert and Cain came back in exchange for the Dans who took their seats.
"" Good day. ""
Yes, when Jin and Sherry spoke up, they both came back to say hello properly.
"I knew you'd be nervous about watching unfamiliar."
While spilling that, Cain and the others sit across the street from Jin. And when I drank water directly from the water bottle, I took a breather.
"Hmm, Cain's weak. I'm all right."
Yeah, sniffing and bragging are the problem children and rumors Albert. I see. It looks great in nature. But that's what I said in my mouth. I snuggled out the water bottle and drank the water, but I smile at Jin because of what a chiggy impression.
"Pu, kuku"
Whether you thought about the same thing as Jin, or remembered Jin's cute remarks, Sherry erupts unexpectedly.
"What? What's wrong with you?
Albert asks so surprisingly when he sees Gin smiling and Shelley smiling back small.
"No, it's nothing."
Instead of Shelly, who's still laughing, Jin answers that.
"Really? Yeah, okay. You've never spoken more directly than that. It's Albert. You can do whatever you want."
Everywhere from above, Jin thought it was a cute boy who had some stories from earlier. Cain pinches his mouth before Jin even tries to name this one.
"Here, Al! Mr. Jin is older, so use proper respect."
"It's nothing good, is it? We're in the same position as newcomers, so we need to speak respectfully to each other. What do you say?"
Where does Cain's advice blow to Albert? And yes, it asks Jin.
"Heh heh, right. Shall we make each other respectless from now on? Cain and Shelley. Is that all right?
"Agreed. Albert says something rare and good, too."
Shelley finally laughs and agrees. And Cain also agreed with Albert on his ass twinkling what he meant by uncommon, like, oh man.
"Fuck Al. Let's. It's not the same if you don't use respectful words or you can't use them. Gin..., thanks for accepting Gin too"
"No, good luck. It's good to see Cain again."
He labors Cain, who probably has had a lot of difficulty before, and Jin chuckles at Cain for saying so.
"I'm sorry to keep you waiting, Albert. Then I'll introduce myself again. My name is Jin. I may be a little older than you guys at 18, but thank you very much."
"Hmm. Let's make it nice. Me and Cain are 17, by the way. Leave the battle against the Warcraft to me."
"I'm Cain. Albert and I are at the same door, corrupt from children."
Cain goes on like that.
"Plump. I'm Shelley. I'm from the same village as Dan and Meg, and I'm childhood friendly. You're all 16. Rachel just turned 18."
I would also add information on members who still seem to be a little tailed, but subtle Shelley isn't here.
"Even so, Jin is 18 years old. I thought you were old enough just to be a young man because you said something like an elder."
No offense, Shelley says as she nicks.
"haha"
I can't say that maybe its elder and its actual age isn't that different or maybe it's up there. Gin laughing and deluding.
"Huh. Are you telling Dada she hasn't eaten in years? What did you say?
In response to Albert asking, Jin and Shelley now looked at each other.
"" hahaha ""
And I can't tell him in person, but now it's our turn to laugh and delude him.
"Well, in time if you get a chance. More than that..."
Yes Jin changed the subject and everyone enjoyed the public discourse soothingly, and the break was quickly over.
"Okay, we're leaving."
Under instructor Gregg's decree, Jin and the others, once again divided into two parties, began moving with vigilance around them. There has been no change since then in response to Jin's [sign perception]. The slightly worried gin was confirmed in [MAP], but no warcraft approached this side, and on the contrary we were able to confirm some reactions that escaped to alert this side in the distance. Wouldn't the Warcraft be stupid, too, or something that wouldn't get any closer than some group?
When Jin tried to be optimistic, he caught several reactions to [MAP] in this direction. Unexpectedly turning to Instructor Melinda behind her, Jin and I meet her eyes and she laughs nicely and looks back.
"Be careful! Something's coming."
When Jin also felt a reaction to [Signal Detection], there was a call from Gain to everyone. That was just before Jin accidentally tried to call everyone's attention.
"It's Mad Wolf. Jin and Cain, protect the rear guard! Tell Instructor Melinda Abe to follow up."
There are six signs that Jin felt. First two, and then a little late, four looming. Since Gain and Cain are sword-equipped, consider the configuration. Jin is equipped with a spear, not a wooden sword. Of course, the spear has been assembled (long spear) since the beginning.
"Hmm!" "Gain!
First, Gain instantly kills one with a blow from the Great Sword.
Gin and Cain intercept approaching Madwolf in a quick move. The remaining one of the vanguards strikes Cain by targeting him, but Cain also uses his sword to prevent the attack. Cain's counterattack is deflected, but Jin sticks out his spear for the gap and ends it.
"Thanks!"
"Oh, we've got four more!
Jin prompts Cain's voice to be brief and alert. And then the three that passed beside the gain come this way.
"Fire Arrow!
A flaming arrow hits one of the Madwolves along with Dan's chant, and that one collapses in that attack. And Cain and Jin confront Madwolf one-on-one, respectively.
"Huh!"
Be wary that your people have been magically hit, or Madwolf stops once and for all without trying to jump to momentum. But without missing that stopped gap, Jin poked his spear in, and the spear finished Madwolf while leaving the feeling of choosing meat in Jin's hands. And when Jin shifted his gaze to Cain, there was a figure of Cain who had defeated the last one.
"All right, good job. I'll rip it off quickly. I'll show you a sample. Everybody, come here."
Make sure there are no signs of any other enemies around, and Gain will immediately call for the rookie.
"Demon stones are often found around the heart, but the material that can be stripped away is tricky due to warcraft. If you've fought a few times, you don't know if you've defeated the Warcraft for the first time, so take out the Demon Stone first."
That being said, Gain scratched Madwolf's belly with a knife and handily removed the demon stone.
"When the demon stone is thus gone, the corpse will melt more and more. It is said that the material that can be removed from the warcraft will remain after it has thus completely dissolved, but in fact its size will be smaller and of inferior quality than if it were to be stripped off normally. So when you take the demon stone, you see the melting state that starts little by little, and you quickly find the material by looking for something that doesn't melt at all. In Mad Wolf's case, this is fangs. You see?"
Jin and the others compare the fangs to the others to confirm the definite difference.
"All you have to do is disconnect the material you find from the rest. If you take the demon stone first, it will be easier to separate it from the material, so it is Theory who takes the demon stone first."
That's how Gain removed his fangs beautifully.
"All right, then strip them off one by one. I won't admit I can't. This is how we make our money."
Gain said, turning to Meg and Dan, who blued his face a little. And when they both snorted firmly, they each headed toward Madwolf's body.
After setting the [Drop Item Setting] to the lowest level so that the gin does not fall off, peel it off in the guise of a wind that is finished quickly. And when I made sure everyone would finish stripping, I restarted. The other one has naturally been stripped of Abe.
While Jin and the others were in battle, it looks like a squad was watching this side of the game to keep pace. But after a while, one squad now came into contact with the Warcraft, and this time Jin and the second squad were to watch the game.
"Look, look at the formation, the enemy's movements, and the response to each one."
There I could clearly see a veteran momentum moving against a bunch of Madwolves as well, so that one didn't have to deal with more than one. Gins newbies staring at it to eat in. In no time, each of the other three rookies was defeated one at a time, annihilating the other group altogether.
"I think I've seen it, but it's basically 1: 1 as much as I can or this one brings it into multiple fights. The avant-garde does not draw enemies through the rear guard, and first reduces the number of enemies. The rear guard tows it so the avant-garde doesn't have to deal with more than one, or knock it down for gaps that are distracted by the avant-garde. I didn't happen to have Meg's turn earlier, but if anyone got hurt or came through the avant-garde net, it's time. Ideally, you should have enough strength to take them down like Rachel over there, but at least you should have enough melee power to buy the Wizard time to chant."
That's how Gain advises looking back at the earlier battle while watching the game.
"So is Dan. Wizards (magic users) who can only use magic cannot live long. With more enemies, the avant-garde won't be able to cover them all and will inevitably confront them directly. You don't need to be as usable as the avant-garde, but the technique of escort becomes imperative. Those I know do magic with long metal bars (rods), and in Melee they used them to take down enemies. I'm not asking you to be either."
Gain advice still goes on.
"Jin and Cain's earlier move wasn't bad. Jin was attacking the gap created by Cain, but such collaboration is essential when fighting strong enemies. Of course, guards like Dan and Meg will also participate in that collaboration. It is the power of the party to win the multiplication by which each other grasps movement and works together against enemies that cannot be beaten by the simple addition of the power of each person. Don't forget this."
"" Yes ""
And when we finished the conversation as the first squad restarted, Jin and the second squad also left again. Then we arrived in the destination forest without a raid, and when we joined, we proceeded further back. On the road, he learned detailed techniques and knowledge in the field to help him with his adventures, such as how to collect herbs and flowers growing along the way. And we arrived in a blank area surrounded by no trees, which will be our lodging place tonight.
"Okay, so we're gonna get ready to stay here. Four of them, Melinda, Elsa, Jin and Sherry, come hunt for their prey to eat tonight. The rest is water drawn to set up the junction and pick up firewood."
Following Greg's instructions to say so, the Jins split into several populations and scattered. The four Jins join together and move to the back of the woods. From now on, we basically acted with gestures to avoid being remembered by animals sensitive to the signs.
It was probably the type and lightness of the weapon that made these four members. At Melinda's direction, Jin took the lead, killing the signs and moving as quietly as he could. And after traveling for a while, there was a reaction to Jin's [sign perception]. Jin felt somewhat like an animal, so she turned around and Melinda, with her eyes on her, just smiled and nodded. And I've been pointing in the direction Jin was feeling and urging him to move.
The Jins, who moved more carefully, caught pigs digging holes in the ground in their sight. Actually, I guess it's subtly different from a pig, but I don't know the fine difference in gin. When Melinda turned around again just to ask for instructions, Melinda gestured to turn to Jin and push her away.
The gin follows the instructions and travels in great bypass as it circles in from under the wind. Again, thanks to his high physical ability in [martial arts talent], he was able to travel without making much noise at that speed. Then he slowly approached the pig in order to push Melinda and the others in the direction where they were. Thought it would be easier to guide him as close as possible. Jin quietly approaches the pig, but the pig doesn't notice Jin at all if he is too busy digging the soil to eat something he finds. A pig finally raised his face as he tried to get into Gin's range of attack in the next few meters.
"Katsuka!
Jin packs the distance toward the pig as he speaks up. I also have [rapid acceleration] skills, and their speed is fast. And for some reason, the spear rolled out by the pig's eye, which was stiff for a moment, was stunningly piercing the pig's heart.
And then Jin finally realizes that he has used his [intimidating] skills as well. The instant stiffness of the pig is due to this.
"We'll do it. I didn't think you were gonna do it."
Melinda and the others rush up with arrows to an unexpected situation that Jin says will stop.
"Looks like we got lucky."
Jin answers as he heads over Elsa's words. The activation and effects of unexpected skills were also unexpected for Gin. I accidentally forget my current position and talk to Elsa by mouth for normal reasons.
"Ugh. All in all, Jin. Then we'll dismantle it quickly."
Gin and the others help Melinda start draining pig blood by saying that. He said he would do the full dismantling in front of some other newcomers because this is also a study.
As Jin lifted the pig with Elsa, Sherry and Melinda returned to the camp alerting their surroundings.
On the way in, I wondered if Melinda had basically connected the arrows, and the arrows released at the next moment were shooting down two birds. Elsa wraps her tongues around its speed and accuracy. Especially since Elsa has only a bow that she's been practicing here for a while, and has a strong sense of respect for that look. Jin also told Greg he had just learned a bow yesterday, so he burned it in the back of his brain as the way he should aim. And somehow he secured enough food for everyone to triumph over to the camp.
The camp toured the demolition work with all the newcomers before the retained prey, and actually dismantled them all with knives in them.
Meat sold to packs in supermarkets in the previous world was also originally dismantled by killing cattle, pigs, etc. Jin took good care of the fact that she was killing herself and dismantling it as meat to eat.
Are you still a little different from Warcraft, and all the other newcomers are solemn faces even that Albert. Jin is prepared to continue to kill warcraft and animals in order to live in this way, but he decided to remember this feeling he now feels even when he gets used to it. Then the demolition was over, Jin accompanied him to bury his unwanted guts a little further away, and after digging and burying the hole, he was hand in hand with nature.
When you get back to the camp, prepare your meal. Of course, meal preparation is part of the training. Fortunately for Jin, who did the cooking on a daily basis, there was nothing more difficult. Only surprisingly, Dan was the only one who could cook besides Jin, and Albert and the swordsmanship combinations, as well as all the women, were struggling with unfamiliar hands.
"If I had miso or soy sauce."
Gin that spills by accident. The spices and salt are delicious, of course, but as a Japanese, I don't want to throw away the old miso and soy sauce. They wanted to simmer pork in miso or cook birds with a sweet, spicy sauce made of soy sauce.
"You know a rare seasoning."
It is Melinda who speaks so.
"You know what?!
Properly translated means that something similar actually exists in this world. Jin moves in and asks Melinda.
"Yeah, I think I saw it back in the day at Wang Du's specialty store. It's not much of a condiment here."
"Oh! I'm just glad I found out it's in Wang Du! Thank you, Mr. Melinda."
It was good news for Jin, who had been coming to this world for a week and had missed the taste of her hometown just a little bit. It has a full smile.
"Hehe. Glad to be of service to you."
To thank Melinda again for answering, Jin turned to the ingredients in an attempt to finish the dish she now has. And while I got this flavoring advice, I made a BBQ and juice that was relatively easy to do in the open air. All kinds of spices that were secretly bought and thrown into [tool bags] work great. And when we all surrounded the dish we could, we started eating after activating a junction device that didn't send warcraft.
"I'll have it."
"Oh, delicious, this"
"Warm juice stains."
It's an outdoor dish, and it's highly appreciated for the dish the rookie made in the main. Jin ate deliciously while appreciating the ingredients. I guess they were all hungry, and Jin's pre-meal greetings didn't seem to bother them either.
"You used to bring all kinds of spices."
Greg says as he puts on several kinds of spices and hits on the roasted boned meat.
"Jin, you had it."
"The spices are light, and I'm not taking a place."
Gin answers when Melinda tells the story. [Toolbag] Don't tell me, but what Jin is saying is certainly not a mistake. It's just something I don't normally bring.
"Well, isn't that nice, instructor Greg? Thanks to you, it feels better than usual."
"Well yeah. I'm sure it's never tasted better."
Greg nods at Gain's follow-ups, too. That's how we all enjoyed a delicious meal as we talked. And by the end of the meal, the story moved on to senior experiences and failures. I guess it's convincing because we didn't just hear it as a lecture, but we traveled together like this for a short time and ate dinner. Those stories that I actually experienced were also very interesting to Jin and the newcomers. And at the end of the course named Experience Talk, Greg finally spoke up.
"Look, our job basically starts when we get the request. It varies from a warcraft exorcism to a herb collection. But if you want to get paid properly, the fundamental thing is to help people in need. And you know how much the material and stones of the warcraft we hunt contribute to society at large? Streets and city junctions are essential for everyday use as well as a variety of magic items. What happens if those demon stones are no longer supplied? The world we live in will change dramatically. For the worse, of course."
So Greg learns the words once and looks over at the faces of all the newcomers.
"We killed the Warcraft today to get Demon Stones and Materials. And even this dinner I killed the beast and ate the meat. Our job is one that takes more or less lives. As you've all felt, there's a part of me that's not weird about taking lives."
All the newcomers nod and agree.
"Besides, we adventurers get more and more levels by defeating the Warcraft. That makes it more and more different from the average person. That's not just about status. Increased levels will increase life expectancy and make it harder to get sick. Continuing to be an adventurer means, in a way, out of the bounds of being human."
There was talk of the first ear for Jin, but I was convinced that what Greg said would certainly be true. And Greg keeps his words quiet.
"So let us not be afraid. To be powerful."
"We must not forget. Respect for the lives you've taken."
"We can be proud. Risk your life to get demon stones and materials."
"We are confident and good. the work of an adventurer who contributes to society."
"... and we must be humbled. Because of my consciousness as a powerful being."
Greg was so smug, he told Jin and the newcomers.
"You guys have a future. The future belongs to you. But I hope you won't forget what I told you today. And if there is anything bothering you, I want you to talk to me. We're one of them."
"" Yes!
No one ever prompted me, and Jin and the others had spontaneously replied.
Hearing Jin and the others reply, Greg grinned nicely, wondering if so.
"Scary."
A word of Melinda saying Boso. Sure, it's a tough Greg smile, but I'm not afraid. This would also be Melinda's concern to soothe the atmosphere.
"Whoa!
I've been deciding because of you, what are you doing? I'm just telling you I have cancer, Greg. Open your mouth and solidify.
"'Cause, hey?
and Melinda, who is going to see the Jins. I don't know if you really care, but that exchange is like a comic genius. With the serial recoil just now, Jin can't wait to spill a laugh.
And the laughter grew from everywhere, and at the end of the day, everyone, including Greg, laughed a lot.
Its laughter, believing in a bright future, gently echoed through this quiet forest.
