The 12th Wedding - When love is reborn

Alisha slightly trembled .

"Don't be afraid . I'm here to support you we have precticed enough . Focus on the steps I stressed upon " She nodded gently an took her position . The music was played as everyone watched . Mesmerised . Dumbfounded . They looked elegant and perfectly matched . Once they were done the white hall echoed by the sound of loud applause . They were all stunned . The party was about to end and Alisha didn't have a second to waste as family members Zen's cousins and other guests involved with her . She could see rage and anger jealousy and disapproval in many of the young girls who failed to seduce Zen. They considered themselves more beautiful than her . Alisha had to carefully take every step , before walking talking eating and every other thing since she was being watched . Her every move was judged . Amidst all people who were gathered around Alisha a handsome man approached her . Emerald green eyes and hazel brown hair . Everyone stood back making him way to walk through . Alisha wondered who he was .

"Greeting Your Highness ! It's a pleasure to meet you " The man said . Tall and handsome . He looked a little mature and grown up.

"It's a pleasure meeting you as well. May I know your name ?" Alisha responded .

"Oh where are my manners . I should introduce myself first since this is our first meeting . I'm Alvyn. Alvyn Scheherezaude " Alisha widened her eyes . She couldn't guess who he would be belonging to the Scheherezaude family since she had met everyone .

"Scheherezaude? You mean... "

"I'm Zen's older brother . You look confused ... I assume my brother never spoke of me how tragic !"

"Oh .. Im sorry I didn't knew ."

"There is no need to apologise My lady " Zen who was standing a little away approached the duo .

"Lord brother . Nice to see you "

"Oh Zen ! Congratulations " He hugged him and shaked hands. His grip still tight on Alvyn's hand .

"Thank you Lord brother . To be honest I thought you wouldn't attend my engagement"

"Woah ! So blunt ! Come on I can't miss my little brother's sweet occasion . Besides I have come to stay here for a while . "

"I see. That's good to hear " Zen left his hand .

"Indeed. Well I'll join you both later . See ya !" Alisha still baffled waited for Zen to explain her but he didn't .

"Well ... Who was that person ? He said he was your brother but I can't bring myself to believe "

"He is my older brother . "

"Wait you have an older brother like seriously ? Why didn't you tell me about him then ?"

"I see. You both look quite similar except for the hair Ofcourse ."

"We aren't similar !"

"Well ... Yeah You are right you both have striking opposite personalities . I mean he is so warm hearted and sweet . He is polite too " Zen shot a glare which froze Alisha .

"I don't like you praising other men . Remember well Alisha if you ever happen to do what people call infedility I'll kill you that very moment . " Alisha shivered by those words. He looked scary . She couldn't answer back as he strode to the other side . The party was almost over and people began leaving . Some stayed in guest houses . She was tired very very tired. She looked her reflection in the mirror .

"Should I be happy or sad ? I dressed up so much but he never uttered a word as to how I looked. Does he even like me ? Huh... " She sat on the bed pondering over the day's events . Those words echoed in her ears .

"Remember well Alisha if you ever happen to do something what people call infedility I'll kill you that very moment "

"Oh god ! I couldn't say a word back to him . He is so cold and the look in his eyes was horrific . Does he hate Alvyn so much or me talking to Alvyn ? Ah I wonder. He always hides everything about himself to me yet he gets to know every finer details about me . That's so unfair . He was so rude though . What made him say that ? Is Zen actually overprotective or something ? I think I should just get some sleep " She sighed and hid herself inside the thick soft blanket . It was a new beginning .
