The Adventurer System

Asarki's party went to the portal after all the participants for some reason. Why? Because Grim Draigh thought of a new idea to win in this battle.

"Are you sure about this, Grim? It had a risk?" Asarki confronted him along with her worried expression.

Before he answered. He took a deep breath to show he was calm in this plan. "Of course. But first thing first, do you already forge the item given to both of you?"

Asarki and Hippie nodded their head at him at once. And Hippie was the one who started to speak. "Yes, Grim, I used to Minotaur sword in this new sword. Inventory."

To be exact, Hippie used the money she obtained in their expedition inside the Barlane Dungeon. She pulled the dark red sword out of inventory. Since the Minotaur's horn was forty-five inches long it was perfect to make this a sword.

"What would you say in this sword, Grim? I almost spent my money on the blacksmith who did this for me." In her mind, honestly, the blacksmith didn't let her pay for too much, he just wanted to bring all the resources he needed to make his first beautiful sword. As it was his first time to have something like this.

He held her sword and he could easily tell the power with it. Yet, one thing he noticed was the signature of the blacksmith who made this special sword. "Crolo?"

Hippie cheerfully nodded her head at him. "Yes, Grim, Crolo was one of my friends in the virtual world. He can do you a special knife just give him rare recipes.

"Let's talk about this sometimes." He turned around face to Asarki. "How about you? What did you do in the Toxic Gul?" He said and looked from her bottom to top to check if she brought a new item.

Even though Asarki belonged to the cleric class. Still, she inevitably fought the other adventurers because of her stats. So to have an offensive attack, she upgraded the Kobold's knife.

She took out the kariki knife that looked like an ordinary item for Hippie and Grim. "I know, I know that both of you are clueless because there's no difference with this knife.

"We could see that, Asarki, just tell to us what is the power of that knife." Grim asked him with a stolid expression.

She had a malicious smile on her face. As she was confident in the power given by the kobolds knife. "Yesterday, I forge the kobold's knife and Toxic gul and guess what? This knife is already level four and activated the paralyzing effect that you mentioned Grim."

Forging, it was the way how you can upgrade your certain weapon into level two, three, and etc.

To be simple, Asarki kobold's knife could paralyze her opponent for one and half seconds every time she cut the skin of the opponents.

Grim had a bright expression on her face, as the two women beside him were started to get stronger. Without knowing all their improvements were because of him.

And all of a sudden, Asarki and Hippie bowed their at him at once. And For Grim, it was an unnecessary occurrence so she asked.

"What are you doing two of you, huh? Lifts your head we need to move." He said, then facing at the opposite side.

"Thank you for helping us, Grim, if you're not here we can't do all of these achievements." Hippie said.

"First, I thought, you're just a bad behavior, but every time I spend too much with you. I noticed you're a good man, so stop pretending that you're a bad guy." She smiled at him as her message was coming from the bottom of her heart.

Sounded of clicking his tongue were perceived by their wears, without knowing Grim's face was started to blush.

"Let's go, Hippie, and Asarki. We need to win in this one."

"Yes, Grim!"

Three of them entered the green portal. Which headed to the vast place where some of the strong adventurers were gathered.

"We're here." Grim muttered.

Around them, the place was surrounded were tall trees, cliffs, mountains, and monsters groaned the echoed throughout the forest. Yet, Grim was comfortable with the given place as he was always to throw with this kind of place.

"What's our next move, Grim? We are already here and the adventurers are starting to move. We must do something to win this battle?"

"With our current ability, there are high chances to win if we are the attackers. Since our damages were improved a bit we can easily eliminate each group." Yumiro was looking straight and having a suspicious smile on his face.

Asarki noticed it, knowing Grim was a reckless man. In her mind, this man would never think of a vulgar action like this as this was the plan that could catch the other adventurers' attention.

"Grim, why are you so confident, huh? This is the first time I could see to speak up something like this." Asarki said with a suspicious tone, then moved her head closer to Grim's face. She was aware that Grim wasn't like that someone attaining closer distance with him, but this time was different as he didn't blink and wasn't had an uncomfortable expression on his face.

"What are you trying to say, Asarki, I'm always confident with this character's power." Grim started to move while hearing Hippie's voice from his behind.

"Grim, you're so unfair. We tell you our new ability so you should tell yours also." Hippie said in a deep tone.

He deeply sighed and looked at the two. "Are you sure you wanted to know about my new powers?"

Both of them hastily nodded their heads. "Of course, so showed it to us." They were persistent to see what kind of power gave him such confidence.

Yumiro stood up in front of him, then patted to his magical robe. Well, it was true that it was unfair if his party members were had no idea about his power.

And all of a sudden, he imagined fire that was occurring in his arm. "At this point, I can now use six elements of magic including fire, wind, water, earth, light, and dark."Each time he said the six elements, he showed them in his fingertip.

Their jaws were slacked couldn't believe what their eyes seeing right now. "G-Grim, are you insane? How do you learn this kind of magic without enrolling in the Adventure Magic Academy?!" Asarki shouted asking him. "

He showed his hand to them that had a ring showing six different colors of stones. "This is the elemental ring, this is the item I received from killing the Queen."

Both of them understood why Grim bestowed his valuable items to them. Hippie fell to the ground as she was astonished. "That's all you have gained, isn't it? You are nothing have to hide with us, right?"

Yumiro shook his head slowly indicating that he still had a new relying ability. "No, honestly, I promote my brawler class into a monk. That means I already mastered different kinds of martial arts."

Asarki was also fell to the ground, aware that it was too early to have a subclass with his current level. "Grim, can you teach what exactly you doing to have something like this?'

"No, that's enough. You have known what kind of skill I acquired, so let's focus on this battle. Since we didn't know if there's a timer here."

The two regained their footing, looking at him with admiring eyes. In their minds, if someone leaked the information that they discovered right now, Grim Draigh would rush by media in confusion.

They followed him in the straight path. "Grim, one of the mechanics is to find a base. So we have to find one."

Grim nodded, "I'm aware of that. Asarki, used your zexel to find a small cave around our area."

She followed his order without thinking too much.

Her eyes were gleaming, sensing all the mana that came from the adventurers, monsters, trees, or to be exact all the things that had a life.

"Gotcha! In 300 meters in the south, there's a small cave positioned in the middle of 21 feet cliff."

It looked like, Asarki had an idea what Grim was plotting to them. And his plan was to find a place where the other adventurers were hard to reach.

"Let's go there, then I'll tell our next move." Grim said.

5 minutes had passed, Grim, Asarki, and Hippe have entered the cave.

"We leave our stone here."

"Grim this time I'll against with your opinion. Because there is just one person left here to protect the stone." Hippie said with a high tone.

"I know someone would say it, so it's been decided, Hippie would protect the base. Then, me and Asarki will steal their stones."

"Why? I am way more stronger than Asarki if we talk about strength. Why are you leaving me here?"

"That's the point, Hippie. Asarki had no ability to protect our base so I'm giving this task to you."
