The Adventurer System

Chapter 251 - Tradegy

Amiya's reaction suddenly changed after hearing the suggestion of her brother. It appeared Amiya could give up her school just to pursue work at Tusei.

"Eh? What are you saying, brother Yumiro? We already talked about this." Amiya was narrowly looking at her brother.

"How about your school?" He asked her with a low tone.

"Don't worry, brother Yumiro, I can work at the same time I can work. Aside from that, the allowance given by the government isn't enough to continue my next school year." She explained.

Tsk!

And all of a sudden, Yumiro clicked his tongue as if he continued his dream this situation would never come into their life.

He slowly closed his eyes, could not do anything in this circumstance. "Are you sure about this?"

She nodded her head at him without hesitation, "Yes, brother Yumiro, if this is the life would give to us... We must know how we can play it."

His eyelids were widened, didn't expect Amiya could say meaningful words like this. Well, it wasn't impossible since her mind opened up into the world at an early stage.

He sighed deeply and said. "If this is you really want, there's no reason to stop you." He patted her head and added. "I'll support more than the way you support me."

Amiya cooldown her head a bit after hearing her brother spit these words. "Thank you so much, brother Yumiro."

...

They stayed in that position until something came up to Amiya's mind. She needed to leave the radiance guild in order join to the high-level adventurers hired by Tusei. Even though it was not needed she was still want to do it. Why? Because she wanted to focus herself on their vigorous training.

"Brother Yumiro, why I can't see your character on the Guild Selection? You didn't join." She asked her, then pushed herself into a stood-up position.

There was no reason to hide who his character was about the guild selection. "Keep it secret to the other adventurers, okay? I'm the adventurer that had an alias of Masked guy."

Amiya was looking at him maliciously, and can't be helped to didn't laugh out loud in front of him. "Hahaha, brother Yumiro! What are you saying? I'm convinced that you are also a popular adventurer because of the quest you completed alone. However, the masked guy, he's on a different level as he had a chance to win against me."

He was blinking his eyes in a confusion, wondering why his sister was having a hard to believing him. So he just raised his shoulder along with a deep sigh.

Whatever...

__

On the next day, Amiya left their house to fix their contract with her brother. "There's food on the table and take your medicine, Okay?"

The skinny man in the wheelchair nodded his head at him. "Leave it to me, Amiya."

Click!

She opened the door. Before leaving, she spoke to her brother. "While I'm not here, you can play."

"I'll, Amiya! Take care!"

The door closed and Yumiro was left alone in their house. Yet, he wasn't felt lonely just like before since he can enter the virtual world and have a conversation with Hippie, Asarki, Yuki, and Chirla.

First thing first, he did all the things he needed to do before logging again back to the game. Alas, his stomach was full, and already taken his medicine. At this point, he had no reason to enter the virtual world, he just want to see a new place.

Swoosh!

He got back on the luxury room, seeing Asarki was only in the place. "Hey, good morning. Where are Yuki and Chirla?"

Asarki could not believe what was hearing right. 'What is this man trying to do? He can greet someone? Well, it's better than his bad behavior.' She uttered to her mind as she smiled at him. "Good morning, Grim. Chirla and Yuki strolled on the Plaza. Yuki was looked excited she can't wait."

He seated on the couch next to Asarki, "That's fine, I also want to have an expedition right now." Yumiro knew this woman has always had a crystal gone to the new dungeon. But he was hoping it was the dungeon that had no any special quest.

Asarki blushed as Grim's silky skin touched her. "Y-You will have an expedition? C-Can I come? I want to see how much I improved as a Cleric."

"I don't mind since I didn't see how strong you are on the guild selection." He looked around and asked her. "Where's Hippie? She's still not here?"

Asarki nodded her head at him and added. "Yeah, she said that she can't log in today because she needs to come with her grandmother for the monthly check-up."

Grim almost forgot about the condition of Hippie's grandmother. So he was hoping that he can give them one of his items to help her.

"Hmm... I want her to join in our expedition but it seems she's not available right now." He stood up and inquired Asarki. "Do you have any stones that help us to reach any type of dungeon?"

"I have here, but I don't think you can level in this dungeon." She replied and took an orange crystal inside his inventory.

In his mind, that's fine since the main purpose of having an expedition was to manifest a monster's soul. At the same time, gathered some information about the prophet. He felt it was the key to entering the Heaven's dream.

"This Oracticle Dungeon. This is a dungeon located under the sea." Asarki said with a clueless tone after seeing Grim was looked tense.

"L-Located under the sea?" He stuttered as he thought the scarier creatures inhabited under the blue sea.

Asarki chuckled at him. "Just kidding, Grim, the dungeon under the blue sea is having difficulty of A, which means two of us can handle with the type of dungeon." She explained.

Grim could breathe freely, but for some reason, he was not annoyed with this woman. "Come on, Asarki, tell me where are we having an expedition?"

"Oracticle dungeon. I have not much information about this since it was just a recent dungeon after the Adventurer System 2.0 was released. But what do you think? It just had a D difficulty. On top of that, the adventurers have not yet cleared this dungeon so we have a high chance to put a record in this."

Just like before when they first met. Two of them planned to defeat the record on the Dungeon Castle, but because of the bug, they were forced to withdraw.

Yumiro smirked at her, "No problem, Asarki, this time we will complete our dungeon raid in just one day."

She had an uneasy smile on her face as it was impossible for a huge dungeon like this could easily complete.

"Hehe, when do you want to leave?"

"Of course, right now!" After he spits these words, he went closer to Asarki and held her arm. "Come on, we must leave and find some new monster."

Asarki wondered why Grim why so clingy at her but could not help to smile. Why she was feeling something like this?

"Bring us to the Oracticle Dungeon!"

In an instant Grim and Asarki vanished from the luxury room. After that, they were standing in front of the green door and none of them had an idea.

[Record N/A]

The first thing he noticed was that no one completed this dungeon. "Hmmm... This is interesting."

Next to the green door were the two pillars and had each one had a letter O and R. "Grim, once we enter there's no turning back and we must defeat all the monsters would surely approach us."

"You already forgot who the adventurer standing next to you, isn't it? Don't worry I'll be sure nothing bad will happen to us here."

Asarki sensed different colors of mana scattered all over the place. She frowned her brows as she why the D dungeon had this kind of mana.

"Still the same, Asarki you will be the one who would determine where the monster's location." Grim ordered her.

After she nodded, Grim barely pushed the door. They saw around the place was straight and there were mounted on the dungeon wall. Aside from that, the mana inside was denser as Asarki would have a hard time moving her body.

Grim walked first with his high health points and reflexes, he was certain that he could manage to dodge or avoid any surprise attack that might occur.

...

On the other hand, a woman with brown short hair was rushing to the hospital. She had an angelic face that everyone was looking for. It was Hippie, her true name was Hana Ven, her mother was Japanese and her father was American. And because of the accident both of them and left to her grandmother.

"Please don't leave me, you're the only one who I have!" She was crying while her white dress poured red blood.. It looked like there was something bad happened to her grandmother.
