The Adventurer System

The adventurers who had been gathered in the safe zone were looking forward to the upcoming duel of Surike and the young man who was suddenly hated by everyone. It was Grim Draigh also known as the KS specialist.

A new widescreen appeared right before his eyes, it was the system functions where you could use inside the safe zone.

[Do you accept the duel with Surike? Yes/No]

If Yumiro accepted the invitation, in 10 seconds the battle will be started. In how he saw it in the first he came inside the Adventurer Capital.

"Why are you taking so long? You will accept the duel or not?!" Surike yelled as he was really excited to take his Kariki knife and sell it at a high price.

Yumiro was dumbfounded at him, thinking this man was easy to rid of. However, he still felt uncomfortable with another adventurer keeping eye on him. So in his mind, he needed to finish this as soon as possible.

"Yuki, can you step aside for a second. Brother Grim just needs to discipline this monster, okay?" He said with a weak tone while assisting Yuki in the place where he could see it.

She nodded cheerfully. "Yes, Brother Grim. Take care!"

As soon as Yumiro whirled around, he clicked the yes sign in front of him. Then suddenly a countdown appeared over their eyes.

"Any last wish before I embarrass in front of numerous adventurers?" Surike said while laughed at the same time.

Moreover, Yumiro decided to wouldn't speak any words with him. He just looking at the large continent in the sky, wondering what he needed to do to sent Yuki there.

A gentle hand shrugged his shoulder, it was Surike that had a malicious smile on his face. "Don't worry about your Kariki knife, I will take good care of it."

The crowd started to cheer for Surike. And Yumiro back in its original stared, reminisced he felt when he was striving in the taekwondo world cup. Even though the setting of this match was different for him since he was used to cherishing by the audience, but, for now, he hasn't cared about it as he knew people could easily forget him.

Surike pulled out his giant axe that hanged on his wide back, while Yumiro was stood straight didn't put effort into this duel. That made Surike felt he was just a lowly adventurer.

[The Duel begin!]

The duel function had 5 minutes duration, so the adventurers needed to finish it with the given time. And if no one was knocked down, the winner will base on how health points were reduced, low damage took it will be declared as a winner.

The fight began, and Surike rushes to Yumiro without any hesitation as he was eager to take the elemental knife.

A sound keen forced perceived by his ears, but for Yumiro his movement was full of flaws, so he was able to step back and dodge the attack without any difficulties.

His long white hair was stroked back, while keep avoiding Surike's attack. Since his axe was large his movement was getting slower.

"Just keep watching him, for now, I don't know if he has hidden tricks." Yumiro mumbled while staring at him with lifeless eyes.

"What are you doing? Hahaha! You will never win if you keep running." Surike tried to annoy him to lost his concentration, but it seemed Yumiro hasn't cared about his words.

The attack was continued, creating a strong force in the spacious place that made the crowd amused with Surike physical strength.

Then suddenly, a hundred adventurers earlier become thousands as the adventurers saw Grim Draigh quickly post it on all social media platforms. That was the reason why the other high-level adventurers went to the Adventure Capital.

Bunches of adventurers arrived surrounded by a beautiful woman that had long white hair and a red face. It seemed they were protecting it from the other adventurer who wanted to come closer to her.

"Huh, that's the captain of Rising Shiren guild! What she's doing in this lowly place."

"Haaa! Captain Shira, she's the only one who becomes a guild captain! She's beautiful."

Everyone was surprised looking at the woman who wore a white gold plated armor that seemed has a high level. Moreover, all the adventurers beside her were looked tough that made the crowd to wouldn't walk near to them.

"Please, step aside. Captain Shira wants to watch the fight." Kurisei said while pushing back his glasses.

Nevertheless, not only the Rising Shiren guild went to the place. Aside from them was the captain of the Blue leaf guild, the number one guild as of now. However, only the vice-captain their representatives.

Everyone looked in the opposite direction, seeing a woman who had gray hair and wearing a shimmering blue robe.

"Huh, the vice-captain captain of blue leaf guild is also here!"

"What Ms. Lylia doing here!"

Lylia and Shira looked at each other while having malicious smiles on their faces. It seemed the reason why they were there was the same, to recruit the adventurer who had the potential to step into Heaven's Dream continent.

In the occurrences, Yumiro was really felt uncomfortable. Yet, he hasn't an idea who those adventurers.

"Tch! We are surrounded how we can escape here without being noticed." Yumiro mumbled while seeing Surike was exhausted from his consecutive attacks.

"Stop running!" Surike yelled as he was annoyed at what the young man did to him, so he cast a strong skill.

[Berserk!]

This was one of the Fighter class skills, it used to enhance his strength and added some agility in his movements.

Yumiro knitted his forehead after he saw his opponents surrounded by a red aura all over his body. Nevertheless, he thought the Hiller Knight aura was scarier than this one.

"He's getting serious..."

As soon as Surike finish his casting skill, he swiftly dashed while swinging his axe widely.

Clang!

Yumiro was stunned when the Lvl.2 axe touched on his rusty gauntlet and barely pushed him.

"Hahaha, what it taste? Do you now feel what is the Lvl.2 can do, right!" He chuckled as he thought that skirmished Yumiro HP was decreased even though he blocked his attack since Surike's ax had a penetration effect.

"Huh, just 1 HP what happen?" He glared after seeing Grim Draigh could take any damage. "You will not survive after this!" He dashed once again while leaving traits in his red aura.

"It's enough, I already see what I need to see." Yumiro took a deep breath, planning to finish this fight in one single blow.

His left foot gleamed, and everyone noticed as its light was way more different in the usual concentrating energy he did.

Surike was intimidated by that occurrence, but his confidence was too high, so he still continued to cast another skill.

[Smashing Axe!]

He jumped to the mid-air, while the surface where he took of was destroyed by his strength.

The axe was position on his back, and his hands were tightly grabbed by the metal handle. Yet, for Yumiro opponent in the mid-air was an easy target.

[Dual spinning kick!]

He promptly leaped, and directly appeared in front of Surike that made him shocked. Yumiro rotated his body at 360° then launched a solid kick directed on Surike's face with the help of [Physical transmission] skill.

Boom!

Surike was hardly sent to the water sculptures and created a collision.

Thud!

Yumiro safely landed on the ground, and Yuki was already there to congratulate him. He grinned after seeing Yuki's face.

"Hooray! Brother Grim, you're really strong! Someday I'll do that so I can protect myself from the monster."

Yumiro patted his head, "That's right, Yuki. But in the meantime, let's find a place where we can eat." He then came closer to the trader who wore a brown robe. "If you want his item, take it. Just tell me, the right place where that little girl could it."

A man who wore a detective hat nodded. "Okay, I'll handle them. Just go to the main Capital, there's a lot of establishment there." After those words, he directly went to Surike to claim the bet.  

The cheerful crowd earlier turned into a lifeless one. As they didn't expect that man could win in a single strike.

A new tab flashed in his eyes, but he didn't bother to look for more. He just closed it and grabbed Yuki's hand.

"Let's go, Yuki."

But his main problem now, how they could escape in this place because no one of them didn't want to give a way for them.

It seemed, all the adventurers there wanted to invite him for a duel match, even though this wasn't Orion's duel they still wanted to defeat the young man.

"Fight me!"

"Let's go, just accept my invitation. I'll let you know how does feel to defeat by a rogue."

In this numerous opponent, Yumiro fatigue probably runs out.

"Come with me, I'll bring you to the safe place."  An unknown adventurer said with a sweet voice.

"Eh? Who are you?"
