In the place where the lamps were illuminated the two adventurers passed by. No one would like to initiate a conversation as Asarki was disheartened with Grim Draigh's words.

By staring at her, Yumiro could tell there something wasn't right. However, he hadn't cared about it since he focused himself to gather some experience.

The +3 was the outcome of +1 to all attributes. Moreover, Yumiro put some of his free att to his intelligence so he could maximize to use the [Core devourer] skill.

By now, Yumiro was able to use it 3 times if his mana was 100% although there was remaining 44 mana, he didn't mind it since he could use it in another way.

Asarki saw what he was doing, even though he was eager to see his Zexel she took off her glimpsed on it.

"Hmp! He annoyed me! Why I will get his monster's core, I'm not a desperate adventurer." She angrily murmured.

Pop!

The blue light beamed in his vanished as soon as the blue view screen popped out right before his eyes.

"This is all for now, I'll ask Asamiya what I need to do with my skill point once she's here." Yumiro raised his eyebrow a bit as she saw Asarki still have scowled on her face while wandering at the corridor like a tunnel.

He increased his speed without noticing by her, however, Asarki had good eyes so she asked him. "What are you doing beside me? I thought I can never come closer with you?" She said with a voice and lifeless eyes.

Yumiro winced after hearing her words, he way more looked like he was tense as he didn't know the main reason why he did that.

"Uh-eh... I'm just positioning in the front line, so I can easily respond if there's a monster approach us." He was stuttered to say those

words.

"My Zexel is for having good eyes, so I can tell you if there's a monster in front use because my eyes are also like a night vision," Asarki said with a weak tone.

Yumiro sighed that he understood her words, yet he still took the front line. To avoid all the unexpected worst-case scenarios.

Asarki then increased her speed, so she could catch up with this man and monitor the area. Her eyelids widened after she discovered that there was something different with Grim Draigh.

At first, she thought, she was just upset why her movements became stiff. So she stopped and stretched his limbs then eventually ran towards Yumiro.

"Huh! What is this!" Asarki was literally shocked after seeing Yumiro still had 4 meters distance and kept increasing. "He's just walking effortlessly, why I can catch up with his pace."

It took 2 minutes before Yumiro found out there were multiple stomps on the ground. He whirled around with confused eyes.

"What are you doing? Why your body is full of sweat?" He asked.

She hurriedly shook her head along with her hands. "No, don't mind me." She replied while trying to pretend that she wasn't catching up with her breathing.

Yumiro took a glance at her for a couple of seconds, he hummed as she was eager to know what her doing. But those things were easily faded away.

"Fine..." He took back in his way, then proceeded to the seventh floor.

She deeply sighed but kept asking herself the reason why this man become more faster. "I know he put his free attributes on his status but is not enough reason why I was left behind." She wondered.

Numerous questions popped inside her mind that needed an answer. But the first thing, why this young man could grow so much?

The place width was getting smaller and smaller as they climbing on the upper floor. However, it still able to wander around. 

In no time, these adventurers would reach their destination as their pace in this expedition was quite faster than the usual expedition.

"He defeated the monster within 5 minutes, if we continue like this there's a chance we can break the record time of this dungeon." Asarki said with a grin on his face.

In a certain dungeon, there was record time that determined how stronger the adventurer had that expedition. On top of that, once a new player breaks the record, their popularity gets increased and their names will be posted beside the portal.

7 minutes had passed, this was quite faster than the usual time he took this way. To be exact, he was earlier by 2 minutes that made him conserve a lot of time.

He looked at his behind, but the things he just was partial darkness.

"Where's that woman?" He didn't mind it as he thought she already retreat. He then placed his hands on the red gate while the metal of it was designed by carved.

He succeeded to open the gate, so he strolled his eyes around to know what kind of monster he was going to fight.

Flop! Flop!

The lamps were automatically lightened up the place, just like a domino. He then saw the 3 monsters in front of him.

Its flesh was eaten by unknown bacteria. Or to be specific, the monsters' body was already decayed. Numerous worms dropped in their body, it was like a leech.

"Hehe, this is gross," Yumiro said with an uncomfortable face.

Swish!

The monster started to attack, while their body releasing a rotten smell.

He pointed his index finger in front of him for 3 seconds, then there was view screen appeared right before his eyes.

The last skill was the common skill of the monster since its agility was too high. The moderator didn't update this monster too much because there was a chance the adventurer couldn't catch with its speed.

Yumiro looked at his behind for the last time, but it was still the same. His eyes couldn't see Asarki's existence.

Two scenarios came up with his mind, the first one Asarki already left the dungeon, and the other one, or she was just slow.

"I can't wait for her anymore, or rather to say it, these monsters won't wait for her to arrive."

3 monsters in front of him that had one eye groaned at him while stretching their legs. It seemed it will going to attack at any moment.

Yumiro knew how capable these monsters, so he murmured some words and suddenly there was a red crystal in his grasp.

"I'll not underestimate these monsters." He glared at them. The monster's core he held had already a bit on top of it, which means he used it once or thrice.

[Core Devourer!]

Yumiro swallowed the red crystal, and the strong sweetness exploded inside his throat. Afterward, his body was emitted a black aura the same aura he saw from the Lynx dungeon.

"Inventory!" He took the kariki knife to fill the missing part.

As soon as the black aura was minimized, Yumiro already wore black armor that had a red lining on the edges.

It was the core of the knight, but also, he didn't use it unexpectedly. He used it for a purpose because he knew he will having a hard time dodging the monster's attack as they much capable on the land, moreover he needed to avoid the leach.

His long white hair, the only part of his body that you could recognize with him.

"If Asarki here, I'll for more potions so can I use it freely..." Yumiro snickered then clenched his kariki knife that had 12 centimeters long.

Although his weapon wasn't suitable for his black armor. Yumiro still cast one of the knight skills to finish this battle in an instant.
