The Alpha's Human Luna

Chapter 108 - My Origin: Part Two

"You really don't have a choice if the moon chooses you then, of course, you don't have a choice and because you are my granddaughter you have every right to be chosen," she said.

"But grandma I don't want to be the moon goddess," I sob as my eyes filled up with tears when I thought of leaving everything I love behind.

"Yes but I have other plans," grandma said looking at me again.

"What-what do you mean you have other plans grandma?" I grumble.

"I have created the fate of many werewolves among them was Ace and one way or the other you got stuck in it,"  Grandma said as I felt a sharp pain in my stomach literally.

"I can't even predict the future of you and Ace anymore," grandma whispered.

"This is not what I want to hear, what do you mean you can't predict the future?" I asked trying not to raise my voice.

"The fate you created yourself, well there is something called human will which I've grown to understand over time, even though we make fate some people fight it and overcome it and you, my dear is a typical example of that." grandma's words echoed in my eyes as I try to pay attention.

When you were born and those powers were passed into your body and sealed, you were meant to die with that poison in your body.

when you die your body goes to the moon and then you start your training to become the next moon goddess but unfortunately you survived.

Then again I fated Ace to have a human mate but who would have thought that my own granddaughter would have been this human mate?" Grandma said letting out a deep breath. All this is making me confused. If that was so where does Alina fit in? was it her fate to die the way she did?

"You mean you didn't have that in your plans? I see so who is playing all these tricks on me?" I snap angrily.

"Nancy there is a bigger picture behind all this which I can't explain to you right now but since the seal that has been hidden in your body is broken there is no turning back," Grandma said looking serious.

"What?"

"You unlock the sealed when you release that hue of light do you remember?"

"Yes, grandma I do,"

"Now you need to learn to control those powers or those powers will control you either way it's going to be hard," grandma whispered in a comforting tone but it didn't stop me from getting anxious.

"I don't understand anything," I wail.

"Exactly you will have to figure this out yourself but you can start with your training to control your powers," grandma mumbled, she wants me to master my powers because a war is coming. it either I defeat fate or fate defeats me.

"All this made me feel hungry, you want to eat something?" she said as she holds my hands and curled my hair.

"Everything is going to be fine," she whispered in my ears as she hugs me tightly.

We walk out of the room and went over to have dinner.

I still needed to talk to Roland, I'm sure having the twins was not a part of whoever made my fate.

I'm sure they will be coming after my children as well before that I have to master my powers.

I'm going to fight and I'll fight and I'll keep fighting until I have nothing else to fight for. I whisper to myself while at the table.

"Zenab can we talk?" I said getting up from the table.

Barbara and Barbie had already eaten and put to bed.

"Sure," he chipped cleaning his mouth with the napkin and follows me.

We both walk to his study.

"Are you okay now?" Zenab asked concerned looking at me as I walk around his huge study room.

"A lot is going on and I don't think I can be okay, I want to video chat with Roland," I whispered.

"Of course go ahead you can use my laptop,"

"I will leave you alone then?" Zenab murmurs as he tries to leave the room.

"Stay," I whispered as ok Zenab puts on the computer. It took only some seconds for the call to connect.

Roland appears on the monitor. "Hi, Nancy how good it is to see you. I'm glad you guys made it there safely," Roland grins. He wears the outside of his shirt and sweat all over.

The way he was panting I could tell he was in the middle of something. And that something is Mary-Anne who probably has another reason to hate me. I ignore it and went straight to the point.

"Roland I appreciate your help, I know it's was my idea to seal the twin's power but the truth is I don't want to do that anymore, instead I want to train them and let them freely express themselves." I pause trying to catch a breath.

"After all we can't deny who they are and no matter how much I hide it they will come to know anyway," I whispered.

"I want them to accept who they are while growing up." Roland listens to me with much focus nodding his head.

"I'm still going to try giving them a human life and the love as possible as I can and I believe a war is coming and they need to be prepared for it," I mumbled.

"Nancy..." Roland whispered.

"No Roland I have already made up my made, thank you and I will get in touch with you again," I said mastering all the courage. I need to be prepared for what is coming.

"Wait don't you want to ask how your husband is doing?" Roland rolled his eyes.

Baby, I miss him so much already but it's best he stays out of this for now. The thought of him made my eyes teary.

I sniffed looking at the monitor with Roland glaring at me trying to see through any excuse I come up with.

"I suppose he's fine and if he wants to know how we're doing, he knows where to find us," I pout looking away hiding the pain of missing him.

"Are you sure you don't want to leave any special message for him?" Roland grumbles as a wild smile covers his face as if he was teasing me.

"I need to go now, I'll call you back," I pout in the disgust of avoiding his question.

I press the end button and the video call ended before Roland gets to say another word.

"Are you sure you want to do this? I can see fear has gripped you, did you talk to Grandma?" Zenab mumbled with his eyes full of concern.

"Yes I did, we had a long talk but don't worry everything has a solution. We will fight fate again. I'm going to bed now see you tomorrow," I said as I walk out of the study room leaving Zenab worried laying back on the sofa.

I wonder how Baby is doing? I'm not angry at him I have no reason to. I head back from the twin's chamber, grandma allowed them to sleep in a separate room from my chamber.

They were fast asleep when I went to check on them and they have guards standing at their door and other maids keeping a watch on them. I sure know they are safe in the palace for now and with the bracelet, they can't leave without my knowledge.

I need to find a way to get them out of that bracelet I can only do so once they can control themselves. Their anger and taste for blood.

On the right corridor to my chamber, I ran into someone. I ordered the guards at that side of my chamber to leave I hate having them around.

But I regret it now, he doesn't look like someone from the palace much less from Zamuniland. How the hell did he surpass a million guards to get here.

He reaches out for his hood and pulls it down divulging his face and the giant wings behind his back.

The corner of his eyes caught sight of mine, I couldn't make myself look into his eyes.

"Look me in the eyes," he said in a deep voice that made my heart shred and my blood boil and feel like running and screaming for help.

"No," I said keeping my eyes away. If I don't see his face he won't feel the need to kill me so I thought.

"Who are you?" I struggled to ask.

He replied to my answer by saying nothing rather he then grabbed my face in one of his huge arms and forced me to face him.

I scrunched my eyes shut.

"Open your eyes," his voice echoed in my ears, his voice was hoarse and authoritative.

He didn't have to say it again because I was in his grip and he can do whatever he came to do to me before I could even blink so I chose to obey.

I opened my eyes to see the clearest and bright eyes in existence with white wings streaked behind him.

I blink my eyes several times to check if I was still on earth....
