I swear if I survive this day I will offer a burnt sacrifice.

"Look at me, relax, take a deep breath" Norinika tried to calm me down but it wasn't working.

"Who are they?" I asked again waiting for an answer.

"They are witches" Norinika replied.

"Witches like you guys?" I asked hysterically.

"No, we have good witches like us and bad witches like them. You see we protect the underworld and such witches from harming the innocent" Norinika explained. Roland was still in shock more than me actually.

"Right, he can't protect himself yet you want to protect someone else. What happened to the invisibility spell?" Deminika growls. Roland buried his head in his palms.

"It happened quickly, I blinked and couldn't remember any of that" Roland shrugs.

"That is not an excuse you could have gotten you two killed. How could you forget such a simple spell?" Deminika hollers as she makes use of the small space to walk around.

"That's enough Deminika, he got frightened, it was his first time in a real situation that needs the use of his powers. I'm sure he has learned his lesson" Norinika defends Roland, turning to face him. He nods in agreement that he has learned his lessons.

They left him alone to prepare the portion.

He was sad about the incident and I can understand his pains. I hug him to comfort him. He laid his head on my lap as I cuddle his hair.

He finished with the portion when he was over the tantrum. I assisted him by reading out the process from an old book. I realize we were in Roland's house, the basement to be precise. I had 30 miss calls from Betty. I quickly return her call informing her I was with Roland.

"Betty, please make any excuse you can make if anyone asks of us. I'm in Roland's house, you can pass by when you close from class" I instructed.

"Okay Nancy, bye," she said and ended the call. I was relieved I got to talk to her else I would be in trouble with my parents.

"I'm done now" Roland muttered.

"Great what now? Betty said she will pass by after class" I informed.

"Nothing we will wait until the full moon appears tonight," he said putting the portion in a small bottle.

It was midafternoon. I can't believe the hell I just went through these past 8 hours.

Roland led me to the main house. I comfortably lay on the sofa. "Water?" Roland offered. I took the bottle from him and drank some before putting the rest on the table.

"Now I know what is going on, so explained to me how come I'm cursed? because none of these is making any sense to me" I muttered. Roland adjusted himself on the sofa and stared at me before beginning to speak.

"Leo, the younger brother of Ashley dated a witch, he only wanted to use her before she died, and she cursed Leo that any girl he likes is doomed to die on the night of the full moon. Hundreds of werewolves will come after her to get a piece of her.

Over the few years, a lot of young girls have died mysteriously and each of them knew Leo in some way'

"Why are you telling me this? I don't even know this guy" I interrupted him.

"Please let me finish, so as I was saying Leo doesn't come around people, there was a rumor he was out of town not until yesterday" he whimpered.

"And so? How is he related to me?" I mumbled I was getting restless.

"In your house Nancy," he said.

"You saw Leo in my house? Where?" now he was freaking me out.

"Your pet Wolfe is in fact a werewolf" Roland muttered.

"Hell no! You meant to say Leo is Wolfe?" I said jumping on my feet in total shock. This must be some kind of a joke.

"Relax Nancy"

"How can you tell me to relax?" I cried. Burying my hands in my palm.

"That is why we presume you might be in danger and…" Roland scoffs

"Wait, there is more?" I said in shock.
